the location.

the property was not at all what the photos showed. it was really unattractive and the building was very old and elevator worn down. not as advertised.

The location was superb and the flat was quite clean.

It was a different flat and not the one I booked. Communication was not very welcoming. A belogning I left at the flat was not returned.

Beyond the face we came to an apartment that did not have enough beds as it is written And we were really disappointed by the hosts who shouted at us on the phone and spoke really badly when we said that there are no beds provided. Then everything they mediate even on the fact that there is not enough toilet paper very Bad hosts!!!!

we received totally different apartments. In apartments it was awful cigarettes smell. Very bad communication with stuff. Apartments was still in cleaning cleaning process at 16:00

Stylish rooms, two bath rooms, clean, easy and fast communications, quiet, nice colors and vibe.

One room smelled of weed. Should have been noticed before check-in. Wonderfully solved by the use of an ozonator. Could use some plants.

Very clean, spacious and centrally located apartment

Very kind and helpful personnel, i arrived late because my flight was delayed however the appartement manager cam outside the appartement and picked me up

There was no light at the outside of the appartement sometimes difficult to see the key hole

We booked two rooms, in reality they were a 5 minute walk from each other. It's unfair that they are marketed together like they were one property. Staff kept telling us to hurry with check-in, because he had "little time". Air-conditioning barely operated, lift for one of the apartments was not running during nighttime. Almost missed flight due to late staff upon check-out.

Great flat in the center of the city.

Was staying there at the Boulevard Lesyi Ukrainki 20/4 for about 2 weeks. It was great flat with 2 rooms and kitchen located in the center of the ukrainian capital. Apartments is very clean, have a balcony, air-conditioning and a washing machine. At the kitchen you can find many stuff that you can use if you want to do some cooking. 24/7 shop with products and alcohol is 100 meters up the street. Down the street located some other shops with all you can need, flowers, jewelry, clothes. Shoping and entertaining center Gulliver is in a 10 minutes walk away. Or you can take Uber there, btw it's extremely cheap in Ukraine. Staff was very kind and quick. When I lost the key late in the evening I called them and in 15 minutes I got a new one.

I had a problem with a toilet. The drain button wasn't working at some point, but I didn't call the stuff, because my gf was about to arrive, so I quickly fixed it myself. Everything else was perfect.
