Beautiful, historic home. Cozy and comfortable.
A little noise from the room above me with heavy footsteps, but it was New Year’s Eve, so late night celebration was to be expected.

Location, food, service, amenities, ambience, parking, communication with host, the aesthetics - perfect!
just the creaking hinges in our bedroom and closet, lol!

My husband had breakfast and said it was fantastic!
The bathroom was outside of our room. The bedroom was very small. Still, it was charming and totally fine.

The room was nice and it had a private bathroom. The house is an old mansion in a good neighborhood.
Breakfast was good but we feel that they were passive/aggressive by leaving you a bill at the end of the meal. The bill was for $0.00 balance but it itemized the cost of your meal so that you knew how much to tip. I would rather pay $5.00 more a day and just eat my meal without worrying about a tip. We ate with several European families and they were thoroughly confused about this tipping custom.

Location was close to downtown and restaurants. The home is elegant and stately, well kept and very clean. Our room was nice, but had a separate bathroom that was ours to use alone. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
The breakfast was delicious with fruits and eggs and bacon. Just the right amount.

The house itself is a part of SLC history so it was like being taken back to those times. The interior design of the past was kept pretty much alive. And fantastic breakfast with amazing host Stephanie))

Friendly staff. Awesome Breakfast. Great location.

Great location, charming house in a beautiful neighborhood, restaurant quality and beautifully presented breakfast setting. Stephanie, the host/staff, made us feel very welcome. The cookies that they served at the entrance counter were so addicting. We enjoyed the stay very much.
Overall really good and there is nothing much to complain about. One of the bathrooms that we stayed at was a little outdated.

I enjoyed the breakfast. I know one in my group of four didn't care for the breakfast.
It was really nice to have fresh cookies/scones/muffins at the check-in table and they were very tasty.
I didn't like that our bathroom was separate from our room. The couple next to us seemed annoyed with us and we wondered if it was because we took showers around 7am. My wife loved the water of the shower, but when I was in the shower, the water kept going from hot to cold, due to other people using water in their rooms.
Our family said they didn't like the loud noise of the wall air unit and in our room, the air unit was blowing in our faces while we were in bed.

Overall I think this is one of the best places I have stayed at! The biggest highlight is Victoriya, she is kind and very attentive.

I love how detailed the furniture and designs were. And it was immaculately clean and comfortable.

I travel about the US extensively and try to stay in B&B’s whenever possible. This lovely mansion was one of the best and gorgeously restored and maintained. Our room was very comfortable with a nice sized bath and our own private terrace from which we enjoyed a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The breakfast was excellent and the inn keeper was very accommodating in letting us store our bikes in the shed overnight. We will be staying again when in the area and will recommend to our friends and blog followers!

Extremely clean, comfortable bedding, really beautiful historic details with modern touches like plenty of outlets and a sound machine. Very good complimentary breakfast.
I wouldn’t mind a new shower head to help with the water pressure. And I’ll always say that every place I stay at never can have enough hooks for hanging towels, coats, bags, etc.

It was perfectly located for walking around downtown SLC.
IThe room was a little worn, the bed super uncomfortable, needed a new mattress. The shower was tiny.

great location within walking distance to downtown. the breakfast was phenomenal! we stayed in the sunstone suite and loved the room and balcony.

Great service. Ideal location for Downtown Salt Lake.

Location, overall appearance.
The Bonneville Room was as exciting as, say, a storage room or operating room. The whiteness of the room was almost depressing, and there was little decoration. The (not en-suite) bathroom was better decorated and felt more cozy than the room. The bed was too soft. Breakfast is served in shifts, and being the last to check in we were stuck with a 9AM slot: we left without breakfast.

Wonderful property. Delicious food. Location is superb.
Shower lacked water pressure (Bonneville); Window AC too loud and in the face of sleepers; drain of sink in room needs addressing; clean behind the bed.

This B&B was located in the heart of the historic part of the city in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. The two staff members were gracious and attentive to any requests. The breakfast was scrumpteous and it was especially charming to eat it outside on the front porch.

The location and breakfast were amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff. good breakfast and a lovely garden. The comfortable atmosphere of the place, definitely not a cookie-cutter motel.
Could have done with a few more sockets but then it is an old property and any changes need to be appropriate.
