Incroyable

Nous avons passée un séjour exceptionnel! Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe premièrement pour nous avoir surclassé dans un villa magnifique avec piscine et d’avoir été au petit soin avec nous. L’utilisation de whatsapp est très pratique et l’équipe est rapide.

Prachtig hotel. Mooi entree, fijne kamer. Aardig personeel.

De slaapkussens zijn te hard. De weg naar hotel is slecht. We sliepen aan de wegkant. Veel last van langsrijdende motoren, vrachtwagens etc. Zwembad is een publieke zwembad. Vind ik niet prettig. Kinderen kwamen daar zwemmen. Terwijl het een hotel is voor only adults.

Skønneste og smukkeste sted

Smukkeste villa med god plads, flot interiør og egen pool. Vi kunne ikke ønske os mere for vores bryllupsrejse. Derudover var personalet søde og hjælpsomme. Vi fik blandt andet arrangeret dagsture via hotellet. Kan kun sende de varmeste anbefalinger.

Très agréable

Ayant eu un problème de bruit dans ma chambre ils n’ont pas hésité et me changer de chambre. Personnel au petit soin. Les villas sont magnifiques.

Un peu loin du centre de Kuta mais avec un scooter ça va.

Très beau lieu mais proche du circuit automobile et peu de services !

Nous avons trouvé le lieu très joli, propre et le personnel adorable.

La proximité avec le circuit automobile qui créé une nuisance sonore importante. Amateur de grasse matinée, oubliez ! Le manque de service. Ormis la chambre et la piscine il n’y a rien d’autre. Pas de restaurant à proprement parlé (on peut commander à manger via what’s app). Pas d’activité. Alors que pour le meme prix il existe des lieux avec SPA, restaurant, et jardins magnifiques.

GEWELDIG!

Personeel was erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en behandelden onze verzoeken snel. De accommodatie is erg luxe; heeft een grote buiten badkamer en bezit alles wat je nodig hebt en meer (bijv. vanity, extra gefiltered water op de kamer, netflix).

De locatie is erg afgelegen; je kan er alleen komen met de taxi/auto. Hierdoor ben je altijd genoodzaakt om die te bestellen als je ergens heen wilt (of scooter huren). De muren van de kamer kunnen erg dun zijn; we hoorden onze buren namelijk praten.

Wonderful villa, had a really good stay there

The villa was great, with complete facilities and amenities. Thank you Batatu Resort for the honeymoon decor :)

The main road leading to the property is kinda small with gravel and dirt. The main entrance to the property is under renovation works, hopefully it’ll look grand after it’s done!

Quiet and private. Swimming pool is cool. Staffs are friendly. They will pick you up from and to the airport with little cost. Food is nice. I love the walk from the villa to MBC club at madalika beach.

Perfect!

Het was perfect! Bij aankomst kregen wij een gratis upgrade naar een Villa! Hij was prachtig en had een eigen zwembad. De bedden lagen heel lekker en het personeel was heel behulpzaam. Ze hebben service waarbij je eten en koffie kan bestellen dat ze naar je huis brengen. Je kan ook scooters huren en binnen 10 minuten ben je met de scooter in Kuta centrum!

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt mit einem, kleinen Minus

Unfassbar guter Service, tolle Villas, sehr sauber und groß. Es war wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Eine Baustelle ist nebenan, falls es aber zu laut wird, kann man Bescheid geben. Dann hören die Bauarbeiter auf. Wichtig: die MotoGP Strecke ist in Hörweite. Wen Motorradgeräusche stören, wird hier während des Mittags genervt sein.

Stay here only if you are desperate

Decor was nice Pick up , drop off easy to arrange Bike rental straightforward. Netflix available

Dogs barking all night. Safe didn’t work. Microwave didn’t work. Door lock stopped working and had to be changed. Race track noises as right next to the race track can be heard from very early in the morning Call to prayer can be heard in room at 5 am. Menu advertises as Gluten free without understanding what this means. Highly dangerous and unsafe food standard if you have celiacs disease as many menu items listed as gluten free which aren’t ( For example one of the items contained soy sauce which was listed as gluten free) . I thought maybe this was because it’s a rare disease however the local restaurants (10 min bike ride ) can manage gluten free options safely. Food arrived cold on many occasions and was of a poor standard.

Einfach ein Traum! Lohnt sich!

Es war einfach alles perfekt, von der Unterkunft das Highlight unserer Reise. Die Villa war super schön und sehr gepflegt. Alles war super sauber. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.

