Beautiful home for a group of people to connect!

This old tenement/town home has been wonderfully kept. It's a very unique and historic building, but with modern amenities. It looks even better than the photos in our experience. All four floors have plenty of storage and living space.
With 8 guests, we had more than enough space. We ended up having two beds be shared, as the foldouts weren't super comfortable, but the beds were.
The kitchen is well stocked and that floor in particular is really fun for hanging out.
The location couldn't be better. Five minutes to the nearest metro station (that will also take you direct from the airport). Walkable and close to stores and restaurants. Safe and clean neighborhood.
Host was very communicative throughout the whole process. Couldn't have asked for a better trip!

Can’t say how perfect this house was from the location to communication with host. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

The house was great for our group of six friends. Plenty of things to do around the house and getting to other neighborhoods on foot or by train was ready too. The house was spacious and comfortable.

6 friends in Boston to go to Fenway. Had a great time and your place was a perfect location to get around. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

This charming house is in a great location. Minutes walk from the orange line station and less than 10 minutes walk from a really great Whole Foods store.
The property has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

It’s Chinatown. You have Whole Foods and CVS within walking distance for goods. It’s close to Orange Line (4 min walk) and green line (10 min walk). Take T to Fenway in 25 minutes or so. We hit all the highlights of the city from this location. Slept 8 comfortably. Beds could be more comfortable but not something I would give a negative review. I recommend this property.

A group of 8 friends stayed for a long weekend. We loved the location and the place was super clean. We cooked a few meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Thankful for the early check-in option. We walked to many local sights and felt safe in the neighborhood. All the beds were comfy and there was a great assortment of blankets and pillows. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful weekend in Boston! The property has a great location that makes getting around Boston easy. Thank you to the host for making the weekend possible!

We had a great stay here in Boston. There was a group of us and we rented the entire place out for the weekend. The communication with the owner was quick and efficient. We were able to check in with no issues. A few of the mattresses could use a refresh. There was plenty of room. When we asked any questions, he was quick to respond and advise. We had a fun time and would return.

This property was perfect for a 40th birthday gathering over St Patrick’s weekend. Close to transportation to get around the city and explore, large enough for 8 adults to have space when needed. Kitchen was a good size to cook in for dinner one night and small breakfasts before heading out. The house was warm, especially if you slept on the 4th floor but there were fans to use. Definitely a historic house full of charm!

This property location made possible an awesome trip jam packed with a variety of city related activities for a large group of friends.

This is a fun, unique property easily walkable to all the tourist spots in Boston. We had a family of eight with kids ranging from 6-18. The kids really enjoyed the unique layout. Stairs take some getting used to but no problems at all for us. Everything was clean, clearly marked, and made good sense for guests. Host was very friendly and accessible. We had a great time!

Nosparan was a wonderful host, quick to answer any questions. The home was very clean and fit our group of 9 very comfortably. There was plenty of space! We loved the character of the property and it’s location. We walked everywhere and took the T to North Station to spend the day in Salem Halloween weekend. Would highly recommend!

The property was great! Right in the heart of Boston - it was such a convenient location, the place was clean, plenty of space, and communication was wonderful. Highly recommend visiting Boston in mid-October and staying here :) Great experience overall.

Beautiful home with plenty of space and perfectly in the middle of Boston.

The property was as describe and clean. It was a great place to stay near downtown Boston. The four story building had very narrow and steep stairways so it was somewhat difficult for or guest that had limited mobility to fully utilize all 4 levels. This would be our only concern about staying here again as we loved the unique styling and structure of this older brick building.

This place was perfect for my group. We had 8 adults from Philly visiting Boston for the weekend. Probably not best for families with kids under 5-6 yrs old due to several narrow turning staircases, but again, perfect spot and layout for our group.
Plenty of room to spread out and everyone had their own place to sleep. Kitchen and hangout area on third floor was great, loved the dartboard.
Location is easily walkable, only took Lyfts a few times. Was able to walk to downtown in ~25 mins. Plenty of good restaurants and places to grab drinks nearby and all along the walk towards downtown. Fenway was an 11 minute Lyft ride so it was easy to get there for one of their hourly tours.
Owner was responsive and courteous. It was also very convenient to use his availabile parking space in the Tufts garage across the street.
Overall, I highly recommend this place for a group of adults and/or families with not-so-young kids. I will definitely rent again if I ever end up taking another group trip to Boston! Thank you!

We took a family group of 11 people ranging from age 11 to 71. The house was very roomy and gave us plenty of space for different groups to spread out. The stairs are a little bit of an issue but the description was very accurate in describing them. If you can handle the stairs, I recommend this place. The location is good with easy access to the subway. Nopsaran is very responsive to any need you might have and even let us change plans at the last minute and check in a day early.

Great location, excellent communication
Great location and excellent communication from owner, who was pro-active in communicating with us. This made the stay feel much more easy, almost as is we were going to stay at a friends place. The house is over 4 levels, which gave our group the opportunity to spread out and suited us well. It's a characterful old building with a historic feel. Would visit again.

Great place to stay! Centrally located and near all attractions and amenities. It is very spacious and offers plenty of room for a group to meet together while also having space on other floors to be alone. Nopsaran, the host, was very responsive and easy to deal with. Just a great experience all around. Would definitely rent again and recommend!

Hospitable House & Owner
Great location within walking distance of the theatre's and restaurants. Ease of access with parking garage on Ash St. was super helpful. Although located near hospital, wasn't an issue with noise from ambulances or traffic whatsoever. Would highly recommend for a group looking to be within walking distance from all the major offerings of Boston.

We had a lovely stay at this property during our time in Boston. There was a lot of space for our group to feel comfortable. It was a great location and easy to get to places either walking or around the corner from the Orange Life at Tuffs. Checking in and out was super easy and the communication was great!

Great location and perfect for a small family gathering.
We combined two families with our 8 total adult and teen kids. The place gave us plenty of space to spread out. There was a bathroom on each of the floors which was great for a big family! We were close to the T and felt very safe in the neighborhood. All the kids even played basketball down the street.
