About this house rental

You can enjoy a vacation getaway only 49 minutes from Charlotte off of I-85. Two night minimum stay.

The Lake: The lake is across the street in direct view of the front of the house. You have access to the water and shared pier, so you can dock your watercraft or sun bathe, along with a fire pit and a yard for family activities. Grilling on the deck may be available as shared space.

The Neighborhood: This is one of the newer homes on Lakeview Drive. Most neighboring homes are used only seasonally.

Constructed in 2005, The Lakeview House is fully furnished and ready for you and your guests. Access to a shared boat dock is available. Whether you choose to rent the house for a two nights, a week, or a weekend, you'll enjoy all of the following amenitiesnot mentioned above:

It was really nice! The water was definitely close enough and the home was just as advertised. Alfred was very nice and enjoyable to converse with. All was Very Good and Yes I'll look forward to staying again. One spot to improve: one of the downstairs mattresses was very uncomfortable. But not a dealbreaker Overall 4stars we all liked it and had a great time on the 4th

We had a great time! The house was nice and clean. We were able to use the dock across the road and fish whenever we wanted to or just sit by the water. Gas and groceries are just a short drive away.

Alfred was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were accomidated and that everything about our stay was taken care of. The property location was great and my kids enjoyed the amazing amount of space that was available. There was plenty of room for us and I have a family of 5 including myself. He provided local eateries to order from so when we arrived from our long drive we knew what was close and available to us. There was a fire pit for use and docks to go fishing from. I overly pleased with everything this rental had provided and what Mr. Graham offered as a host to us. If i were to book in this area again, I would go out of my way to make sure I'd book here again! Thank you again Alfred!

Myself and my 4 children (ages 17, 14, 12 & 9) stayed at the Lakeview house for a weekend trip to visit family, and we all enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The house was stocked with everything we needed, so clean, and the view is so nice. Alfred was so great in his communication, and he appreciated my singing ;-) We will definitely want to stay here again if in the area!

Very quiet and relaxing environment. Alfred checked in with us and toured the house with us to be sure we knew where everything was. Very kind man! We stayed there with our son, daughter-in-law and granddaugher and the spacious 2nd floor was almost like a separate rental. While at the house we enjoyed the peacefulness yet only a short drive to many cities and attractions. Thank you Alfred!

We enjoyed our stay in this home, it is very spacious inside. The property owner was very helpful and cared about or experience. The only downside is there is the house takes up the whole property so no place for kids to play. Public lake access is a few miles away. Our family will stay here if we get back to the area.

Alfred the host was very accommodating. The house has such a beautiful view of the lake. My family fished on the lake thanks to Alfred provided fishing rods and the bait. We had all the necessary kitchen tools to have a beautiful Thanksgiving. Thank you ALFRED!

The Lakeview House had wonderful views of the lake, and its owner Alfred personified hospitality. He thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The only reason this is not a total 5-star review is that the house was a bit musty = maybe just part of being close to the lake.

The hardest part was leaving. Alfred was so helpful from the moment we arrived until departure. The home is beautiful and spacious enough for a large family. Also, the kitchen is well stocked if planning to cook. We can't wait to return for some fishing.

My family and I stayed here over the 4th of July and it was the best experience. Alfred, the owner, is gracious and easy going. He’s always available. We had a blast swimming in the lake, fishing off the docks and enjoying the fireworks over the lake from the deck.
