Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Kirche. Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr netter Empfang, und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sind komfortabel und geräumig. Wir würden es wieder buchen!

Good room; great service

The hospitality of the staff was exceptional. Breakfast usually starts at 9. As we wanted to leave by 9, they prepared breakfast for us by 8:15. They also gave good recommendations in terms of walking route to the city centre. Very attentive service.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage, ist Stadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel war der Start- und Endpunkt unserer Rundreise in Georgien. Der Blick auf die Kirche ist einmalig. Wir wurden nett empfangen, das Frühstück war auch gut. Wir würden es wieder buchen! Parkplatz vor dem Hotel!

Необходимо пересмотреть подход к завтракам.

Расположение хорошее, 7 минут на такси от центра. На такси BOLT примерно 6 GEL от бань. Тихое место рядом с Храмом. Размер номера хороший. Кровать удобная. Персонал отличный, делает всё возможное на просьбы. Прекрасный внутренний дворик. В номере сантехника в нормальном состоянии, чисто.

Завтраки - плохо

Завтрак испортил всё хорошее впечатление от отеля. Это НЕ шведский стол. Порция на человека маленькая, просили добавки, хорошо что не отказывали. Кофемашины нет, кофе только растворимый. Кипяток из термоса, у которого заедает вентиль и кипяток течет на поднос пока ты его судорожно пытаешься закрыть. Выбора пакетиков чая нет. Основное блюдо - омлет каждый день одно и тоже. В номере есть сломанный чайник, но пакетиков чая или кофе нет. В туалете можно было встретить муравьев. Номер люкс, из люкса это только вид из окон на храм. Окна- это витрина из тонкого стеклопакета, звукоизоляции с улицей почти нет. Самый главный момент - это один общий балкон, где по краям номера люкс а по середине курилка. В номере прекрасно слышно как болтают люди в курилке. При этом окна не закрываются на глухо (на каждом окне жалюзи и между ними зазоры большие) и люди могут смотреть в ваши окна как в аквариуме. Там необходимы шторы. Ночью фонарь на балконе освещает весь номер.

enjoyed our 2 night in siberia hotel

the property is quite peaceful no sound of traffic or city located in backside of holy trinity church. staff is incredible. breakfast was prepared not buffet. we got standard room for good price but it was small room. all amenities were present except toothpaste and hand tissues.

we went to tour when we got back our room was cleaned by housekeeper, they should have asked us before we left. only problem for location is you can’t reach old city within walking distance. we paid around 5gel every time to come back. if you are willing to take a walk, there are many street dogs and no people at night so its scary for first comers to Tbilisi.

В одной из комнат не работал камин - сказали, что из-за недавнего пожара, но из-за этого в комнате пахло сыростью.

Классный отель!!!!

Я в Грузии 10ый раз, есть с чем сравнить. Понравилось абсолютно всё. Нет замечаний. Офигенно, уютно, чисто, завтраки супер. Вид на цминду самебу - бомба. Так же порекомендовали нам семейную кухню.выходишь из отеля к дороге и направо метров 200, домашний вариант . Очень вкусно и очень большие порции.

Понравилось абсолютно всё,шикарное месторасположение,идеально чистый номер,постоянно готовы уборку делать,в самом отеле идеально все!Я первый раз в таком восторге,хотя путешествуем постоянно.Очень благодарны за теплый прием ,уважительное отношение,очень вкусные и сытные завтраки,и ещё был приятный бонус и при заселении и на мой День рождения подарили шикарнейшее вкусное домашнее Саперави)Да и ещё месторасположение самое то!Все рядом виды прекрасные!

Было ощущение, будто я приехала к хорошим друзьям. Отношение прекрасное, все рассказали, показали, угостили домашним вином, порекомендовали места. Номер отличный и вид потрясающий! Завтраки тоже порадовали!

Great View of Holy Trinity Cathedral, but rooms could be improved.

The view from the hotel is fantastic. It marvellous to see the view of the Holy Trinity Cathedral from the balcony. The lady staff in the reception was very helpful even though she didn't speak English. the lemons in the garden was beautiful.

Actually the room did not meet the expectation according to the pictures in the Booking.com. Physically everything was there but something was lacking. The hotel was not expensive, breakfast was included in the price. But if you ask me, I may not prefer to go back to the hotel again

Выражаем благодарность персоналу гостиницы. Оправдал все ожидания! Очень чисто, комфортные номера и приятный персонал. Фото полностью соответствуют действительности. Приятно, когда люди относятся к своему делу с отдачей и ответственностью! The rooms - they were clean, comfortable, the view was beautiful. The staff - they were very friendly. The breakfast - it was very tasty, every day there were lots of options.

The location - it's good if you have a car (we had), but if not, it is a bit far from the centre. But it has its advantages, cause it is calm, no sound of cars.

Уютный отель с теплой семейной атмосферой! Большие номера, большой вместительный шкаф, вешалки, фен, чайник... Очень внимательный и радушный персонал (отдельное спасибо за леденцы от горла!) Чисто, очень тихо, красивый дворик, домашние завтраки. Номер легко согревается кондиционером, чисто, белоснежное белье, тапочки - все супер!

Very nice room, large, modern and comfortable. Pleasant, helpful staff. Great location in a quiet part of the city. Nice view on Trinity Cathedral and town. Very clean. Possibility to sit in a garden. Nice walk to the city (20 min) via the cathedral.

Exceptional

It was spacious, clean and a very comfortable bed. The staff were so lovely and greeted us each day with a smile. The breakfast was very nice as was the filtered coffee. There were some nice small restaurants close by serving delicious Georgian food (Home Kitchen was one and also Vakhtanguri’s Chbureki was great as well)It is close to the Holy Trinity Cathedral which is amazing. We visited it each day as it was such a short walk and a beautiful view from the hotel.

Cozy stay close to city!

i enjoyed the location and closeness to the city and tourist attractions staff were helpful and gave extra supports when possible, and breakfast was great with wonderful varied selection.

there were hairs found around the room and on towels and in bedding that were not cleaned up, so that was a bit uncomfortable, and slight language barrier with some staff (for english speaking guests)
