We really enjoyed the bungalow neighborhood and the porch time!!! We had family in nearby but the house gave us and them some free time. The
accommodations were first rate!
We will be back if you’ll have us.

Graduation weekend
Very nice property accurately described. Walking distance to several restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.
The Monin Trail is less than a half mile away. Very nice paved path. I felt safe out there by myself at 7 am.

Butler Parents weekend
Our stay in Broad Ripple was great. The location was very convenient for visiting our kids at Butler, as well as, walking in to town for shopping, food and drinks. We have stayed in many VRBOs in the Broad Ripple area and I feel this is one of the better ones…. the cleanliness, location, decor and Pac-Man video game. All made out stay very pleasant. We will definitely be renting here again.

Great home, peaceful retreat
The condition of the house was nothing short of excellent and it was very close to downtown broad ripple. Nice quiet street away from the noise, and short walking distance to the trail. Very relaxing basement room with arcade console was a nice surprise. Nice sitting outdoors as well. Definitely will be back.

Spring Indy Friend Visit
My husband and our two children ages 3 and 10 months, came to Indy to visit some friends. With two young children it is hard to stay in a hotel with naps/waking up at night, etc. I was hesitant to stay at a VRBO with no reviews, but the listing was new and the place looked nice. I am glad we decided to stay! The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. The house was very clean; everything was brand new: toaster, microwave, grill, hair dryer. Beds were clean and very comfortable. The location was great; a quiet tree-lined street with sidewalks. Starbucks was in walking distance with sidewalks - much needed with two littles! Highly recommend this property!!
