Excellent!

Great location: bus stop, shops, and beach are all just a couple of minutes away from the accommodation. The room is spacious and clean, with a very nice terrace. We stayed for 10 days and had everything we needed in the room and in the kitchen. Our flight was in the evening, and the host was very nice to let us stay in the accommodation well beyond the official check-out time.

Sandy beach within 2 min walk, veg shop around the corner with fruit and veg grown in Malta and really nice sales person, parking is free on the street and usually can be found within 5 min walk

There is no terrace that is mentioned in the description, balcony upstairs is really small and there is no sea view despite being very close to it. We stayed in unit 1 (orange theme on pics) that is not mentioned during booking and is ground floor apartment, so very limited view of the sky and surroundings with currently closed building site across the narrow street. Also severe mold issue in the upstairs bathroom.

Cutest Apartment in Birzebbugia

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment near Pretty Bay beach and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the bright and airy feel of the space! The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated with such a cute beachy vibe that perfectly complements its surroundings! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals and there is plenty of space to sit and dine. The living room is cozy and comfortable, with a large TV and a comfortable sofa. I loved the terrace!!! - Wine, BBQ and watching the beautiful lights of the free port! *chef's kiss* Super highlight of this apartment is its location. It is just a short walk from the beach, so I was able to enjoy the sun, sand and super close to a lot of gorgeous sites - Ghar Dalam, Marsaxlokk Village, Wied Iz-Zurrieq and Village of Birzebbugia. The area is also filled with great restaurants, cafes. Would recommend shopping around the local greengrocer (2 mins away from the apartment) and cute bakeries! Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway. The host is always a call or message away!

I would book this apartment all over again and again!

The bedroom is super comfortable and cozy, with a soft, plush bed comforter that made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries provided. We spent our days lounging at the terrace, bbqs, wine and just a good time! Plenty of restaurants only 3 minutes away by walk and close to a lot of amenities. Super close to : Pretty Bay, Marsaxlokk Bay, Delimara, St. Peter's Pool Overall, I would highly recommend this beach apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and cultural gateway in the South of Malta - you get a feel of the local culture. The attention to detail and the exceptional service provided by the staff made this an unforgettable experience that I hope to repeat again and again.

On the plus side: Nice quiet location Very friendly neighbors Close to the beach and restaurants Well-placed to travel from to most places of interest Good parking On the downside: No toilet paper on arrival (when found, it was not enough for 4 adults for 2 weeks) Very dusty all over Only 3 dinner plates No hand soap Not enough coat hangers Not enough black rubbish and recycling bags Black grit /ash in the top left-hand side drawer in the dressing table Rubbish and dust behind the main shower door Very loose shower room door frame The main fuse box just behind the front door exposed Unable to key lock the bedroom door 2 x Fire extinguishers not checked since 2019 (in my opinion)

All in all an enjoyable stay, apartment has everything that you need and was clean and tidy.

Location was quite good, everything within walking distance, Prompt service when we had an issue with the AC. Host very helpful with regard to places to eat and taxi bus service etc.

Didn't appear to be a cleaner and bedding didn't get changed in the period we were there.

Nice, clean apartment in a good location

Really clean place in a good location and all the facilities you’d need. Amazing air con.

It was hard to find on Google maps and on the street without the exact address which is only given once you’ve booked. Could’ve done with some soap in the bathrooms.

Exceptional

Another amazing experience with booking.com Viloetta apartment was excellent in every aspect, super clean, completely newly furnished, very well equipped kithara, each piece of furniture and equipment was as brand new, clean and top quality. We were very satisfied also with the owner, communication and his willingness on highest level. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you once again Manuel! Highest recommendation!

Terrace view during day not that attractive as it is the port, however night lights are beautiful.

All was really good,nice easy location and all nicely done.

Only little things,we presumed the stainless steel bowle was for sink as we couldn’t find plug. The toilet roll holder in downstairs loo was falling off wall,and toilet cistern continues to run after flushing,dinner plates were really big but ok,safety lights are a nescesetty but they were very bright on the bedroom,I like it dark for sleeping,both from t doors need oil in locks as stiff. A little bit of criticism but it’s better for you to know in my opinion,bye and thanks,

Clean well-equipped base for visit to family.

It totally met our need for a base within walking distance of our Birzebbuga family. Clean, fresh and well-equipped (2 bathrooms!). (Although some of the finishing was to Maltese standards). Apartment is on 2 floors in a remarkably slim building. Internal and external doors are also slimmer than usual. I would guess 60cm wide. Circular staircase to bedroom is also slim with tight curves. Fortunately, we are still active enough to cope, A very good sign - Manuel promptly fixed a problem with the curtain pole when we reported it. On a side street, a short walk (3 mins?) from promenade, shops and restaurants. Good wi-fi and an incredible range of TV channels from around the world.

Small points :- Parking is on the street. You may need to go around the corner to find a place. Only one bedside light - it would help to have one on each side of the double bed.

It was fantastic!

We spent awesome days at Violetta Apartment: it was really clean and tidy and, there, we found everything we needed. The village is quite and relaxing and very local. Manuel was always so kind, atent and always offering good communication, trying to make things as easier as possibles for us. We would strongly recommend the apartment for future Malta visitors!
