Connie and Kirt's house was wonderful to stay in. The location at the end of the road made it feel secluded with almost no neighbors, but is within 2 or 3 minutes of the ski resort. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. From the kitchen, to the bathroom's, to the game room, you only need to bring food and clothes everything else is supplied. Connie and Kirt met us at the house when we arrived and could not have been more helpful with local suggestions. The house is very kid friendly. The beds in the loft area were great for our kids. We look forward to staying at the Williams Chateau again soon.

There were 4 families that stayed together at the Williams Chateau. Everything was really amazing! The amenities were plentiful with lots of unexpected extras. The house was spotless which was very much appreciated! The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of space for our families. We had the teenage boys in the loft and the teenage girls stayed in a bedroom with their hangout area in the additional living area downstairs where they watched movies. The views are incredible from the large windows in the living and dining areas. We loved having the large dining table where we could all eat together and we played games there too. The location is also perfect for skiing with the home just minutes from both of the ski areas. Connie was extremely available reaching out even before our trip and providing us several recommendations for places to eat and key local spots! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the home was just amazing! We would love to come back and stay again!

Wow, what a great property! The first thing that jumped out at you was the ownership pride in their home. The place was well decorated, incredibly clean and spacious.
We had three different generations and everyone was happy with the conveniences. Plenty of space to cook large meals, a beautiful view from the large deck. A downstairs living room that had board games (a ton of them) and an entertainment setup that had plenty of options (video game consoles).
The pool table and arcade game were a nice addition, they kept family occupied.
We couldn’t be any happier. Connie was sweet, helpful and very responsive.
We’ve rented many places between Brianhead and Duck Creek, this was the best place we have booked. We will return next summer.
Thank you for providing us with a wonderful memory!

We have stayed here before and We will be back again. The property is beautiful. The location is perfect. And the owners Kurt and Connie are amazing. This home has every creature comfort you can think of, from warm wool socks by the fireplace to humidifiers in the rooms. This place is awesome.

3 Generation Vacation
We rented this property for a three generation family vacation. It was the perfect size for our family - 5 bedrooms with each couple getting their own bedroom, room in the loft for six grandkids to have their own sleeping space, and a crib for the baby. Connie and Kirt were very gracious and attentive hosts and made us feel welcome. Although Brian Head is generally thought of as a winter ski resort, we found plenty of of activities to enjoy during the summer. Cedar Breaks National Monument is extremely close and has some nice hikes. Bryce Canyon National Park is a little over an hour away. We rented some off-road vehicles and Brain Head has lots of trails that you can enjoy. The kids' activities at the ski resort are kind of trashy and not worth the money, although our grandkids still enjoyed them.
All-in-all, a fun getaway. We'd do it again.

Perfect for Family Reunion
This home is beautiful and furnished with excellent taste. Every possible need has been provided for. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view in both the mornings and evenings. There was plenty of room for our family to be together inside to play games and the pool table was a hit with the kids.
We brought almost all our food in ourselves since the markets in Brian Head are limited. That worked well for us.
The host was always responsive and helpful. This home is a great and we would love to stay here again!

Family friendly entertainment hot spot!
Kirt & Connie have a great place and they definitely take into account the needs of their clients. My family and I were genuinely grateful for the attention to detail. Very nice place with every amenity, games, supplies and random things that you seem to forget that you might need on a vacation.

The Perfect Mountain Retreat!
The William's Chateau far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we booked the property to checking out, we received the utmost attention to our needs. Connie was the most amazing hostess! She thought of every detail to make sure our stay was memorable and relaxing. We were welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a special occasion we were celebrating and a basket full of yummy goodies. It is hard sometimes to find a cabin large enough to accommodate our 5 married children and our grandchildren, but this fit the bill. It was nice that each family had their own space and then a loft with extra beds for the grandkids to have their own sleepovers. It has 3 separate hang out areas, which was great! The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Great location between Giant Steps and Navajo Ski lifts. And the parking was amazing, we fit 5 cars in the drive way with no problem. We will definitely be back!

Ski Trip Dream Cabin
Three families fit comfortably in this amazing cabin. There was plenty of space to play, sleep and eat. The sledding hill behind the cabin was a favorite of the kids and the close proximity to the ski resort was great! We’re already trying to plan a ski trip for next year and hope it works out that this cabin is available.

