We did enjoy our stay despite the issues mentioned above.

Fabulous location, easy walk to shops, cafes and beach. Lots of room for our group of women. Great view.

Front gate wouldn’t work on arrival. Garage door not working. Front lock for the keys difficult to use. Leaking ceiling in the singles bedroom. Mould in quite a few areas of the house. Lots of corrosion from the “ sea air” Whole house needs maintenance and a freshen up. Not what you expect when booking a “ Gold Coast Mansion “ for over $3000 for 2 nights.

Excellent, great value and location.

It was so spacious, in a great location and easy to find. Value for money.

Bit of wear and tear from previous guests and also salt corrosion, but that’s expected with having the beach on your door step!

This owner cancelled on me the day before for a group of 16 people. When I tried to negotiate some kind of alternative by saying "It will be difficult to find accomadation on such short notice" I was told "that's a you problem not mine" Maybe the house is fine if the things get fixed up but the owner was a complete jerk to deal with.

Excellent location, walk to everything. Great for 4 couples or families with kids.

Not so great for a 5th couple the extra bedding is more suited to little kids. House could do with a little maintenance as a few issues due to the proximity of the ocean

The location at the beach was great. We paid top dollar for the house and expected better.

The whole house needs a good clean and lots of window and door frames need replacing, especially the fly screens. One of the sun lounges on the top deck was broken and the area up there is filthy.

Relaxing and homely, the location right on the beach, couldn’t speak highly enough of this stay!

There really wasn’t anything that was bad about it! We had some trouble finding the key box code but that was it! everything was amazing and the home was very clean and comfy. We loved staying here!

Large house in the centre of Main Beach

Location is great, right on main beach. Plenty of space for bringing multiple people. The middle floor area was enjoyable to spend time at yhe dining table looking out to the ocean.

For the price, I don't feel the quality met the expectation. Plenty of beds and space but a little dated and the bottom floor is quite mouldy so you aren't really compelled to spend time there. If you are travelling for any reason that requires an invoice, I'd probably think twice as I've been chasing for once since our stay a month ago. Booking.com advises its the properties responsibility but nothing from anyone.

amazing view, perfect location, very relaxing.

the view and location are amazing!! we had ten girls staying for a birthday and it was perfect distance to go out for lunch and come back and have a few drinks. plenary of room for us all.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

House was big, great location on the beach but shaded by 2 big buildings either side

It was cold as heating didn’t seem to go in lounge but went in bedrooms and they got too hot. House looks much better in the pictures than in reality, it was an older house that needs a bit of maintenance
