The unit is an extremely clean and comfortable two bedroom apartment in Broad Ripple. All amenities are there including two plush queen beds, stereo, CD, radio, two smart flat screen tv’s and wifi. It has a kitchen, eating area, and spacious family room. Parking is off street in the back. You are walking distance from many restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops, the Broad Ripple Canal and the Monon Trail. There is bus service in front of unit to downtown. Comfortable patio with a fire pit and charcoal grill is outside your door.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent - walking distance to a ton of great restaurants. The space was clean and had everything we needed. Only caveat is the listing said it was a two bedroom apartment, but the second "bedroom" is just a bed in the living room, which should absolutely be called out in the listing. Didn't bother us too much, but would've been nice to know. Loved the landscaping around the house and the numerous bumblebees.

Host Bruce was fantastic and super helpful during the entire stay. Beds are comfortable and plenty of room to move around the unit. Loved the art work outside which was perfect for photos. Will definitely come back.

A great location with so much in walking distance. The apartment was spotless and had comfortable furniture and beds. Our host was easy to contact. A deal for the property quality and location. I would stay here again.

Bruce was so welcoming and the rooms were great. We enjoyed the local restaurants and public transport into downtown is only a couple blocks away. I'd definitely book again next time in the area!

This property was so cute inside and out. The art on the garage and the outside flower area were gorgeous. Inside felt very homey and was very clean. Bathroom had a care package with extra toiletries we might've forgotten. Communication with host was quick and easy. Would absolutely stay here again when traveling to Indy. Thank you!

Three of us stayed for Memorial weekend. The property is located in a very nice neighborhood that is close (walking distance) to restaurants and bars. Nice clean place with everything you need for your stay.

My sister and I were in town to see a show for for the weekend and this place was perfect - walking distance to great restaurants and cute neighborhood, easy driving to other places we were headed. Property owner Bruce was responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Very highly recommended, first choice when we are in area. Comfortable beds, spacious, soothing decorated basement apartment, separate entrance, charming outside picnic table. Bruce is excellent with communication . 2 burner stove good for light cooking.

We were driving from Florida back to Minnesota and needed a place to rest our tired bodies. Bruce made the check in process extremely easy which when your that tired was amazing. The beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities of home. I could not find my toothbrush and in the bathroom was one in plastic ready to go. Thanks Bruce this was just what we needed.

Bruce’s property was perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was clean and safe. He had a very nice selection of music with excellent stereo system. We would definitely stay here again when in the Indy area!

We loved how close we were to the restaurants and grocery stores in broad ripple. We walked everywhere! Monon Trail is a great asset. Bruce is a great host to this clean, secure, and comfortable place. Proximity to modern mass transit makes downtown Indianapolis easily accessible.

I’m a 68 yr old great grandmother who was visiting my grandson and his family. It was so convenient to stay at Broad Ripple. There are stairs but I managed well. The proprietor was always close if I needed anything. It was cool, quiet and very accessible, even with construction going on on Broad Ripple Street. Nice outdoor patio which I enjoyed. Simple kitchen, so no huge meals but very close to good restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Bruce is a pleasant and welcoming host. The accommodations were great for a couple traveling or maybe for a couple and a couple of kids. One bedroom, the one with the tv is not so private but worked fine for us since we were alone. Small frig, kitchenette like area and washer and Dyer were all available in this basement ‘apartment’ set up. Stairs are required. Outdoor area available with fire pit available to use as well. Very clean.

Nice clean and orderly. Could use some shelves for toiletries in the bathroom! Could use some better privacy in the main bedroom. Curtains separate family room and one bedroom. Well cared for and well appointed.
