I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Vrbo rental located right on the beach, and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
**Location:**
The home is situated in a prime location with direct beach access. Waking up to the sound of waves and stepping out onto the sand was a dream come true. It's close enough to local shops and restaurants for convenience but far enough to provide a peaceful retreat.
**Accommodation:**
The house itself is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The decor is stylish yet comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. We were a group of six, and there was ample space for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, and we enjoyed dining on the spacious deck overlooking the ocean.
**Amenities:**
This rental had everything we needed and more. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there were plenty of board games and books for our downtime. The outdoor shower was a nice touch, especially after a day at the beach. The provided beach chairs and umbrellas were also a big plus.
**Host:**
Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and offering great local tips. They genuinely cared about our experience and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay.

Having spent a year travelling abroad, we’ve stayed in many rental properties. This home is definitely in the top 3. The management is quick to respond to any questions, the rental is clean and as pictured. It was well-stocked with everything from beach toys, kitchen items and towels/linens. We enjoyed the neighborhood as the property is well-located and the area is safe. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this, and AvantStay, to any of our family and friends!

O'Neill II - Newport Beach, one of the best!
This property was perfect for our family of 5, plus some of their friends. Very spacious condo with plenty of room for everyone to lay their head at night in a bed. Family room / kitchen area was big enough for everyone to move around plus we were able to store our toys (Surf Boards / Mountain Bike) inside where they were safe but didn’t cramp us. Overall comfortable property, 15 yards from the sand and being on the north side of Newport was great, lower car / foot traffic which lead to a more relaxed chill experience. Best part was how friendly the neighbors were, especially the sweet lady right next door…… made us feel welcomed in her neighborhood!

Lots of sand to track in. The property manager was a super cool guy! He was very kind and attentive. Beds were very comfortable. The TV options were great. It was great that our dog could join us at the beach. Thanks for a great home away from home.

Some minor issues with the parking and trash collection but overall a nice place. Not a mind blowing residence but definitely adequate with beautiful surroundings. Bit of road noise from nearby PCH but can shut windows and crank AC to drown it out. Nice place. GREAT beach location.

We stayed at this property with our teenage kids to escape quarantine and heat in Las Vegas and quarantine here for a week. The place was absolutely perfect for us and the kids loved it too. The location was amazing and the bikes that were available were used everyday! We rode to Huntington and Balboa everyday. We ordered food from all of the local restaurants and also used the kitchen that was also perfect, it had everything we needed and plenty of dishes and glasses, etc, so we didn’t have to do dishes everyday. The decor and furnishings were very hip and the teenagers really liked it too😍 Thanks for a great week, we will be back!

Perfect location great house
We came to this property in January with 2 families for a Disneyland trip. The weather was low 70’s, beach was beautiful and quiet, and the fire in the house was perfect. Highly recommended!!

Beach fun!
The property was amazing! The proximity to the beach is excellent and the beach feels very private. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had a couple of internet challenges that the host dealt with very quickly.

Not clean - terrible cleaning staff
The location is great, the house is great. I would recommend it for anyone visiting Newport and the beach (10 steps away) - but when we entered it was not cleaned very well. Unsanitary almost. I brought it up with the property management and they offered to clean again, but with kids and schedule, not really what we paid for. They still have some kinks to work out on this rental. To top it off, the cleaning crew came into the house at 10:30, started leaving their buckets there and waiting, despite normal checkout being 11!