Best VRBO property!
I have vacationed in many VRBO properties and this one should be used as the gold standard. The Williams Chateau was the perfect getaway for our group of 11 family and friends ranging from 18 - 51 years of age. The layout was fantastic. We had a 3 day pool tournament upstairs, watched the UFC fight and AFC/NFC Championship games downstairs and had all of our meals at home sitting around the large family table. The kitchen was stocked so well we were able to grocery shop on the way in at the Super Walmart in Cedar City and had everything we needed including a grill supplied with propane. The living area was a great place for morning coffee, bird watching and to view the gorgeous birch/pine forest and snowfall. The sledding out back was epic fun. Puzzles were completed and oh yah ...the reason we chose Brian Head was to ski/board and teach some newbies. The snow was phenomenal and the Navajo hill was just what our beginners needed while the more advanced shredded at Giant Steps. In addition the highlight was how clean and thoughtfully supplied the house was, the soaps, shampoos, lotions, bath salts, etc were very nice, even a welcome basket of goodies was a nice touch! Very, very well done. We hope to stay here again.

Beautiful memories in a beautiful home
We celebrated our daughter’s birthday at the Williams’ Chateau! The home was clean, inviting & well stocked with everything we needed to cook together and just enjoy our family. The only issue we had with the house is temperature. Connie provided instructions & recommended settings but we weren’t able to get the entire house warm & comfortable for everyone- we were usually cold. We had an amazing time flying down the hill in the backyard on the provided sleds. I corresponded with Connie during our stay. I appreciate her reaching out in advance of our arrival as well as being available & responsive during our stay. There is no garage access but it wasn’t a problem because there is a huge covered area. We got a lot of snow on our second day & one of our vehicles got stuck @ Navajo. Connie provided helpful info, called the city about plowing & ensured our yard was cleared so we weren’t stuck there on the day of departure. This was a wonderful trip & Connie was a very accommodating host! We would definitely recommend their home.

Heavenly getaway
This was our 7th trip to Brianhead and this is by far the loveliest place we've stayed in. Kirt and Connie could not have been more warm and welcoming upon our arrival, and were very present via text for anything we could need. The house was gorgeous, bright, clean, impeccably organized and with anything we could ever want. The view was wonderful and the road was easily navigated even for a southern Californian who doesn't drive in the snow. The kitchen was fully stocked and the game room had every movie and every game you could ever play. We loved our time here and now we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The Williams Chateau is an 11 out of 10. We are so grateful we had the opportunity to stay here!

Best vacation ever
This was by the far the best vacation in a long time. The property was very clean and absolutely beautiful. I don’t think we could have found a better spot to spend our family vacation. The picture do not do this cabin any justice. You must see it in person to appreciate the beauty. If I ever return, I would definitely return back to this cabin.

This place is phenomenal!!
We had a wonderful stay here in Early December. This house has everything. The homey touches make this feel so comfortable. The Owners are amazing and make everyone who stays there feel like they are so welcome. They go the extra mile. You can’t beat the beautiful view from their backyard with the porch that runs along the whole backyard and the gorgeous trees beyond. There is ample parking for everyone. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are amazing. With 2 great rooms to hang out in. I have stayed there twice now. One in snow and one in the fall. Both times were so worth it. I will definitely be back.

our family reunion
We stayed in this beautiful cabin for our family reunion. There was plenty of room for our combined total of 17 people, including an infant. The beds are perfect and comfortable and the crib was a nice addition. The kitchen is so well stocked with needed items. Far better than other rentals we have used. The location is perfect if you like being central to many different activities like lakes for canoeing or kayaking, biking and even spending a day at a national park-all within about a 60 minute drive. Kirt and Connie met us upon arrival and introduced us to the lay out and were so accommodating, even checking in with us occasionally through out our stay. We will definately be staying here again! Thank you Connie and Kirt for sharing your beautiful home with us!

