You are minutes away from Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium, Texas Rangers Stadium, TCU, the Fort Worth Stockyards, Billy Bob's, Downtown FW, Rodeo, Will Rogers, Dickies Arena, restaurants, supermarkets, malls, etc. This beautiful home is perfect for groups or ultimate sports fans. It has 7 large flat screens throughout the house, 2400 sq. ft. open concept with a fully functional kitchen, 2 car garage and a private back yard with a covered patio. Ultra High Speed Wi-Fi & Spectrum Cable TV! You have to have at least 4 guests on on the reservation to rent the property. Also, we have a 7 day maximum for any given stay. Smoking is no longer allowed in the house.

Beautiful home in an improving neighborhood. Plenty of space and very convenient location to get around Ft Worth. Host was friendly and great with communication.

A great house for multi family members to relax in. The house was located in a nice neighbourhood, walking distance to a food market and a short drive to the stockyards and downtown areas. We even had a chance to see the Blue Angels! and thank you to a great host and property manager who were always quick to respond.

The house was very nice. We did have to unplug multiple plugins as it was just overwhelming. I felt like they were masking a smoke smell. I can’t stand strong smells so it wasn’t pleasant for me. One of the beds were broken and the feet area was much higher than the head. When we looked underneath it had concrete blocks holding it up. It was asked to put sheets by washer but nothing was said about comforters. They were thicker and I really don’t feel they wash between each guest. I would recommend getting some thinner blanket comforters that hotels are using them and wash after every stay.

Our kids were showing cattle at FWSS, this house was perfect for us, it is close to the facility and easy drive. House was well stocked and spacious for our 3 families and kids. Nice to come back to in evenings and be able to cook and relax.

A few of our employees stayed here on a business trip. They said the house was great, clean, and super nice. They had trouble finding any towels for when showering but made due. The only downfall was that there were 12 of us in town on business and none of us could go over to this house after work hours because the owners would charge extra per additional persons to stop by the house. Couldn't even debrief after the work day. However, it was nice and clean. Thank you!

Property was easy to find and close to everything we did. 10 minutes from Stockyards. We were in town for PBR and were close to Dickies Arena. We stayed in one night and just chilled. Lots of tvs and large living area was perfect for a night in. Evrything was clean and in order. We were able to park in garage.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. I do not like a smoke smell and I misread the property and they allow smoking inside the house in the kitchen/living area. I’m not a fan of that and I overlooked that part. So if you don’t mind a smoke smell this home is a good fit. We had no issues with the neighborhood but it made me a little nervous. And the garage barley closed with my Yukon in it. It was a very tight squeeze.

We came for a cheer competition at the Ft Worth Convention Center and location was PERFECT! The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars on cleanliness is because of the smoke smell. It is a perfect place for a men's poker night or super bowl party. There are plenty of ashtrays and even a cigar cutter on the counter. BUT as soon as we got there I made a phone call to the owner who immediately sent over room spray. The rooms were all great sizes and the house felt like a home away from home (minus the smell- which did not last long after some spray and windows open). We will definitely be back!

There was a lot of room and clean baths and kitchen. Very nice home. There is smoking in the common areas. We replaced batteries in the smoke alarms and some of the remotes. A lot of room for the price.

GOOD: The property was well maintained and is large. Four bedrooms and three baths seemed like it would be a great location for a family get together over Thanksgiving. Back yard was well maintained. Good for a family outing if the owner would have allowed. BEST: property manager. We arrived late and couldn’t find something. Property manager came over after 10 p.m. to show us where to find towels and to give us something (paper towels?) that we couldn’t find. NOT SO GOOD: We told the owner that we needed a large house for 5 adults. Later, we wanted to invite over some family members for Thanksgiving dinner. We told the owner that none of the guests would stay overnight. Owner was angry. He said if he had known that I planned to invite anyone over, he would never have accepted the reservation. He wrote, “The only people allowed on the property at any time are the guests on the reservation. Any additional guest visiting the property will be assessed a $50 per gust per day fee.” Second, the “information sheet” posted at various locations in the house said, “You are welcome to consume the beverages and snacks provided.” But he posted on the large glass case with beverages inside a sign, in all capital letters, saying, “DO NOT OPEN.CONTENTS ARE MONITORED. EXTRA FEES WILL APPLY FOR MISSING ITEMS.” Bottom line: make sure you won’t have anyone visit you, even for a few minutes, and make sure you ask the owner for all rules.

This home has the perfect layout for entertaining and sleeping with a group of friends and/or family. We were gone most of the days planning events and it was so nice to come back to the big space and all the tvs. The hosts were amazing as well.

Rented this home for my daughter and her bridesmaids to stay at and get ready. The house was exactly what we needed! Plenty of space for hair and makeup technicians to set up and work on 4/5 girls at same time. The house was very clean. I believe the owner lives near by so that was convenient as well. The neighborhood was not great, but with the owner near by the property made it better. He actually came by to make sure everyone who was supposed to be there was there, which made me feel better . Would recommend if having a wedding at Marty Leonard Chapel down the street.

This is not a place that a family should stay even though it was a nice home. It smelled of smoke, which if you look at the listing, it says that smoking is acceptable in the living areas. It has ashtrays and card tables set up for "gentlemen's" parties. Even though the listing says that there are to be "no parties." It is definitely a party home with large TVs everywhere. There is a good size beer cooler in one of the rooms that looks like people can drink if you want to pay for it. The kitchen is well stocked with any items that you might need to cook. A basket of free snacks was a nice idea. It is very close to downtown to where we going to visit. Surprisingly there was no body wash or shampoo in 2 of the 3 bathrooms, no bathmats and no tissues but lots of paper towels and toilet paper. We found towels and hand towels in the hall and master bathroom closets. I walked around the neighborhood one morning and it is an older area with some sketchy homes and trash strewn around in vacant lots and on the streets. I would not recommend this VRBO to families but to adults who want to 'get away' with friends.

We had to sit in our car a few nights while drinks walked by us .Sad to say 1 block crack heads asking for money at red light . We didn’t feel safe left a day before felt uneasy
