This was a great space to rent. Large, open, airy, clean. We had a great time and having such a convenient location right in Printer's Alley made it better. Highly encourage you to check out this space!

Excellent communication with VRBO rep Melody and Property Manager Darold. Darold was onsite to welcome us and made the stay perfect. We had an issue with the water heater so he went to Home Depot the evening we checked in and replaced the water heater himself so that we could take warm showers in the morning. So awesome! The en-suite rooms are huge and nicely decorated. I arranged to have the loft decorated by Tricia at Premier Concierge LLC (Melody referred us) and was beautiful when we arrived for my brother's 50th. Couldn't have asked for more (except for a private bartender!) and everyone in my group agreed this was THE PERFECT place to stay. Bars, restaurants, grocery stores all within walking distance. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I went back to Nashville! Oh, and our driver, (I think also recommended by VRBO) Mike D, was the sh*t too! Thanks to all of you for making this a birthday my brother will never forget!

Located in the Heart of Nashville in Printers Ally. Ten minute walk to broadway and great music, fantastic food and people watching. The loft we had was extraordinary. Huge bedrooms with comfy king size beds. When we come back, we will definitely staying here. It’s perfect in all aspects

Loft is great for a group of friends or family. There is plenty of space to gather and hang out. It is a quick walk to Broadway and other local bars. Our property manager answered any questions and gave us information about Printers Alley. We would definitely stay again!

We had the most wonderful long weekend here celebrating my 45th birthday. The pictures do not do the loft justice. It is huge and just absolutely gorgeous. Has everything you need. The showers are amazing! Would love to stay here again in the future!

Place was great.Communication with Roland was touch and go. Wished the place had more coffee and towels. One room didnt have any bath towels. Fridge doors didnt close correctly, no big deal. All in All everyone had a great memorable stay!! Thank you all

Amazing property!! the size of the Loft was amazing and almost too big for us as we felt guilty leaving for dinner and out for the night. The Locations was amazing to walk to Broadway for the bars and restaurants.

Perfect location, incredible one of a kind property, tons of space. We had 4 couples staying in the Urban, everyone had their own room and bathroom, and lots of privacy. Huge kitchen and space to hang out. Property manager was great, very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

We rented the 4 BR unit located on the entire 4th floor. We had loads of space for our entire group and the location was perfect. Printers Alley is a unique, fun area with great food and entertainment. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved this stylish loft, and are considering staying in it again next year. The manager is awesome. That said, the couch has lots of stains, the upholstery on a chair, and the black velvet couch have small tears. I love the decor, and I am sure it has gotten a lot of rough wear from a lot of parties.

This was our second time renting this unit. Printers Alley is a short walk from all the action on Broadway but has its own fun vibe as well. Property manager, Darold, was helpful and responsive. The unit itself is decorated in such a fun way and was perfect for our four couples with the large bedrooms, each with their own bath. The unit is looking a little worn for wear since we stayed here 5 years ago. The main couch needs a deep cleaning, another couch has a hole in the fabric, pots and pans need updating, broken tile needs replacing in largest bathroom, hairdryer was broken, etc. Would absolutely stay here again but for the price, would like items such as these to be corrected!

Darold was awesome! Communication was clear and easy! Very personable and friendly as well as prompt! Location couldn't have gotten any better. Wouldn't have minded another bed vs. the air mattress, otherwise it was fabulous and we had a great time!

We rented the Urban loft for a friends trip to Nashville and we’re not disappointed. It was HUGE and 100 times better than each couple getting they’re own hotel room. The location was perfect - Broadway was just a few blocks away and we loved being right in the middle of Printer’s Alley. Will definitely be back!

This property is in a perfect location. Painters Alley has some hidden gems and it’s only a short 5 minute walk to Broadway. It fit our group of 8 easily. Would definitely stay here again.
