Розташування

Чистота у номері відсутня. Шумоізоляція жахлива, чути все що відбувається у всьому готелі. Джакузі у надзвичайно жахливому стані: не чисте, після включення у воді плавало сміття та волосся. На склі та дзеркалі відбитки від долонь попередніх відвідувачів. Підлога теж чиста. На постелі спостерігалася стара плямка від крові. Відсутня вентиляція у ванній. Все у волозі.

Отлично,тихо уютно тепло,и в центре.

Приятно удивлены.Спасибо за ранний заед.Все подготовили,чисто свежо,красиво.На рецепшене,максимально комуникативнный персонал.В номере есть посуда,техника,чай кофе. Ванная порадовала,рекомендуем гидромассаж.В номере тепло,и тихо.Рядом центр города супер маркеты.

Отсутствие смарт ТВ.Входная дверь на рецепшен,не зайти не выйти,постоянно дёргали.Но на отдыхе не сказалось.

Номера в жилом доме

В целом хороший отель, но имейте в виду, что это номера в очень грязном и старом вообщем подъезде жилого дома, переделанные с квартир. Было сюрпризом для меня. Очень хорошая женщина на ресепшене

Джакузи не работает и протекает, даже если использовать как душ. В целом видно, что уже требуется косметический ремонт и в ванной (в частности из-за протекающей ванной, и в комнате

Great value for money, perfect location and great stuff; bad sound isolation, though.

Proximity to the city center and all needed locations; walking distance to all of my locations.

Sound isolation. You can here literally everything from the neighboring apartments - TV, coughs, farts, sounds of love… you name it.

Good choice

The location is great - close to a metro station, and within walking distance of the city center (Khreshchatyk). There is a big shopping center 5 minutes away, and a couple of nice supermarkets. The hotel has a 24/7 reception, which is very convenient, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I really liked the room - it's big enough and has everything one needs during a stay. There's a kitchenette equipped with an electric plate and a kettle, as well as kitchenware.

Towels and bed sheets were a bit worn out, and that's probably all.

For this amount of money I woul definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location in the city center, very nice stuff, huge bath :)

the building itself is not nice - I would suggest renovating the building on the first and second floor or at least clean it

Superb

We really enjoyed our stay in the Arena Summit Apartments. The studio apartment was small but perfect for what we needed. The Internet was good and strong enough for both of us working remotely. The apartment was really warm and clean and was cleaned daily by the staff. Location was perfect a short walk to restaurants and shops. Svetlana the manager was very helpful and has perfect English. She was very friendly and provided information whenever we needed it. We would definitely return to this apartment when back in Kiev.

Great place to stay in Kyiv

Located close to the centre, literally a 5 minute walk. Staff were very helpful, at all times as well. Beds were comfortable and although located on the boulevard, could hear no traffic. Very good, the jacuzzi's are great also

I liked the room, clean, big and comfortable. The location is great. The city center is just a walking distance form the hotel. You have a huge hoping mall and restaurants in 5 - 15 minutes walking distance. The staff was helpful and welcoming.
