1. Nowhere in the ad, which screenshots are retained of, is there anything that says there are camera's installed in the interior nor exterior of this raggedy smelly unsanitary house. If there were, my client would of course NOT have booked a stay in this hell hole.
2. Vrbo is documented confirming Host is NOT supposed to live here while guests are renting it. Yet, the mentally crazy pervert was living here during stay.
3. Vrbo is documented confirming camera's are NOT allowed to be installed anywhere. Yet, to my client's surprise, there are two in the interior and one on the exterior. California law mandates that any exterior of a residential property being rented out to people, has to have a sign next to it or under it saying it's there. This fool doesn't have any sign. It's also mandated that the interior must NOT have any camera's in it when rented out to people.
4. Once my client noticed the interior camera's, which one is facing the private guest bathroom entrance, by law a violation of Reasonable Expectation Of Privacy; my client covered them with duct tape. Eight nights later, a woman came in the house and removed had the egregious audacity to remove the duct tape. My client therefore then uninstalled the two camera's. The next night, the host unlawfully re-installed them.
5. Upon arrival, my client discovered each of the following CDC, Governor, Mayoral public health mandates violated by this psycho host, and, had to use her own supplies to immediately:
A. Sage air, due to it being completely musty and reeking of Dog poop and funk all around the house, and no windows were open, no air circulation.
B. Open the guest bathroom window and the bedroom window; the window's she felt welcome to open.
C. Spray her Lysol disinfectant spray all around the house.
D. Burn her scented candle jar's.
E. Use her disinfectant wipes across the floors and surfaces of living room, guest bathroom, bedroom, and her travel size broom and dustpan.
F. Use her cleaning supplies to clean particles and dirt out of tub and somebody's crusty used face towel out of shower, and to clean the toilet, sink, etc.
G. Use her Lysol to spray bed, funky recent-body-oily comforter that is over it, put her own linen's, blanket and comforter over it. There were also stinky Reeses cup rappers on floor. Host lied, adult niece did NOT clean anywhere.
6. Host committed Unlawful Detainment and other offenses upon my client.
7. Vrbo took several days to respond to Relocation r
