Очень любезный персонал, недалеко от метро, до Петронасов можно дойти пешком примерно за 30 минут, Wi-Fi и кондиционер работали.

Great location!

Location! Very near Lalaport BBCC (plus Hang Tuah monorel station), Berjaya Times Square (Imbi monorel station), Bukit Bintang, Lot 10 and Pudu. Easy walking distance to these places. There are several eating places which open till late near the hotel. Staff are pleasant and helpful enough. The room is small but manageable. Air-condition and private bathroom work as they should. Room is fairly clean and reasonably quiet.

I don't know about other rooms but there was a lingering cigarette smell in the room I was assigned to. During my stay, there were people smoking either in their rooms or in the corridor and the smoke seeped into my room, making it smell. Unable to ventilate the room as there was no window.

Overall it is a quiet stay in a basic and clean hotel.

Checking in was a breeze. Staff is helpful. The location is convenient and there is easy access to shopping centres and trains. Aircon works well and is quiet. Wi-fi signal is strong.

Suggest to take stock of which rooms have cracked windows and replace them. Also suggest to inspect all the electrical wiring and circuit breakers (heard some sizzling/sparking sounds coming from the circuit breaker box occasionally but there was no tripping).

Location very strategic which is near to Zepp KL, where most events held.

No rug provided which caused slippery floor.

The pros (price) and cons (pest)

I like how hospitable for the staff to swap my smelly pillow as they should, and hair dryer availability. Good location with laundry service available (clean and dry). My first dirty and bad room was swapped with a decent one, as it should be.

The problem with this place is cockroaches in the room and rats in the ceiling crawling around making disruptive noises. I saw they put a mousetrap DIY, but should have used professional pest control team instead. Pillow given to me was smelly as heck, told receptionist to swap the first time and it wasn't swapped until i asked the second time, same goes with water boiler and hairdryer where i asked them to send into my room. Hence, communication is problem here in between staff, need to ask twice. I was given a bad room at first with dirty, smelly, and dripping aircond, then i asked to be swapped room.

Worth to stay

The place is actually close to the city center and accessible to all tourist spots in Kuala Lumpur. It's just a few meters away from Berjaya Times Square where you can find the Buses Heading to Singapore if you wanna you have some side-tripping.

Bowl's flush is not working properly. But still manageable anyway.

A decent hotel at a reasonable price, in a very good location.

Air-conditioning is quiet and cold. Housekeeping is alright.

At night, when the lights are switched off, one can hear big rats scampering on the ceiling boards, although they can't get inside the room. There are no clothes hangers provided.

Affordable decent hostel in Bukit Bintang (central area)

I liked this hostel for its accessible location, surrounding restaurants and stores, laundry service, friendly staff, affordable rates.

I just didn't like the toilet and shower room. It is clean but it gets real wet everywhere as the shower is right by the door/entrance. The layout is reverse with the toilet bowl in the inner corner.

You get what you pay for

Receptionist helpful. Had Laundry downstairs.

Small room and toilet enough for solo traveller. Room was not service even staying more than 1 day. No parking space.
