Bardzo dobry standard, czystość i wyposażenie apartamentu. Dostępne miejsce parkingowe. Atrakcyjna lokalizacja. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

Fin leilighet. Alt nytt og innbydende. Vakthold døgnet rundt. Godt utstyrt. Stille område, men korte avstander til alt vi trengte.

Putene i senga var veldig harde. Spurte på forhånd om vi kunne ha sen utsjekking ved avreise og fikk bekreftet at det var greit. Da vi kom ble vi fortalt at det var en misforståelse. Utsjekk kl.11, og det ble en lang dag når flyet gikk kl.20.

Instructions on how to set the air conditioning were confusing. Information about garbage bins in elevators was also confusing, not able to find the bins in the garage area.

Generally was good except some administration problems

Very modern appartement at really nice place in old town of Gdańsk. Its very well designed appartament

The stuff. Calling me Nonstop for update of the card When card was provided succesful. As i see on Booking that i will be charged 338zl for not comign ? stuff is not friendly at the płace Only someone via phone was friendly and helpful when my thermostat was settled for 27.5 in middle of the summer which caused super hot atmosphere

Excellent location, with a short walk along the river to the centre or to the shipyard in the opposite direction. Well-equipped, spacious and stylishly designed/decorated

Balcony and the balcony furniture were really quite dirty - presumably from the dust from construction nearby. So we were unable to use it, which was a shame as it would be a lovely place to sit with morning coffee

Nice but many things can be improved

Nicely decorated and large balcony facing towards the riverside. Two TVs and well equipted kitchen.

-The staff- In addition to filling out a digital form the day before our arrival, they called me between 13:00-14:00 on the day we were traveling to inform me that we had a booking with them. The booking confirmation informs about their check-in hours, so they shouldn’t have to call guests before neccesary. We received an email with check-in instructions, and it said to meet at the office first to get our keys. The two girls working there was not friendly or customer oriented at all. I asked them if they could point me in the direction of our apartment and was told to read my e-mail. The e-mail says an apartment number and floor number - in a large residential area with multiple gates and buildings without any markings from Downtown Apartments. How hard is it to tell us something simple as «go to your left, then take your first left, go to building number 4 and take the elevator to floor 6»?? Check-out was just as cold, we honestly didn’t understand why their staff was there, could have saved lots of money with a digital key box for the same experience. The apartment was nice, but a lot of things were damaged and needed maintenance. - The sink in the kitchen is broken and keeps opening - The rainfall shower function is full of chalck and does not work properly - Damages on the bathroom door - Both TVs were disconnected from wifi, and the tv settings were in polish - Kettle damaged The apartment was cleaned to a minimum. - Hairs on the bed - Dirty in the fridge - All the kitchen utilities had a dirty coating on them Comfortable bed but very hard pillows.

It was difficult to locate the address of the address to the block no. 8. It literally took us close to 30min wandering in the cold weather around the entire compound and block trying to locate the block (address) no. 8

I absolutely loved staying here

It was simply perfect! It was exactly what I was looking for. The location made for a gorgeous short walk by the water into the beauty of the city. The interior was just lovely and everything in there felt quality. Very pleasantly surprised by the entire place

Just a couple of light bulbs were missing, the dish washer had an issue so I couldn't use it. I would have really appreciated some detergent for the washing machine as absolutely everything else was catered for except that.

The Apartment made our stay in Gdansk memorable

The room exceeded my expectations, it had multiple televisions, washing machine. dishwasher, iron, etc. The apartment was spacious, perfect for 2 people and the shower was The view from the balcony was very nice, you could see the river and ferris wheel while relaxing after a day exploring Gdansk. There is also a number of nice restaurants, cafes and a shop only seconds away.

No complaints to speak of, if I had nitpick I would say that the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but nothing that would be detrimental to your sleep.

It was a unpleasant strong, wrong choice.

location ok. new renovated, strong smell. not recommended.

Stuffs are cheating, last day afternoon before I check in told me need to get the key from 2.7km away at their office mailbox. We drove with taxi almost midnight, with a small baby, and the mailbox is quite hidden, difficult to find, was a nightmare. The stuffs never apologized. Stuffs are very unfriendly, after returned back the key still ask for keys. I lost my bag in apartment, ask them, never replied. Bad experience, disappointed. Plug, the house has very strong new renovation smell. After sleeping through night, second day headache.

Best location in Gdańsk.

The location was perfect. It is a short walk from the main tourist spots. The view from the balcony was stunning. I guess we have a better view than the prestigious hotels in Gdańsk. The place is spacious and the beds were comfortable. Will surely come back if i have the budget.

The staff responded promptly before our stay but when we had trouble with the access badge, they did not really address our concerns. We thought we will have 1 double bed and 2 single beds but it turned out to be 2 double beds. :(