A memorable Spring Break!
We visited Brian Head for our annual Spring Break ski trip. The house was perfect for our group of 4 families totaling 8 adults & 8 kids. Very spacious and nicely decorated with plenty of kitchenware to prepare evening meals. Enjoyed the downstairs room for movie & game night. Plenty of board games to choose from which is ideal for kids to unplug from their devices. Giant Steps is easily accessible. One of the best features is the lighted, covered parking.
Many thanks to Kirt & Connie for sharing your wonderful home and answering the questions we had during the week. Many thanks for some new great family memories!!

Fantastic!
We were a group of 4 families with children. We enjoyed this light filled home, which was well appointed with everything we need and then some. There was plenty of space for all to gather and additional space for others that needed a quiet spot. It's proximity to the lifts made it a skiers paradise. The owners were responsive and a delight to work with. We highly recommend this home and are looking forward to returning next year.

Amazing Home!
We stayed in this beautiful home with another family last weekend and absolutely loved it. The owners could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The beds were ALL wonderfully comfortable & the bedroom layout was perfect for a big group. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens & towels were luxurious & the location was perfect! The basement was stocked with an amazing selection of movies & games to keep the kids entertained. Lots of space surrounding the house, making it feel quiet & private. The trip to the lifts was no more than a minute, making runs to and from the home a breeze. We truly felt at home & cannot wait to return to this beautiful property!

Best Mountain Vacation Home
We couldn't be more pleased with our stay at this mountain cabin. The hosts made sure every detail of our stay was enjoyable. They were super friendly and easy to work with. Even going out of their way to make some changes for us.
The home is beautiful and has everything and more you could need for a family getaway in the gorgeous mountains. The kitchen is spacious and stocked with all the necessities you would need to cook during your stay. The bedrooms are all nicely decorated and each have super comfortable beds and bedding. There is plenty of room for a large family to relax and enjoy each others company.
The ski resort is literally down the road. But you feel like you are far away from it all. The home has unobstructed views of the gorgeous landscape. Truly incredible views.
I can't say enough about how great this trip was! We will for sure go again in the spring and summer!

Fantastic Location, Amazing Place
It had been quite awhile since my wife and I were able to get away for a long weekend to relax and spend some time with friends, but this last weekend we were able to slip away to Brian Head Utah and spend a few nights at this amazing mountain retreat.
There was a ton of snow, which was great for the skiers, and some fun winter razor rides, but just being in a place that is so well cared for, in the perfect location was such a nice treat for us. This retreat seems like you are alone in the middle of nowhere, yet you are just a quarter mile from the main road and all that Brian Head Resort has to offer, from skiing, to groomed tubing hills, snowmobile rentals, mountain biking and so much more.
We even spent some much needed time enjoying the sun laying out in chairs on Saturday and definitely getting a little color while we were at it.
This is such a great getaway spot for 2 or more couples or a family reunion of 20+, tons of space, very large kitchen (we cooked all our meals right there and it was amazing), hundreds of movies and games, a pool table and more.
Everything is so well maintained, clean and inviting. A real mountain retreat, amazing parking in the enormous log portico, you could slip in probably 8 cars under the portico and quite a few more in the drive/parking area.
We enjoyed nightly BBQ'ing on the large deck, amazing views out of the wall of windows, beds, bedding and bathrooms were perfect. You have to check this place out. Winter or Summer, this is the perfect destination for families, couples, a reunion or business retreat. You might be able to tell we are pretty big fans. :) We rent short term in several places around the country, and this is by far in the top 1 or 2 we have stayed at.
This will definitely stay on our radar for 2-3 visits a year. Can't wait to get back.

Amazing, well-stocked house
Our group of five families, 20 people in all, had a great time in this beautiful house. It was well-sticks with kitchen appliances, spices, etc as well as linens and towels. Nice toiletries in the bathrooms too. There was plenty of space for everyone. The loft was awesome- 6 twin beds for all the boys and a pool table that we all enjoyed. The lower level had a pull out couch and two other couches and was spacious enough for all the girls. Plus each couple had their own bedroom.
We made a sled run in the backyard down the hill- so much fun! There was a TON of snow, so we appreciated when the owner had a shovel dropped off the second day. There was ample parking for our five cars, but the awning did not prevent snow from blowing into them, so bring a scraper! And chains if you don’t have 4WD in the winter. We have rented three houses in Brian Head and everyone agreed this was the best!
