Good days in Aveiro

The location of the facilities is amazing, everything is in a walking distance and easy to go around.

No enough pillows, no indications about where the bed sheets, pillows and duvet are, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable

El sofá mal oliente, la falta de muebles, tostadora, mesa de salón, mesillas de noche, perchas, videt, cepillo de barrer, escoba, fregona, etc.

Modern and clean decor. Location.

As modern as the property was some basics or missing. It would be nice to have a toilet paper holder and a place to put shampoos etc. in the shower. Also, the bedroom air conditioner was smelling really awful, indicating that it may have some organisms growing in it. Finally, sofa bed really uncomfortable.

Noisy. Location is great. Apartment is on the whole lovely. Very light and modern.

There was a person to talk to who helped us resolve the online check in problems. Luckily I has international dialling on my phone, then after we connected we used WhatsApp.

The online check in did not go well, cells were greyed out and I could not complete the boxes, it was a last minute booking and it took a couple of hours to fix, then we were sent to the wrong building. There was a party of young men staying in the building and they came back at 6 am, stamping on the metal stairs and shouting, it woke us up. Then they played really loud music. (the metal stair case looks cool but is right next to the bedroom windows and if conducts noise). The night before there was a party at the restaurant close by which ended at 3 am. Did not sleep well. The apartment is great, but the table shows signs of cigarette damage and there could be some maintenance on the kitchen cabinet hinges, bathroom fan is very loud. We are also spoilt with king size beds, so double feel small when there is plenty of space for a bigger bed.

Helpful staff at entrance and highly recommend everything about accommodation in Aveiro.

Location and space within apartment excellent. Easy to access and felt secure using keypad at entrance and apartment door.

Improvement would be a to add a full length mirror. only mirror for 2 females to use was bathroom mirror.

Good location, great terrace

The location was great. It had an amazing terrace as well. The furniture was modern and the bed very comfortable. Toilet was well equipped.

Online check-in was a bit difficult, had to get in contact with the agency to work out the issue. Then, the apartment design could have been a bit better (it was difficult to open the curtains next to bedroom due to the inclined ceiling)

Wonderful stay in Aveiro

Staff very responsive and helpful. Excellent. We had some questions regarding operation of oven etc... They sent a staff over next morning to explain how to use the oven. Location was really fantastic too. Thank you 😆

Perfect location, in the heart of the city, you can easily walk everywhere. The apartments are beautiful and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

clean and had everything we needed. if you are looking sore super quiet, just know they sometimes the evening late night noise could be an issue if sleeping on the pull out lounge. other than that, we really enjoyed our time

great location!

the only point that I didn’t like it was the time of check-in, we arrived early and had to wait till 3pm to the check-in. and also the checkout was too early as well. We came from Lisbon and had to wait several hours.

Location is perfect, everything is on your doorstep. Top floor apartment feels like a 1 bedroom rather than a studio, it's well laid out. Comfortable bed

Shame that the terrace isn't better utilised. It's huge but only a small table and two chairs, no loungers and no parasol. You can see straight into the neighbouring terrace even though it would be easy to place a screen. Be aware that you won't necessarily have a view of the canal. We booked 4 months before but didn't get canal view.

perfect place to stay for a quick visit to Aveiro

location was great. apartment was clean and roomie.

beds and pillows aren’t particularly comfortable, but that is general the case in Portugal. there were no extra pillows or blankets to be found.

Wonderful Location.

Á modern apartment, right on the Spot. Our room was overlooking the canal, looking down on all the bars etc. Yet, the bedroom was on the inside and we slept calmly.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Modern, clean apartment in a great location. Had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Really enjoyed the view and the sounds of happy people below from the Juliet balconies. Electronic check-in was a breeze.

Really, there is nothing negative. it’s above restaurants, so you can hear people at night — but I can say without a doubt that once you go into the bedroom and close the door, you won’t hear much of anything because of a concrete wall between the living area and bedroom.

Need more equipment in kitchen, wine glasses etc. The bed needs a topper. Where to hang towels? Very bad ligting in kitchen