Stunning villas that feel private and luxurious with exceptional service.

Probably the most beautiful villas I’ve stayed in. I was upgraded on arrival and got to enjoy a beautiful private pool all to myself. The staff were very helpful and could answer or organise things for you very quickly.

The food was very mediocre, I wouldn’t bother with the room service (western food at least was just frozen and poor quality). The location is also a bit remote, but the villas can arrange transport fairly cheaply. If you book a tour or car try to request an English speaking driver. I had two and my experience with Andy as far better as he acted a bit like a guide and was very friendly.

Really nice new rooms with cool features, great food and a good location to access kuta and Gerupuk

Batatu Villas was excellent, we loved the rooms and the outside pool area had everything we needed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful too. We were also kindly upgraded to a private villa by the owner which made the stay even better!

No fault of batatu villas but the road outside is pretty rough and fun in the wet

Exceptional resort that catered to our every wish in beautiful surroundings

Outstanding staff! Beautiful villa with everything needed to live comfortably. Enormous pool for all, as well as a smaller pool in the very private villa. Good and safe drivers transported us wherever we wanted to go.

A great find!

Small complex of 12 Private Villas. Staff were very helpful and attentive - always prepared to go 'the extra mile'. Communications mainly via Whatsapp - efficient/effective.

A little further from Kuta than we anticipated but a car shuttle was available. Just a bit too far to walk.

Hier kom ik zeker een keer terug.

Top resort nabij het centrum. Je wordt in een appgroep gestopt met 22 medewerkers en vanuit daar regel je alles zoals vervoer, ontbijt, en een cocktail in het zwembad. Prachtige, onder architectuur gebouwde bungalows. Zeer vriendelijk eigenaar waar ik boeiende gesprekken mee heb gehad.

Perfect stay in Lombok!

We stayed 10 days at Batatu, the room was perfect with a king size comfortable bed, the bathroom is beautifully designed. At your arrive the staff add you in a private whatapp group where they share all the info and ask every morning what kind of housekeeping you need for the day. On the last day we also tried food and was the best local food we had in Lombok. The villa is located in a local village 10 minutes scooter drive from Kuta and 10/20 minutes drive from all the principal beaches and surf spots. Last but not least, there is a huge pool for guests I’d you don’t book a villa with a private pool.

Beautiful and relaxing hotel away from the noise of main street Kuta

This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to one of the suites with its own private plunge pool, kitchen area, and sunken living room. The room was massive and modern. Everything was very clean. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the main drag of Kuta, so we rented a motorbike from the hotel for the length of our stay so that we could get around more easily. They have an extensive menu of Western and Indonesian food, juices, drinks, etc. The food was very good and always delivered to our room promptly. Everyone that works here is lovely. When our flight was canceled they allowed us to extend our stay by a couple of days for the same rate. Cannot recommend this hotel more.

overall okay place to stay near kuta lombok

clean, and comfortable. the room had everything we needed and i loved the bathroom. staff were always friendly and responded immediately to our requests as we had a whatsapp group which was very systematic.

location is about 7 minutes bike ride away from central Kuta area which we didn't mind cos my bf can ride. but the roads going into the resort were always muddy and uneven as we went during monsoon season. the exterior of the resort was also not fully constructed yet so it looked kind of sketchy at first.

Highly recommend.

Service by staff was outstanding. Villas were tidy and tranquil with beautiful gardens and a pool.

Amazing and unique Villa. Would recommend anyone to stay here!

Our most favourite stay during our trip to Bali, Lombok, and the nearest islands. Spacious and beautiful Villa, great architectural design, the hosts communication was stellar - you are on a dedicated whatsapp chat group, with great responses, great recommendations for enjoying the area.

The Villa isn’t right in the city, but that was actually a plus. But of a dusty road to get to if you don’t mind it. Good location - 10 mins to Kuta, 10+ mins to Gerupuk.

The staff was really nice, available for any requests! The villas are as you see them in pictures,beautiful. Good food and breakfast. They also give you possibility to rent motorbikes and drivers

Maybe the outside area. It doesn’t seem it is such a nice hotel. It is not in the real center of Kuta but with motorbikes it is only 5minutes away.

The property was amaaaaaaazing .. the staff are too friendly . I was alone and they were my family there .. anything i need i just send them massege and they respond direct.. and sure next time i will go to batatu villas direct ... they provide me with all trips and activities that i can do Thank you batatu ❤️
