A beautiful, quiet and nice place, and its location is good. There is a food store 300 meters away, and its location is close to the airport. The best thing about living here is Mrs. Gladys. She welcomed us warmly and served us pizza at night and donuts during the day. She is a very nice lady.

Feel at home

From the moment u arrive u feel at home.. my family was hosted by gladys and she is an angel.. she saw to our every need.. the staff go out of their way to ensure your every need is met.. they went as far as to prepare us a home made pizza to snack on whilst we rest and get comfy.. the only way to experience such a home vibe is to visit and experience for yourself:)

Due to the property still being under construction, the balcony in the bedroom was not accessible

My booking was messed up. I paid for apartments and upon arrival I was only told that I'm booked for 1 according to booking.com. The apartment was nothing compared to what is on pics. I will never book there again

Otherwise wonderful stay. Loved it

I liked the decor, the washing machine, the big screen TV with DSTV, the kitchen utensils. The braai stand. The friendly staff.

Wi-Fi isn’t strong to reach the main bedroom. The noise of the builders. No electric blanket. The generator doesn’t keep plugs on during load shedding.

Very enjoyable stay 😃

We had access to wifi, Netflix and, last but definitely not least, no loadshedding. The staff members were very attentive and friendly. The apartment is very secure and we felt safe while there and comfortable leaving our things when we left.

We had a few maintenance issues, but the staff members were interested in discussing and being made aware of the problems to fix in the future.

The setting

They had one toilet,one tissue for the 2 or more days u slept there,they don't do your bed or clean u hv to clean when u come back from your meetings,they give u a one day coffee for 2 ppl but booked for 6 ppl n paid for. The couch is not comfortable at all. U will call the numbers without an answer n no call back for missed calls

Very very poor. Felt completely unsafe. Drive to the unit was unsafe through squatter camps.

Absolutely nothing!

The location of the property is just not safe. I was alone with 2 children. I had to drive through squatter camps to get there. The actual area is very poor and surrounding homes are upkept. There is a major building site adjacent to the rooms. The room had ants in the lounge and it didn't feel very clean. Dishes were left in the drying rack to drip dry. I rewashed the dishes prior to using them. Linen on beds appeared not to have been washed. Crease marks. It appeared as if someone had slept in the beds and they had merely been remade. The kitchen dustbin had KFC food containers in it. It hadn't been emptied. The place was very noisy on arrival and this persisted the entire 3 hours we were there on day 1. We decided to not even sleep there at all. I feel that this was complete false advertising. I checked the reviews thoroughly and what's more it has a 3 point bookings.com rating. I actually think I should get a full refund!

Awesome facilities, place has a lot of potential.

When I booked for 2 days staff didn't come in to make the bed and clean up. And in the bathroom there's a huge used container of soap/shampoo. Individual packaged soaps are more sanitary.

Awesome stay at Evans Village

The apartment was lovely, really neat and comfortable. Fully gated and secure. The staff were exceptional and always available to assist. A huge thank you to Shaun for being so accommodating. We had a great experience. Definitely good value for money.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work, would have been better if it did since there were 4 of us.

Do let people stay in unfinished area

Appartment was need and clean Braai area

The unfinished building suite that was not barricade off. No mirror in bathroom and no fans. Small dustbin. No toilet paper hanger. Open hole in front of door not cover properly. Bathroom fan making noise.
