PERFECT LOCATION!
I will definitely stay again. Perfect location for your stay in NYC. Sound proof window to block the NYC life. This property has everything you need to feel “at home.” Mary is awesome!

A wonderful Harlem location
I stayed in the apartment for six weeks, felt extremely comfortable, the co-host Sonja was always very helpful and friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is nice and clean. Right now they renovate the staircase but without any noice. It‘s a typical Harlem brownstone house, close to 125th Street subway Station. Looking already forward coming back next year. Thank you, Sonja, for this lovely State.

Boston VRBO Experience
We stayed at this VRBO for 3 days. The property owner was very accommodating and helpful. At one point the toilet overflowed and she and her property manager coordinated to clean the area ASAP. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the neighborhood, it was much more quiet than staying in hotel. So close to subway... could catch bus right out front that takes you to Central Park, the Met and fifth avenue! Lots of places to shop eat, explore. And morningside Park is just behind the building. I loved it!

Nice Brownstone apartment
We had a wonderful time in this well appointed, cheerful & comfortable brownstone apartment. Good selection of teas which is nice for this tea lover! Easy walk to the subway and Morningside park. Would definitely recommend.

Great for a short getaway!
Convenient location to subways and college. Be prepared for the third floor walk up. Not a big deal to us, but I could see some older people having a hard time with it. If you are driving in, be prepared to find a spot and carry your luggage there. One tenant (I assume) was a very nice older woman, but a bit overbearing and intrusive. She was very pleasant, but insisted on us testing the keys before we went in with our heavy luggage we had been carrying for a block. She insisted on walking us up and going inside to show us where to put our things. This is a first at a rental for us. We’d stay again, but I’m glad to know what to expect. I would suggest having the door buzzer there disconnected. We obviously weren’t expecting visitors, but nonetheless the buzzer was going off every morning way before our awake time and continued incessantly for an hour each morning. That was not so pleasant.

Excellent location
Excellent location. Building is being fixed up. Front steps were being recoated with concrete during our stay, which was not great! Had to climb over bannister to neighbors to get out. Good thing we are in good shape! I’m sure the unit will be terrific when the construction is done.

Cute place in Great location
For NYC, price and location matter most for me. This cute studio apartment was a short 5 min walk to a subway station. It’s on the 3rd floor so don’t rent if you have issues with stairs. Also, the building is currently under construction so there is clutter and noise. Property manager is responsive but not super friendly. Overall, though, I would rent again.

Pleasant stay.
Apartment was neat and clean and had everything you would need. Building is old and needs updating, which appears to be in process. The two story walk up was a little rough for us two seniors at the end of a day of walking, but we managed. Had a problem with the air conditioning, which was resolved after contacting the property manager, who responded promptly. Subway was only two short blocks away. We would stay there again.

All accommodations were met. It’s near the a and c train so it’s perfect for public transportation. The place was nice clean and neatly organized.

Enjoyed our New York Experience!
We spent three nights in this NY apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. We thought we would be able to do laundry, but was told the unit did not have a washer and dryer. We managed, but mention it if this is important to future travelers. It was an easy walk to the subway, and we also enjoyed a walk through Morningside Park. We would definitely stay here again. Mary was very helpful and available via phone if we had any questions. Check-in and check-out was easy.

Okay for a very short stay
I didn’t speak to Sonja often, only during check -in and check out. I wish I knew I would be on the 3rd floor. I wasn’t prepared for the walk up. Definitely a quiet building though. The pictures online look a little outdated however, the place is what is advertised.
