This is a no frills hotel. Clean but not alot of amenities. It’s older and I felt the parking lot and area was a bit scary. I wouldn’t stay there alone.

Very kind staff. Very quiet and peaceful stay. I highly recommend STUDIO 6 EXTENDED to everyone looking for a HOME away from HOME! ( Blessings )

Staff went into my room every time I left the premises as if they were watching me. They moved my items even though I asked for them to stay out of my room. Television and air conditioner did not work the entire time and the heat index outside was 115 degrees. Once I returned the manager stated that he personally went into my room to “look around” even though I asked them not to when booking the room. I will never stay at this property and do not recommend unless you do not care about safety.

The room was a large 2-room suite with kitchenette (which we didn't use). The kitchen/TV room was pretty bare and empty-looking. The beds were comfortable and it had a high-tech shower. The room was clean, but someone had left the AC on full-blast at @ 60 degrees so that when we entered and let in hot, very humid outside air and turned up the temp so that it was bearable, the faux wood floors became wet with condensation. The sheets on the beds were damp also. Eventually, the floor dried out, but the sheets were still a bit damp. Outside you had to be careful not to get dripped on by water running from 2nd floor AC units. There are 4 restaurants/fast food places within easy walking distance. The property is being converted from an older Comfort Inn & Suites to a Motel 6 Suite location. The outside landscaping already looks good, but it is a project in progress--not quite finished yet. It should be fine in the future when they get all the renovations done.

The room was nice, but I didn't like the placement of the tv. It was in the kitchen area instead of bedroom. There was no shampoo or conditioner.

VERY Quiet ..... Beautiful little kitchen area in rooms and that really makes you feel at home. I saw some BIG bugs outside tho ( Kinda shook me up ) but overall The stay feels like your at home and very quiet. The housekeeping lady is so nice.

Stafr was great. Room was ok, nothing was dirty, all was clean . The location wasn’t a very good dpot. The room we had was on the very back of the building, which was VERY dark, I feel like if there was some sort of light post in the parking lot, and/or the back side of this place.

First impressions definitely speak very loudly. No signage outside suggesting motel 6. A lot of construction to the building itself, very ghetto looking. Night clerk had his car parked under the carport at the entry, nor clothing indicated that he works for motel 6, wearing very casual clothing and did not introduce himself, as though I was expected to know he was not a guest himself. Otherwise the room was spacious and clean. But absolutely no blankets on the bed or in the room. A sheet and a very thin covering thing. Had to turn the heat in the room up to 75 not to shiver. Certainly hope they do better soon for paying $98 for one night, one room with two queen beds.

Stayed April 12th. Hotel was doing major renovations. Room was bigger than expected and comfortable, but still hod lots of things that needed to be done. The BIGGEST ISSUE WAS THE BROWN WATER!!! Could not use the water for anything! Couldn't shower, couldn't brush teeth, couldn't stand to be in the bathroom for any length of time because the water in the toilet stunk!

This motel was in poor shape in 2022. It has been improved and renamed Studio 6. My problems with this stay is the manipulation I have experienced from the beginning to the end. I booked with Hotel.com and paid them. We arrive at the hotel and the Indian hotel manager said it wasn't $65/night and raised the 5 day stay by $20/dat. It's late I pay the additional $100. I decide to extend to Saturday and I go to the front desk and for whatever reason I'm told to wait until the morning or book it on Hotel.com. I do that and the price is $101 again for a suite with a kitchenette. I am charged a total of $128. The next morning we're told that the card was denied and yet I had a confirmation number and a bank statement showing the amount charged. So, they put us out of the room make us rebook with them after I had already rebooked with Hotel.com a second time for the exact room again. I'm charged a total of $92 and told to wait until 3pm fir a room without the kitchenette and on the 2nd floor. I look at my bank statement and I have a charge for the extended day for $128 and $92. The manager I was told would be notified. The other problem was the kitchenette had an induction top with no microwave. The 2nd floor room had a microwave. I am hoping someone reads this and goes somewhere else. I'm very disappointed and hoping I will only be charged for the $92 rate.

The room was not finished. There were holes where outlets were supposed to be. Neither bathroom door would latch closed. There was stuff smeared on the ceiling above the shower. It was an inexpensive hotel but I would never expect that to mean it was a poorly constructed building. There was also one small trash can so we had to leave our garbage on counters

Room was great no toilet paper and the lady at the desk was not there for check in had to wait almost 2 hours but over all it was a great stay

We had to wait 35 minutes just to book in no one was at the front desk when I arrived. a lot of foot traffic. No amenities no toiletries. The stove did not work had to go out and buy an electric hot plate just to cook food. One TV in a two bedroom suite the mattress are hard as prison beds.

The entire hotel needs an overhaul. Hotel looks run down on the exterior, and the room looked like it was 1/8 of the way through a remodel. Clean but hard beds. Mostly clean bathroom. Kitchenette but no utensils, plates, cups, pots/pans, etc. No microwave. No lamps; just overhead lights. Didn't feel safe in the area.

It was a good location away from the crime in Memphis, but our "suite" was incomplete. Two large rooms but the main room had a TV and couch. Nothing else... not even pictures on the wall. The "Kitchen" had a refrigerator and lost of counter space. No coffee pot.... no sink..... no cooktop... and no dishes or utensils. A row of 12 or so empty cabinets and drawers. Upon arrival I could not locate the host. It took 10 minutes for him to show up.

Truly one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. The lobby door was locked and no one answered the call buzzer for over 5 minutes when I arrived. The lobby was dirty and messy with junk lying all around. When I got to my room, my key didn’t work. A maintenance man from the hotel opened the door for me, but he told me that I would need to find another room because the ceiling leaked. My second room had two dead cockroaches on the floor. I had a difficult time sleeping because I feared that my van would get vandalized. The parking lot was dirty with broken glass and debris everywhere. Amazingly, the bathroom sink and shower were good!
