Hotel excelente, viaje feliz

Este hotel es cómodo, limpio,buen trato del personal pero no ok ok uns gusto mucho su cercanía al zócalo; del 1 al 10 yo le doy un 9 sin duda me volvería a hospedar en él.

Sin duda puedo decir que nada, están muy atentos en todos los detalles.

no wifi and couldnt use my card to pay i was force to go the atm , the rooms are really comfortable but the recepcionist really made my stay bitter, they find excuse for everything instead of helping you. Go and pick another Hotel this one is just not it is ok but there are better choices nearby at the same price

Great location; beware of shady practices

I never write reviews, but wanted to bring awareness to some issues. First, the good. The location was fantastic and the property was quite nice. The beds were very comfortable. Now here’s the bad. Be aware of arrival time requirements. After midnight on the day of arrival, the property sent an email stating that if I did not arrive and pay for the room by 5 pm on the day of check in, they would release my reservation. This is true even if you have a credit card on file, and even if you message them to confirm your arrival. We had already booked nonrefundable transportation, and the timing was tight, so it made for a very stressful day. We booked here again, and received the same email, this time for a required 6 pm arrival and payment. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world, and that is the first time I’ve encountered this. Also shady….I received a room upgrade through Booking.com, which is the reason I ultimately selected this hotel over many other nice ones in the area, but on arrival they tried to give me the original room type. I had to ask for the promised upgrade.

There is better in town for the same money

Location was great and size of the room was good.

Room smelled really bad. No windows to outside, only into the inside patio. Stingy on toilet paper. Wifi was patchy every afternoon around check in time. No kettle in the room, after request received a cup of hot water. Two beds in the room, the cleaners stripped them both, put the sheets on the chair and randomly put them back on. Doubt, the sheets went back on the same bed.

Es un hotel muy ruidoso, al menos la habitacion 105 y 206 y desgraciadamente el mismo personal tanto del restaurant como de recepcion no toman en cuenta que por como esta contruido el Lobby (cerrado) la acustica es enorme y todos los ruidos se exponencian muchisimo, aparte, no estan al pendiente de respetar horarios, es decir, creo que a cierta hora por respeto a los huespedes, el mismo hotel, si la gente es burra y cree que esta en un parque a las 11o 12 de la noche, o estan en la madrudaga con la musica a todo volumen, deberian de ponerles un alto y no esperar a que los huespedes se quejen.

A bit rundown hotel, weird smell.

Great location, comfy beds, large bathroom.

Some of the reception staff were quite frankly rude and unpleasant. There was a soggy smell in our room and on our side of the complex. The room was a bit run down and not very clean.

Great location, very safe for a solo female traveler. Very close to all main attractions and the room was comfortable and all you need for a night's sleep.

La ubicación es buena pero OJO el valet te ROBARÁ

Nos robaron pertenencias del auto, lo reportamos y no hicieron nada es más, nos trataron mal desde ese momento, la habitación no tenía ventana y además ni café puede pedir uno en la mañana por qué no tienen servicio

Overpriced for what you get

Close proximity to amenities and the Zocalo

Small room and no complimentary coffee or tea. One night stand in our room had chipped glass top which cut my wife and the staff gave us some tape and a piece of cloth to fix it. We were there another two night and the temporary fix was still in place

The best option for the price in Puebla

I liked everything about the property, from comfy bed, to quiet and easy to sleep, really good wifi, friendly staff, close to the Zocola and best of all the price was very fair. Thank you

Nice place. Wish they had natural light, and that the gym was open later than 8pm.

Nice interior garden. Clean room. Helpful staff.

The window for the room goes to the interior of the hotel and gets no natural light. We had to keep the shade down, otherwise people walking right by the window could look inside. Also, you can hear the restaurant downstair's music in the hotel room until about 10 or 11pm. I didn't get to use the gym because it closed at 8pm.

Un joven del rest. Leoncio, creo, pésimo carácter, no quiso atender a mis hijos, para darles de cenar, mandó a un mesero, diciéndonos que sólo se atendían dos comensales. Por lo mismo , consumimos de un restaurante cercano

Accueil et considération à revoir

Par rapport au prix et aux avantages booking le prix était correct cependant méfiez vous ! Certaines chambres ne sont pas en photo. Nous avions pris une chambre de 22 m2 et nous sommes tombés sur une chambre que nous n’avons vu nul part en photo. À peine quoi circuler et encore moins de poser nos bagages. Nous n’avons pas été très bien accueilli au début et on a bien senti l’hésitation à notre arrivée. Après avoir râler nous avons eu une super chambre même plus que prévu mais sur le coup on a été déçu. Nous aimons aussi profiter des lieux dans lesquels nous sommes et là on ne nous a rien proposé et nous sommes aperçus après qu’il y avait un restaurant, des petits déjeuners tant pis pour pour eux ! La femme de ménage était très agréable, polie et souriante. L’emplacement top

No se porque los hoteles si pido alojamiento para dos personas , ponen solo una botella de agua.

Good hotel!

Location, spacious room, valet parking

When leaving they brought us our car and there was this odor inside the car as if they were driving it while we were in the hotel. We didn’t write down the miles at our arrival so we don’t k ow for sure if somebody from the hotel staff or parking garage drove it while we where staying at the hotel.

El hotel me canceló mi reservación, me pareció nada profesionales, me estuvieron llamando y aún sabiendo que ya estábamos en camino no les importo dejarnos sin hotel en una cd que no conocíamos en la noche, que poco profesionalismo, no lo recomiendo para nada, no se hospeden en este lugar, o es mi culpa que no cobren por adelantado

Se me estuvieran marcando para pedirme que le transfiriera el costo del hotel cuando en la App te indica sin pago por adelantado

una grata experiencia en el corazón de Puebla

Me gusto muchisimo el servicio, la ubicación, en ese sentido cumplio con las expectativas

Pedi una habitación doble, pero no se porque me dieron dos camas, cuando necesitabamos solo una king size, se reservo asi, pero no se porque no se cumplió y ya no tenian más habitaciones para cambiarnos.

la habitacion NO tenia ventna hacia afuera y no fue posible el cambio. SOy ligeramente claustrofobico, y no me senti muy comodo por sa razon. Lastima.

Perfect location and even more perfect staff!

I love the location and the staff was amazing with us specially Guillermo at the front desk. They definitely go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed.

The mattress were a little too hard.
