Relax in this beautiful single family home with an oversized front patio complete with outdoor dining table and shady market umbrella. There is patio furniture for outdoor lounging off the master bedroom and another bedroom on the 2nd floor as well. Fully STOCKED kitchen with granite counters. The dining room table sits 6 people. There are 4 kitchen counter bar seats. With beds for up to 10 people, this home can easily accommodate your whole family.
Ideally located just steps from the brand new Lido Village Waterfront as well as the local grocery Vons/Pavilions on 32nd street. Walkability index is off the chart with scores of bars and restaurants within a 3 minute walk. Starbucks and the Lido movie theater is across the street and the beach is a short 6-7 minute walk away. You will enjoy the quiet neighborhood as well as the large living spaces at the property. We booked this last minute to enjoy the end of our vacation. It was a great size for two big families with young kids. Beds were comfortable and I loved that they were all upstairs. Floors were a bit sandy but still a 5* for cleanliness from me - it's a beach house, not a hotel! A little sand never hurt anybody :D Well stocked and we loved the location. Not a far walk from the beach but right in the middle of shops/restaurants. We hope to come back again soon!

The Clubhouse home is amazing. Perfect for our large, and growing, family. It was super well stocked with everything we needed. I packed some pans and baking dishes and spices, definitely didn’t need to. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more. Some rentals barely have enough plates for the number the home sleeps but this house has extras of everything. The location was perfect, once we parked we only used our car once. The beach isn’t super close but even our two year old granddaughters were able to ride their bikes to the beach. The only negative was that the floors were quite dusty but I believe that had to do with the construction going on next door. We would enjoy a fire pit out on the patio, there is plenty of room even with the large table, chairs and bbq.We will be back.

With 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, family room, and outdoor seating area for family meals, this place easily handled our adult family of 6. We were in the area for a family wedding, and this vacation rental was a great experience vs renting 4 hotel rooms to accommodate our family traveling from 3 different states - and allowed us to make breakfast every morning before heading out for the day. We used the grill one evening and entertained other family members who were jealous vs the hotels they were staying at. Proximity to grocery store, restaurants and beach was great. While it didn't affect our stay, recommend the owners install air conditioning.

My family of 11 traveled from Seattle to Newport Beach for my niece’s wedding. We decided to all stay in a big house close to the beach . I have 5 grandkids under the age of 5, so location was important everything within walking distance . There were two great parks close by and the boardwalk and the BEACH! Our house had lots of sand toys, chairs, blankets and the best item a beach wagon with big wheels to pull the kids along. There were even bikes. The house was big and open with 4 berms and two baths. The sun on the patio and bbq area was so pleasant for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the sun in the afternoon.

Construction Zone 2021- plan accordingly
VBRO listing disclosed construction hours on the last line; I take responsibility for not inquiring further. Construction next door, three feet away, was the catalyst for the single star review for our December 2020 stay. Sawdust rained on our attempted BBQ on the spacious and perfectly designed patio. Go into the purchase knowing weekdays everyone will be awake at 7 am and the vibration of power tools continues to 5 pm. Plan your weekdays OUT.
Our family of seven sought an isolation vacation, this was a great house in amazing location. Four comfortable rooms with wide open space downstairs. The entire family snuggled in front of movies at night. We utilized the three bikes as well as walks to beach, piers, Balboa Island, Pavilions, sunsets and toured the canal homes. Never had to drive. Garage fits two cars.

The home has an open floor plan that accommodates a family vacation very well. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots, silverware. Nothing was missing for us to make a traditional family thanksgiving meal for a large group. Plenty of towels. Everything clean. Walkable to the beach, grocery and restaurants and bars. Only constructive criticism is to start updating the mattresses. We would highly recommend this property.

This property is very nice, much better than some of the rental we walked past. The 4 bedrooms are upstairs with 2 rooms sharing the upstairs patio. This property has clearly been updated you have all of the conveniences you are accustomed to - ie refrigerator, washer and dryer etc.
This house is located in an area close to restaurants and the garage makes a huge difference- so convenient. The owners provided some beach supplies (the amazing beach is within walking distance- about 5 minutes) which saved us from renting.
We spent a lot of time on the front patio because it was so relaxing. I felt very "at home" at this property.
There was an issue while we were there, and the staff was very helpful. Staff members were easy to contact and work very hard to ensure that you to have a great vacation.

This is the second year we have stayed at 508 Clubhouse Drive for our family reunion. The location works well for us since some of the family lives in the area. Situated between the beach and the bay, the house has a great open floor plan with lots of room for gathering (large kitchen island, and large dining table - perfect for late night talks with a all the kids). The couch and loveseat are perfect for a group gathering, and extremely comfortable. We ordered in, went out (lots of restaurants close by - we highly recommend Woody's Diner), and barbecued. The large outdoor table was utilized at every opportunity. The house is perfect for family gatherings and we hope to come back. I would like to say thank you for the exceptional services provided by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. Very clear communication prior and during our stay. We arrived early, and were having lunch at a local eating area (the Dory Deli which we love). They called to check in, and once they found out we were in the area they offered to let us check in early! I can't say enough about their professionalism. Again, this house was a perfect fit for us and such a great place to stay - well decorated, clean, efficiently organized, etc. We do have two suggestions: love to see a ceiling fan in the living room, and possibly additional and/or different lighting in the living room.

Lyft was perfect for Rehearsal and wedding. The girlie girls found a wonderful little clothing boutique 3 blocks away. The athletes ran the beach! And we all enjoyed just being together!

We spend most of our time on the patios using the outdoor BBQ and enjoying the beautiful weather. The neighborhood is very close to the local bars and restaurants, as well as the beach. The layout of the house is great for groups as there was plenty of space without feeling cramped. It was also fully equipped with everything you could need for cooking if you decide cook and BBQ like we did most days! Overall, amazing experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing beach weekend!

The shower upstairs had just been repaired so the water heater was shut off but they did get a repairman there on our second day. This home was perfect for our family reunion - starting with sleeping arrangements for 12. The home is very open, and every piece of furniture seemed to be chosen to accommodate a large group, done with style and comfort. The downstairs had a great layout that included enough space for all 12 people to gather around the kitchen counter or table (which we found ourselves doing a lot!). Our group included a two year-old and there was plenty of room for him to play indoors and out (with a fenced patio). The house is not air conditioned, but even with some extreme temps during our stay, we were able to maintain a cool house, and upstairs breezes. We utilized the patio and BBQ out front, and the upstairs patio (with couch and chairs) - which was shaded most of the afternoon. The beach is a 5-minute walk (perfect, except that I broke my toe on a boulder the first day there). Restaurants and grocery stores are also within walking distance. It was hard to find anything wrong with this beautiful place. We enjoyed working with Newport Beach Vacation Properties, and especially appreciated their efforts to let us check in a little early - thank you!! It worked out so well for us, that we have talked coming back the same time next year. I definitely recommend staying here!
