An oasis in tropical paradise

A beautiful location right on the beach. The property gardens were superb and I loved sitting by the pool in the afternoon sunshine. All the staff are so friendly and attentive.

So unfortunate that a big new toilet facility was built on the beach right in front of the restaurant obstructing a clear bay view. It has upset regular guests but we haven't known anything different so we are still impressed with a beautiful beach location.

Good service and location but dirty and old rooms

The location of the accommodation is great, walking distance from the bustling area of Kuta’s restaurants but yet very quiet and silent, also at night. The staff is very friendly and helped us with our requests - we hired a driver two days in a row to visit some other beaches in Kuta. The gardens and the pool are also very nice. The restaurant where breakfast is served is really nice, service is fast and we could choose from quite a few options (local and more Western dishes). Coffee is good too! Rooms are spacious.

Unfortunately we were really disappointed with the room. The place is in need of serious renovations - walls are damaged, the paint is scraped, infested by mosquitoes, the entrance door does not close properly and has holes in it, there’s mole in between the bathroom tiles. Everything was dirty, from the windows to the mirrors, spider webs and dust on the shelves, we had dirty towels and daily housekeeping is basically just about doing the bed. We put one of our towels on the floor once to get it changed but the staff just picked it up from the floor and put it back on the shelf.

Above expectations! ⭐️

- Lovely bungalows - Ultra comfy pillows - Extremely gorgeous garden - Clean - They would pack your breakfast if you are leaving early - Super easy to rent a bike from them as well as book a car if you are going to Rinjani next - Nyoman and Shimon at the reception went above and beyond to assist us, I cannot praise them enough - Oasis in the otherwise hectic town - They accommodated early check in for us - Overall fantastic place above our expectations

Great stay in Kuta Lombok - felt like luxury

Beautiful bungalows in lovely, well kept gardens. Ace location for beach access and "pedestrian" area. Onsite restaurant was good and offered happy hour daily. Staff attentive and helpful. Air con and fridge worked well. Amazing pool with plenty of sun loungers.

Quite close to Mandalika sircuit, which seems to encourage motor bikes to speed around which was noisy sometimes. Also close to mosque and walls were thin so call to prayer was quite lud during the night. Nothing that earplugs didn't help.

Go somewhere else if you don’t want to get bitten by by mosquitoes

Dated but spacious room. Stuff is friendly. Close to the beach but 15 minute walk to the town centre.

Lots of mosquitoes in the room, we killed at least 10 and there were still more flying near the roof when we went to bed.

Nice place to stay

The location is really good, near beach and the Main Street with all the restaurants. The staff was really helpful and always available. The exterior part of the bungalows was clean, beautiful. The pool was great!!

The showers had lower pressure. It needs more power plugs in the bedrooms.

its a good hotel, strong wifi, and will be back again when I visit Lombok

pool is good, my children like it. The beach: Kuta Mandalika Beach just only cross the street, the sand is unique. This hotel located in the private area so the road was not crowded and it was safe.

The breakfast that I choose is pancake but it was hard, not fluffy just I expected. But others menu is okay.

Short stay in Kuta

Comfortable and safe. Pool was great. AC worked well. Hard to pick any big faults really so definitely served the purpose without being blown away by the place.

Minor things really...Not the hotels fault, but don't go here expecting beach views despite beach location - you are very close to the beach, but also feel quite removed from it due to layout and walls (does mean it is safe and pretty quiet however). Breakfast could do with better coffee.

Beautiful tranquil escape right near the beach.

Location to beach is excellent, gardens are beautiful and hosts are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Good wifi connection. Great for couples retreat. If you are from the UK or Europe it's more of a 2 star for our standards but a 3 star for there standards.

Upkeep and cleanliness of the place, for example, toilets were old and need to be refurbished, although the pandemic could have made this more difficult as its not so busy. Not a lot of restaurants near by or on gojek and their restaurant was closed so we did not try it. Some lizards and spiders in the room if you don't like that, some noise from dogs and streets nearby.

inside the area of Mandalika resort, so the area was not busy during the pandemic. hotel has nice restaurant facing the sea . also near the mini market and some restaurants . close to police office on the corner garden was nice and well maintain.

the accomodation is not suitable for people in wheel chair or has difficulties to walk. the area has some steps to lobby and also to bungalows. inside the bungalows also there is step to the bathroom . the bed linen has some stains as some insects fell down from the roof . hotel doesn't provide breakfast. restaurant opens from 11 am - 7 pm during pandemic
