Handy location for coastal walks.
Quiet location. Nice welcome pack of fresh flowers and cake much appreciated. Compact but everything one needed was there. Central to a number of walks and other locations. Bed was comfortable.
Outside area, step, didn’t appear to have been cleaned before our arrival. Cobwebs, especially behind the bed, unwelcoming. Crumbs on work surface on arrival. Lack of a reliable internet service was a real nuisance. No real space to store suitcases.

Very relaxing. Fabulous 4 nights
Cottage was beautifully decorated and furnished. Very cosy and perfect for 1 human and 1 dog! It is great that this cottage can be booked per night, rather than a whole week, as I only needed 4 nights.
Some of the descriptions mentioned a garden, but there wasn't one. Not a problem for us, but description needs to be changed.

The best self catering holiday we have ever had. Beautiful cottage and great location.
Just returned from a week at the LINNEY in Bideford. Beautiful cottage, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Location is perfect for exploring North Devon. The Owners were lovely people, very helpful and there if you needed them, but not intrusive in any way. We loved our stay at the LINNEY and would thoroughly recommend it.
What’s not to like?? Honestly, the Linney ticked all the boxes, it was perfect.

Great place to stay
Pete and Vicky were excellent hosts. Made us feel really welcome ( the fresh eggs were an added extra ) The Linney was a really comfortable place to stay and in a great location to travel around the North of Devon and in to Cornwall.
