It was a nice location. Beautiful scenery, of course it being Ruidoso. Some of the activities we wanted to do weren't available but We got through the weekend and were grateful for the opportunity to be able to getaway. It was nice, quiet and peaceful.

We stayed at this property for a family getaway with grandparents, children and grandkids. The master on the main floor was perfect for the grandparents and the bedroom with bunkbeds was a hit for the grandkids. The house is very well kept and very clean. The deck is perfect for coffee in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. We used it for 4 meals including the grill. We saw deer in the backyard and some elk on the drive to the house. We will definitely rent it again when we go back to Ruidoso.

We had two grandparents, two parents and two elementary age children, along with two dogs and this house was perfect! It was clean, comfortable beds and very nice kitchen. It does have a lot of stairs, so you also get a great leg work out! We couldn't have asked for a better location and the owners were wonderful to work with. Five stars and I would recommend it to any one with a large group.

Great and beautiful cabin. We had 1 neighbor ( front of cabin) get mad at us and going off because there was a lot of people. Can’t control everything! Other than that cabin was awesome

We had a great time in Ruidoso and loved the convenience and quiet neighborhood on Torreon Drive. We saw mule deer in the neighborhood and beautiful wild horses who came near us to graze in woods close by. It was a nice family vacation and we hope to return next year.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking, well thought out arrangement of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is decent sized to allow several folks helping in meal prep. Multiple living areas support quiet time for folks needing to get away for a bit. All in all our group of 8 felt this was a highlight getaway and memorable vacation. We expect to return next year as there were things we didn't have time to do in the Ruidoso area.

We had a great stay in Ruidoso! We checked out a lot of local attractions, found some ATV trails, enjoyed some good food, and made lots of wonderful memories with family. The location of the house was perfect, there was plenty of room for everyone, and it was spotless when we arrived.

Pics were nice. Actual place was nice. But it was terribly hot. We were unable to use the top floor bedrooms due to heat. Of 10 people, two adults and the four children had to sleep on the floor. If owners know "trick" to cool upstairs, it's puzzling why it wasn't done (leave basement vents closed.) Upon inspection, they were and it still never cooled off to the third floor. I did speak to owner. I was very disappointed there was no professional courtesy/offset for the "hot" inconvenience and loss of two bedrooms. Disappointed there was no disclosure for broken items. Arcade was broken. In the excitement of getting settled in, we thought it was our children. Also, the upstairs bedroom towels bars were broken. I don't think we'll stay at this particular place again. Thank you

Very nice vacation home, good location, abundant wild life and close to local activities. Game room was a surprise bonus for our grand kids. Overall a very good experience.

The house was absolutely perfect! The house was clean, quiet and had more then enough room for 14 people. The host was quick to reply and was very understanding and helpful. It has a beautiful view that can be enjoyed out of the many windows. The yard is also very spacious and fenced which makes it perfect for kids or pups.

I have to brag about this property.
The communication was terrific between the cabin owner and us. They were so kind and efficient. The property manager was so nice and accommodating. The cabin was amazing. They have spent so much thought on detail. It is spotless and decorated beautifully. It is very spacious. We enjoyed our coffee in the backyard as we watched the sun rise over the mountains. We had great family walks in the evenings and saw lots of wildlife. The location is excellent and is centrally located. We visit Ruidoso often, and we highly recommend this cabin. Definitely a five-star stay!!! -Dawn T
