It was great.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. it was very quiet so we got a good nights sleep. The breakfast looked good but we just didn't have the time. Next time we pass thru we will be sure to stay again.

I was unsatisfied, but the breakfast was delightful. I had to check out early due to unsatisfactory in the establishment

The beds were Exceptional.

I didn’t like that the elevator was leaking so the floor was wet and slippery and the room had like a moldy smell to it.

I won’t stay in the La Quinta in West Memphis ever again.

Not much.

The guest clerk that greeted me was less than friendly. When the elevator door open for me, there was a bucket, a towel and a rag on the floor and a sign that said, caution wet floor, gave me a lot of confidence in that elevator. Note the sarcasm. The Rules for dogs were endless, and I had to initial each and every one and then sign it. It didn’t make me feel like my dog was welcome or that place was dog friendly. The place to walk the dog had no dog poop bags and the container was broken. There was not a lot of area to actually walk her and let her sniff so she could do her thing. I was pretty much disgusted with the whole place otherwise, every La Quinta I have stayed at I have felt comfortable and welcome.

Bad smelling room but clean and great staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff!!! Bed was comfortable.

The room smelled overwhelming of cleaning product. Room cards never worked after two try’s but staff let us in and so it was okay.

Lovely, clean, well run hotel. A little bit pricey for the area.

Everything was very modern. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.

The area seems a little sketchy. The breakfast was good but the eggs were a little runny. It was a bit pricey .

Was thankful to have a place to stop for the night but for the price it wasn’t worth it. They have already contacted me

Quick sign in and easy access to the facility.

The bedding wasn’t great, the shower was dirty and the staff was kind but a little unprofessional

Convenient location Front desk employee was top notch !!!!

For a hotel of that size it was understaffed with employees in a hurry to get things done. I felt that our room wasn’t up to La Quinta’s usual cleanliness standards.

Stomping / walking very audible from room upstairs. More soundproofing would’ve been great. Housekeeper radio loud in the hallway 8 am. Not ok.

Completely above all expectations.

It was extraordinary to be greeted by name by a staff member who hadn’t even met me. I asked her “did you just say ‘Good Morning, Mrs. Smith?’” She said yes, and I asked how she knew my name, and she said “I know all our guests names.” You can’t top that for service. All the staff I encountered seemed to care that much about the experience we had. Traveling with the dog, we do quite a bit of LaQuinta-ing. Best LaQuinta EVER.

Nothing. It was wonderful to stay somewhere where the staff took pride in the presentation they were making.

The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel was great as we needed a stay on our trip through the US.

The beds were very uncomfortable. They had an indent in the middle and they were very soft. The breakfast had very few options, and it did not meet our needs.
