This pair of spacious condos is a luxurious, private oasis in the heart of Downtown Nashville. The modern design & artful decoration creates a high-end look & feel. Ample windows treat guests to views of both Downtown's famous 2nd Avenue and the Cumberland River. Uniquely charming, this space sits above French’s Shoes & Boots, a popular Nashville boot store located in a renovated historical building. Guests are only steps away from everything Nashville has to offer: food, music, shopping & more. This single listing is actually two complete condos connected by a common recreation space. Each condo has a kitchen, bathrooms & living spaces, while the recreation area features a pool table, TV & couches. Guests have access to a shared Pool table area with a 65 inch Smart TV We are very accessible and if not reached right away, we will respond as promptly as possible. The store downstairs is open from 10-6 weekdays and 10-9 weekends and can serve as a great reference point for many basic questions and needs. This location is only a short walk from popular Downtown Nashville experiences like Wildhorse Saloon, Johnny Cash Museum, as well as amazing restaurants and many live music venues. The cab situation in Nashville is fairly standard for a midsize city: Many individual cab companies are available at all hours. You can also use: Lyft, Uber, Music City Circuit, Pedicabs, B-Cycle, or Scooters. Guests have 24 hour access through a private elevator located on the main level of French’s Shoes & Boots.

Upon arriving we couldn’t even get to our condo due to second street being torn up so we had to park pretty far from our unit and walk with all our luggage. When we got checked in, we found that the AC did no work on the riverside. After texting the manager he did send somebody out who did not fix the air because he needed another part. So for the first 2 days the air wasn’t working. Day 3, riverside finally started to work, but the city side rooms were at 80 degrees now! We were sweating just walking around in there. The property manager said he would make it right but is now ignoring us. When spending 10K on a condo you think the unit would be top notch and the road construction would have been something we were told about up front. Needless to say I wouldn’t stay here again!

Property was better then expected. It is in a great location, a few hundred feet and you are on Broadway. We were there for my sons 21st birthday and had 14 people staying here. Had plenty of room and the place is very nice inside. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking. The property manager was great to work with. Can’t wait to go back and stay here again.

The condos were spacious and clean. It was a girls weekend and we had so much room. Location was excellent- just a half a block off Broadway. Property manager responded quickly to questions. I highly recommend staying here.

We were 10 in all looking to have high quality accommodations without a hotel experience where we would be separated. This was ideal. (It has a game room with a pool table). It was very safe with multiple combination deadlocks and only a block from all the live music action. Comfy mattresses. The host was very attentive.

We have been on a family trip to Nashville and Memphis, looking for a condo right downtown in Nashville where our group could gather easily between events. The property, right above French's Boot store and near Broadway, was spacious with a modern feel, very clean and comfortable. Our teenage sons loved the pool table in the recreation area. The managers/ owners were helpful and stayed in communication over outer stay, checking in often. Thank you for a great experience!

We are a group of 4 couples who have been going on an annual trip for 30 years. The trip needs to include good food and shopping, golf, entertainment and history and a walkable environment. Nashville and the French condo hit the mark this year, incl 4 bedrooms with full baths and plenty of space to hang out. Great location to see Nashville! Parking only a block away and easy access to Uber or Lyft. One of our best trips. JC, the host, was great to work with.

We had a family get together, from Texas, Florida and Pennsylvania and staying here made the whole trip. If you have a large group of family gathering, this is the place! You have privacy, yet a great Rec Room area to gather and have quality time together. The location is Perfect!! The property manager, JC, is attentive and accommodating for any needs. Well worth the cost.

This property was over the top perfect. Everything was as beautiful as the pictures and the location could not be beat. The property manager was helpful during our planning and was very attentive during our stay. We had 7 ladies - all celebrating a milestone birthday and this property was everything we wanted it to be. It provided great sleeping accommodations (with very comfortable bedding and beds), adequate bathroom and shower spaces and gathering space galore. We asked for shopping service to allow for the fridge to be stocked and that was a great add for our stay. It was easy getting in and out of the property and it was right in the heart of the wonderful Broadway area. We very much enjoyed our stay - they thought of everything!

We had an incredible time in Nashville and staying here made it even better! We were a group of 11 girls, had plenty of room, and felt very safe! Location cannot be beat...you walk out the front door and have your pick at the bars...all playing live music. The beds are SO comfortable, we didn't want to get out of them. The property manager checked with us everyday and was available 24/7 for questions. Can't say enough good things, thank you and we hope to be back!

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. We had a large group of girls and wanted to stay close to downtown... we did not realize how close we actually were to everything broadway! Although the front of the apartment was very loud at night, we weren't too bothered by it because we stayed out late the few nights we were there! The location was amazing and the apartments themselves were spotless and gorgeous! We are hoping to plan a trip back within the next few years!
