Great stay, 10-15 minutes from all major activities in fort worth. Great backyard and tastefully decorated.

We needed a place to stay a few days while in town for a family wedding. This was the perfect space for us! The home was clean, convenient location & parking, and communication was quick! We accidentally left the wedding veil in a bedroom closet during our stay. Due to a prompt response, we were able to get back in the house and retrieve the veil within 30 minutes of contacting the owner. 👍
We will stay here again when in the Fort Worth area.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It was a perfect size and layout for 4-5 individuals plus a very small dog. The kitchen had everything we needed to make food for the week we stayed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bed coverings including blankets and pillows. Everything worked and the owners were quick to respond to communications. We absolutely loved the outside covered small porch with furniture.

Our host was amazing! Very responsive and helpful with every detail! We hosted a dinner for family and friends after my son's graduation. The weather was rainy and we were all able to fit in the home and on the porch to eat and visit with each other! The area is very nice and we felt very safe!

Nice place, but nothing to clean with. Asked to have all the dishes washed, but no dishwashing liquid or anything to wash them with. No trash bags, no laundry detergent, nothing! Other than that the stay was great.

What a charming place to stay while traveling back and forth to the Fort Worth Stock. Show in rodeo. We were so incredibly comfortable and everything we could have ever needed was available to us. The property was exactly as described and immaculately clean. We look forward to staying again soon!!

This home was the perfect experience! It's in a really great neighborhood yet close to the FWSSR which we were in town for. The house is extremely cozy with wonderful bedding, a gas fireplace, well stocked kitchen and full of considerate touches such as plenty of linens, snuggly blankets and Kleenex boxes in every room. We loved it so much I'll be booking again for next year! Thanks for sharing this lovely home with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property was perfect for our party of 5 adults, 1 3 year old and a dog.
We loved the open plan living area and made the most of the yard. The house was modernized but retained character and was spotlessly clean. We appreciated the hosts personal touches such as treats for our dog, plus, covered parking in Texas heat goes along way!
We really liked exploring the neighborhood on foot with our dog and felt it was very friendly and safe - there are side walks!!
Overall we had a five star stay, thank you to the hosts! ⭐

The house was incredible, just as listed if not better. Very convient to the Stockyards for us to get to and explore. The property was super clean. Dawn was always in communication so everything was very easy. Our daughter could bring her dog and the enclosed back yard was great so we could sit out on the patio with the dog. This is a great place to stay in Fort Worth area. I highly recommend it..

Our family gathered here to celebrate Easter together with several of us coming from out of town. The kitchen was perfectly equipped to cook our traditional meal, the large round table allowed for plenty of seating and the sleeping conditions were just right. We made use of the backyard fire pit, played games on the patio and corn hole (brought our own) in the side yard. It was a sweet time in the sweetest spot!

This was a great house for my friend's annual girls trip! Four of us shared this house! We enjoyed each having our own space and for a great living room and patio to sit around and chat! Seemed to be close to the areas in which we were interested in visiting!

There is so much good to say about this property. Definitely one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. Besides its wonderful location and well-kept property, the hosts were thoughtful, with such "touches" as bottled water, and enough coffee and snacks for our group. There were a seven of us in town for the Cowtown Ultra and other races. This home was so convenient to the race venue as well as the Stockyards and other local attractions. Many thanks, Dawn and Christine!

Home was perfect! Everything we needed for an extended stay was supplied. Host was so accommodating and thoughtful. I cannot imagine a better location for anything or anywhere in Fort Worth. We joked that anywhere we wanted to go was 10 minutes from the house. Beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. I hope to come back and visit again!

This home is so lovingly decorated with charm and comforts. Dawn is a warm-hearted host who really wants you to enjoy her "Happy Home". The location is great ... Westwood Village is a stone's throw from downtown Fort Worth - quickly accesible via the Hwy 30 corridor (which means you can avoid many lights/busy intersections). You can get downtown, to the Cultural District or at TCU in minutes! There are three nice bedrooms with comfy beds and roomy closets, plus two full bathrooms! The kitchen and gathering space are spacious - we were able to comfortably sit 8 people around the table for game night! There is also a washer and dryer and walk-in food pantry. The back patio has ample seating and lights up beautifully at night ... and there's even a bonfire area in the backyard. We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful home ... you will too! Go Frogs! Knuckle Up!

The house was adorable & comfortably slept 6 of us. The back porch might have been my favorite spot in the house!

We had a fantastic stay! Dawn was gracious and personable when communicating, and we loved her Happy Home! Cute, quaint neighborhood close to downtown and the stockyards. The little touches such as the coffee supplies and creamer were such a nice treat, and the home was adorable. So glad to have spent our girls weekend there!

Great place for a family weekend gathering! Clean, great amenities in kitchen and throughout. Dawn was very responsive and helpful!

Finely appointed with anything you could need for a vacation or family gathering. There are a few design elements that posed a few inconveniences (i.e., Master Shower design allows for water to get all over floor) but overall Dawn was proactive and responsive and I would definitely rent again.

Centrally located
Dawn's house was updated and very clean, it was centrally located for all adventures. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone. Had an enjoyable time in the Great State of Texas!! 😃

Perfect Home Away from Home
We spent a week in this charming little home for our daughter's graduation from TCU. It was such a comfortable, well-appointed home with plenty of room for our family plus my mom and aunt. We hosted a couple of dinner parties and it worked perfectly. Dawn, our hostess, is so kind and generous, even purchasing a new BBQ so that we could grill burgers after graduation! This home is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that is close to everything we needed to do, yet far enough away that it provided a well needed respite at the end of each (VERY) busy day. We thoroughly enjoyed our little "home away from home" and will gladly stay with Dawn again in the future. GO FROGS!

Wedding week stay
We stayed from out of town with our out of country family for our wedding week. The place was great, really spacious for the 6 of us (5 adults and 1 infant). We had occasional additional family over and the space accommodated it.
The house is obviously beautiful for starters. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped, comfortable, big, stylish. It has a nice back yard with string lights and seating as well as a fire pit and covered paved area, but we didn't use it during our stay.
The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed to cook basic breakfasts and reheat take out leftovers. The stove was awesome and the pots and pans were in much better condition than most rentals. There was sufficient dishware and silverware. The coffee maker was not the best (a leaky Keurig). Having another coffee maker option for regular drip coffee would be nice. There was no bin for recycling, so everything went into the trash. We loved the large dining table!
The bedrooms were comfortable. The master was a nice size with a big bathroom. The bed was pretty comfortable. The shower having no door means that water gets all over the floor near the shower, so we had to sacrifice some towels for that. But there's a washer and dryer, so we could have laundered towels if needed (we didn't). The bathroom door inside the master has no sound proofing ability or vent/fan, which wasn't really a problem for us, but some couples may feel differently about it.
The air conditioning worked well (Nest), but it was pretty noisy, as was the dishwasher.
Overall, the house was great with a few minor things that could be an issue to others depending on what bothers you. We would stay again!
Dawn was very easy to communicate with and very kind. Thanks Dawn!!

Place to land in Fort Worth
I had a booth at the arts festival downtown and wanted a place to stay while I’m town. Dawn’s house was a great place to land each evening after our long days downtown. It’s very clean and comfortable with everything we needed.
