This Newport beach home - just a short walk to the beach - features a beautiful, spacious side balcony that is easily accessible through the great room. Here you can dine alfresco or relax and recharge while admiring the scenery. Another roomy outdoor patio with a patio table and a barbecue grill make meal-making easy when it needs to be.
This spacious home has a large great room featuring a living room area with a large wall-mounted TV and a large comfortable seating cluster from which to enjoy it. There is also an inside dining table that seats everyone, which is right next to a beautiful modern kitchen sporting a kitchen bar with high-top tools. It is easy to satisfy your culinary desires here as it has all the appliances and amenities you need to create meals and snacks for everyone. Just add the food and have fun enjoying one another and this lovely vacation spot.
This home has four bedrooms - two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms - all of them spacious and very comfortable. Both bathrooms can be accessed from the long hallway and each has a large walk-in shower and vanity sinks. An additional queen sofa bed is also available for your comfort. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.

Close walk to beach was worth the lack of cleanliness. It was also a bit expensive but accommodated our families well and was enjoyable. You can partially see the beach from the front balcony which was an added bonus. We will be back to Newport Beach again.

This was our second year renting this home, previously from another company but sadly we won’t be back. The location of this home is great but that’s about it, the home is worn down. Furniture is gross. Things like fans had thick layers of dirt and dust. Floors and cupboards were nasty. Most the dishes and utensils were dirty. Had to bring my own vacuum, no dish rags and not a single product for cleaning. 2 rolls of VERY cheap paper towels and tp, obviously not enough for 6-10 people for 4 days. Aside from the house, the customer service was horrible! Was never even able to get ahold of an actual person. Really disappointed in Vacasa so we won’t be using this company again and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Every room had a good sized bed and space, I loved being able to unpack for 10 days! Perfect location and close to everything! Especially sanchos!! The only thing I would say is the back master the bed needs to be tightened. Really squeaky to sleep in. Mattress’s we’re all really comfy!

The unit was a perfect size for our two families of 4. Great location; literally a few steps to the sand. We all appreciated how clean the space was upon checking in.
If you've ever stayed on Balboa Peninsula you know having dedicated parking is a bonus. These spots are tight though - not at all unusual on the Peninsula - so don't plan to bring your full size SUV. Our rental Jeep Cherokee was about the biggest I would feel comfortable parking here.

This was a wonderful place for our group of employees in town for a conference. Plenty of beds and room to get away, along with a large gathering space and dining table. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking and just what we needed in the middle of winter.

We had a very nice family getaway in this property. It was the top floor of the house. Nice and spacious. Older property but quite clean and well equipped. Bedrooms were large and mattresses were comfy. Literally 30 steps from the beach and close to pavilions super market. Property manager was accommodating and responsive.
Next time I’d stay perhaps at a newer property but I’d highly recommend a property managed by Vacasa!

We had some issues with the linens in the house, but Vacasa stepped in and helped right away. We did have ants on our coats that were hanging in the coat closet. So house probably just needs to be sprayed for bugs. Low water pressure and small water heater. Outside of those few small things, the house was a good size and close to the beach! Also, it was great to have a covered parking space and extra patio off of the main bedroom. The remodel felt updated and clean.

This was such a great place for a family of 6 with adult kids. It is hard to find a place with king and queen beds -and they were remarkably comfortable. The location is excellent, just a couple minutes walk to beach, groceries and nearby eateries. And on the weekends , not much farther away, is the farmer’s market. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook full meals and we all had plenty of room at the table. Next time I’m in Newport I’m coming back here.

Easy parking access for 2 vehicles including my XL Ford Expedition. Great beach at Tower 36. Clean 4 bedrooms for my family. The rental made our vacation very enjoyable as it seems to stay cooler in the afternoons than all the other rentals we used over the past 10 years.

Every year since we’ve had children we’ve gone to Disneyland for vacation, but not this year, this year we vacationed at this wonderful property. We walked to the beach the minute we parked the car because it was steps away from arriving to our carport and took in the breeze off the moon lite ocean. We walked to the pier, walked to dinner, walked to coffee and groceries. Our last night we grilled out at the house and had a fantastic family dinner. Nothing but rave reviews from theses two families, so much so we’re booking our next Vacasa stay already!
