Having been recently repainted and with all new floorings and curtains, Minard - Mt Clear features: Two queen and two single beds - all sporting electric blankets - with linen and towels provided Bathroom with shower and spa bath Fully equipped kitchen including fridge, oven and cooktop, dishwasher and microwave Fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, ironing board and iron 50 inch TV Bluetooth capable Bluray/DVD player 5.1 surround sound system Free Wifi Split system (heating and cooling) in the lounge room Games and colouring for the kids Secure one car garage with internal access Minard is situated right beside the Canadian forest, which is home to the popular Canadian Creek Bike Trail; is within walking distance of a playground for the kids and the Midvale Shopping Centre, which houses a supermarket, chemist, bakery, Subway and an Anytime Fitness Centre. It is also 500m from the bus stop (located at Midvale Shopping Centre), 3.9km to Sovereign Hill, 4.3km to Federation University's Mt Helen Campus, 3km to Ballarat Gold Mine, 5.6km to Bridge Mall Shopping Centre and 8.5km to Lake Wendouree and the Ballarat Botanical Gardens. This property was perfect in every way. Clean and spacious. Located close to Ballarat. All the facilities were great. We will be back! Highly recommended

This property was exactly as described on the website, but impressed with being exceptionally clean. It also had a well stocked kitchen in terms of being able to cook for a family of 5. Plus a very rare thing in any rental accommodation - sharp knives! Anyway, our family of 5 had a very enjoyable stay here. Was also nice it was close to the forest which was lovely for morning runs.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious self-contained townhouse conveniently located in the quiet outskirt of Ballarat. Appreciated all the conveniences of home including the large TV, fully-equipped kitchen and bath with separate additional toilet and the lockup garage. The surrounding sporting grounds and nature reserve were a great plus and a chance to experience the great outdoors. Thank you!

This property was a very comfortable spot to stay in with our grown up kids. We had everything we needed for our short stay. Everything was spotlessly clean. Communication with Tamara was very good and she was very helpful. I would highly recommend.

The house is clean and tidy. We all enjoyed a lot. House is kids friendly and my 8years old enjoyed a kids playing items at the place. I am going to stay in this house if I get chance next time and I will recommend this place for other as well. Really well manage place.

Extremely clean, neat and tidy. Monopoly in the cupboard for some downtime. Additional toilet. Plenty of cooking pots and pans. The IGA at the end of the road has a fantastic variety of items and fresh produce. Really happy with our stay.

Great home base for a weekend in ballarat.
Property is clean and basics such a toilet paper, tea/coffee available. Electric blankets were a nice touch as Ballarat is chilly in winter!
Kids appreciated the board games and colouring items.

This property was a great base for my family and I to explore Sovereign Hill, Ballarat and the surrounding areas. Everything was only a 5 - 10 minute drive away which was awesome.
The house was perfect for 3 young kids as well. It wasnt filled with heaps of breakable things which is always a relief and the roller shutters meant they werent awake at the crack of dawn every day.
I was also impressed with how clean the house was. One of my kids has a dust allergy but he didnt have any reactions at all which is pretty unsusal.
All in all a great stay. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed on hand. We loved that the heater was on when we arrived! The house stayed nice and warm throughout our stay, none of us were chilly at night. The kids loved playing with the board games. The house was super close to everything, just a 5 minute drive to Sovereign Hill.

It is a quiet street to stay at. Enough space to share with a family and very neat and tidy. Perfect for a couple of days in Ballarat feels like your own home feels.

A very clean and tidy house. A good sized kitchen that we used for cooking our meals that had all the utensils we needed. Comfortable and clean bedrooms and beds. Close to the supermarket. A short drive to Sovereign Hill (purpose of our trip) and short drive to Ballarat and surrounds. Overall, we were very happy staying here and had a great time.

Walking distance to local (& wonderful IGA), just over 3kms from Sovereign Hill (reason for our visit). Would recommend & stay again.

This house is value for money, with everything you would need. Not far from the shops with a great IGA. Quality fittings and comfy beds with electric blankets. Really clean, and family friendly. Of all the places we have stayed in Ballarat, this has been the best in this price point. We travel quite a bit for sport. Within a short drive of sovereign hill and the centre. Would recommend. We were two adults and four children.

It was close to all the tourist attractions Sovreign Hill being only a quick 5 min drive around the corner literally. Close to IGA at the end of the street with some lovely walking tracks close by.
