Smooth self check-in, kind staff, great service (even from remote, via whatsapp)
Ambient perfume was too sweet (luckily easy to solve, by taking the little bottle out of the room)

Coming from bigger cities we really enjoyed the calm and not so crowded area. It was only a short walk to the beach where we spent most of our day.
They did tell us in advance, that the stove in the kitchen musn’t be used, so that’s not really a critique. However we really would have liked to cook something other than pizza. So that’s something to consider before booking!
Also, the constant moist smell that came from the bathroom.

Clean, spacious, interesting coastal decor, walking distance to the beach, reasonable price, well equipped.
Nothing to dislike.

Good atmosphere, nice concept, friendly service
Room was a little small. No stow room for suit cases.

Accommodating and friendly staff. The room was big, clean, and had everything we needed. Great experience
a mattress is too soft causing you to sink into it.

Owner is very nice.
Very easy self check instructions which was great so we didn't have to rush and was able to enter at anytime we wanted.
What we loved the most was that the breakfeast was self service and at anytime, they leave a lot of bits the day before which is great as the first day we just wanted to sleep in and wake up late and second day we had to wake up 5am for our flight. They have so much variety: cereals, cookies, small snacks, bread, cofee, tea, juices, ioghurts... plenty to get us going for the morning and able to choose from a nice selection unlike other places who serve you and are very limited and have a breakfeast time which is not good if you are travelling and want to either leave early or wake up very late.
The kitchen area is very well organized, every room has a space in the fridge and cupboard, which was fantastic so we could bring our own food for lunch and dinner and have an oven to cook pizza and anything else.
The rooftop is very nice and calm to relax, the room was also very quiet and very cozy, the design is very beautiful!
The beach is so close we were surprised, 6min walk to it and can hear the sea at night from the room, also very private beach was lovely.
Definitely recommend and we will be coming back with family and friends for a longer stay!

Amazing facilitation by Cassandra and very clean rooms.
Breakfast could be better. A mirror in the room would be nice so we don't have to hog in the bathroom for the mirror.
A bin in the room would be convenient. The pillows were very flat, would prefer more fluffed pillows at least the normal standard.

Such a great place would be shame not to visit. Great design, self check-in but with superfriendly staff answering anything immediately online. I am definitely coming back in summer!

Pillows were not very comfy but we asked and they provided more.

super friendly and sympathic staff, good and lovely breakfast even in Covid times, beautiful arrangement, complete new rooms and a beautiful roof terrace!
Not a shortcoming for the hotel, but to let you know: the surroundings are really quiet & peaceful and there are no options for grocery shopping or restaurants, you really need a car to go around!
More storage place in the room would be great (a wardrobe or dresser, bedside cabinet or sth similar) we stayed for a week and it was a bit uncomfortable to live out of the suitcase with two people and stuff like wet swimwear and towels.

Personal was very kind, location is very close to the beach but besides that there's not much of anything within walking distance. Very large rooftop terrace.
The shower was clogged from all the hairs stuck in the drain. We had to take it out to keep it from overflowing, very nasty. The toilet seat was not the right one for the toilet and way too small. So not only did you touch the toilet itself when sitting on it, the lid doesn't stay up by itselfs.
Breakfast was okay but stayed the same everyday. Besides the normal cheese and ham there was sour jelly and cheese in a cup. The orange juice was sour and didn't taste fresh, the coffee was very weak.
At last, we booked a two-persons bed but still got two one-person beds. Disappointing.

Breakfast not "buffet style" due to covid19 ; nevertheless, quite goood, perhaps some fresh fruit would be quite nice.
A special reference, and a really good one, for the lady that was taking care of breakfast: really professional and quite friendly
A minor detail: the suite wc could have a parfum spray, since has no outside window.

Very nice staff. The room was in close driving distance to Praia de Mira- a nice location with lagoons, good beach and very good fish restaurants
For a family the rooms were too tiny with a strange smell. The location is not great cuz close to some main road. Breakfast was soso. Out of the entire Portugal trip where we stayed in better locations and 50-80 m2 rooms this was by far the most expensive one and the price doesn’t match the location or quality of accommodation.

location is good, Good and friendly staff and willing to help

The whole place was amazing, it had a special atmosphere with all of those wooden handmade furnitures everywhere in the hall, in the dining room/kitchen and in the rooms as well. They were all very creative and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The whole place was very clean. The staff (actually it's Angela), she is such a friendly, lovely, smiling, and helpful person. You couldn't wish anyone better. I wish we could stay longer. Definately we would come back in the future.
I can't tell any serious thing. Perhaps, If you stay longer, a (similar handmade wooden) wardrobe in the room increases the comfort. But for a short stay it's not a thing to care about.

A very nice place in the center of portugese village near the beatiful beach on atlantic ocean. Very friendly staff. no problem with the contact as well as direction to property advice. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast OK. Interesting design of property and the huge patio at the roof.
I wonder what is going on with Booking. Do you realy care on customers? The direction to property taken from the booking app guide us to the middle of nowhere. As far as we now th eowners of th eproperty contacted with booking with this problems many times. We believe you should take more care about this. And this not complaining host but Booking itself. Additionally the place for car parking is a little bit to smll. I wonder how you solve the problem in the high season?
