Lunch / dinner area under an arbor facing the view with barbecue next to it. Large swimming pool of 14x6m. The house offers a 360 ° view of vineyards and the Maures massif. Tranquility is definitely assured.
4 bedrooms for 9 pers :
1stBedroom with double bed and sink.
2ndBedroom with double bed and shower.
3rd Bedroom with 2 single beds *
4th Bedroom with 3 single beds *.
Bathroom with shower and sink.
As well as separate WC.

Linens provided
Rental of 7 nights minimum.
Room of 60 m2 including the living room, with two large leather sofas, TV, fireplace, office area and bench.
Dining room / kitchen of 25m2 fully equipped with electric hob, oven, basket, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer.
Large swimming pool on land completely enclosed by a barrier. 5 deckchairs, bath mattress.
NB: supervision of children remains compulsory and the renter’s responsibility.

Location: 5 km from Lorgues, a charming village in the Var with a renowned Provencal market. TGV (transnational train) station Les Arcs-Draguignan is 30minutes away. Lake of Saint-Croix (Gorges du Verdon) 40 mins away. 40 mins from Saint-Tropez. 1 hour from Nice and Porquerolles island. Art & Wine tourist visits suggested: the large nearby Var vineyards (Château de Berne, Domaine Ott, Château Roubine, Sainte Roseline, La commanderie de Peyrassol, Astros, Domaine Gavoty), Thoronet Abbey, villages of Tourtour and Aups.
50% deposit on the order
Deposit at the entrance of the premises: 600 euros
Free cancellation 30 days before the day of arrival. Refund of 50% between 14 days. After this period, canceled reservations will not be refunded.
