Perth trip

lots of homely additions like the internet and TV, cooking facilities etc.

Weird smell that permeated through the place, coming from the dishwasher Stunk the whole place out and we left with that smell on our clothes.

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that could be improved, as above, but on the whole we were comfortable and

Good location, Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Dedicated carpark was good. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet area.

The oven didn’t work. The dial to control the temperature was loose and you couldn’t set it. The shower wasn’t good. It was a large shower head but the spray didn’t work properly and there was a big stream of water in the middle. Also the bathroom vanity must have had a leak previously and there was a real musty smell. The towels were all brand new but had never been washed so they didn’t wipe properly. Hardly any pegs to hang washing and not many hangers in wardrobe to hang clothes.

The location was perfect and very easy to find. We given clear easy instructions on how to get in and find the unit.

We we walked to the front door there is a seated area, it was messy looked like it hadnt been swept for a while. We walked inside opened the fridge to put food away and the fridge was dirty and looked liked it hadnt been wiped out from when the last guest were there. there were a couple of beer bottles on the ground in the back outside area so it made it look like the cleaner didnt bother to tidy up from the last guests. We were also left 2 towels for 6 of us and had to go to the mall to buy more. There were no teatowels or cloths to clean up in the kitchen, just a face cloth and a packet of detol wipes and no rubbish bags. The vacuum provided has no cord and we had to use the brooms when we left to try and sweep up the carpeted areas. I think the cleanliness and lack of cleaning stuff, no teatowels and towels let the place down. I wouldnt usually whinge about anything , i dont mind if its just 1 small thing but it was just 1 thing after the other which is unfortunate because this unit is in a perfect location

Would stay again!

The appartment had everything we needed. It was nice to have the option to cook at home if we wanted too. Having heating in all rooms was excellent and being able to connect to the internet and have a huge screen to watch t.v from was awesome too!

There was a chip in the tile that was a bit of a hazard so we just covered it up with the couch so none of the kids toes got stuck in when they were walking round bare footed.

Apart from that the unit itself is a very good stay but note to self take your own pillow and towels

Extremely quiet accom and is approx a walking block from rail and Midland Forum, basic accom and provides all that a traveller requires for a couple of days

Owner is a helicopter owner and continues to email us...I did not appreciate the 6am sms to remind me that I had to vacate at 10am (had not slept well and had only just got back to sleep..He gave the incorrect Security Codes for both the pedestrian gate(which I had to climb to get in) and the unit security code which left us out in the cold rain ringing him for the correct code to enter the unit.

Safly disappointed due to the lack of cleaning. it wasn’t pleasant for this reason

The gated security was great especially staying with our young kids.

it was very dirty. It hadn’t been cleaned at all. there was hair and dirt on the floors and coffee table and there was soap scum on the shower screen. There were clean towels but apart from that nothing had been done from previous people staying there. Very uncomfortable after staying in other clean accommodation on our WA trip. unfortunately we couldn’t wait to move on from there with it being so dirty. The owners were very apologetic and did offer to send cleaners out. They also offered a free night but we declined

We loved the location and the area and the serenity. The accommodation was ideal for groups.

The cleanliness could have been up to standard. Eg: floors weren't swept and and a bit musky in main bedroom.

Fantastic. We will look to return. We often stay in Perth.

The set up and location. We travel from Kalgoorlie to Perth 7-10 times per year for our daughters gymnastics comps. Perfect place for us. Tried to book in again last week but was unavailable.

Access to cleaning tools. Were looking for them to mop the floors before we left and found them out front behind the wall at the last minute. Still did them though. Being self contained we decided to cook our meals instead of eating out. The oven was dirty. I wont upload photos to put it down as everything else was great.

Convenient location, easy place to stay

Secure gated complex with quiet neighbours. Property had the basic essentials. Air con in every room and well equipped kitchen.

Property needs a good clean and tidy inside and out. Both outdoor areas were overgrown and not as advertised. The walls and carpet inside the unit were visibility dirty. All linen and towels were poor quality. Item left behind that we never were able to collect. Owner didn’t get back to us.
