Vriendelijk personeel en zeer schoon.
Grote Kamer en geweldige Badkamer.
Mooi ingericht.
Heerlijk warm zwembad.

It has a Nice location , it is a beautiful hotel with big , beautiful standaard rooms.
Restaurant is always Busy and they have vaker parking but it is not sufficiënt for the amount of guests and clients .

Loved this hotel, especially the restaurant and rooftop pool. Check-in was super quick and easy. Staff were lovely. The restaurant is a popular choice and features in the "best restaurants" guide to Oaxaca. The pool was lovely and rarely busy. Location is a 10 minute walk into the centre of Oaxaca but lots of food options on the way and a little cart that sets up each morning and sells local Mexican breakfasts.
Nothing, we liked everything.

Incredible value for money. Beautiful facilities, huge room and delicious food in the hotel restaurant.
The bed was a bit on the hard side for my taste.
The doors to the rooms are very thick but not soundproof at all, which lets a lot of noise through from the corridors.
4.7
So well designed & comfortable
The halls with all the hard surfaces could be noisy, particularly in the early mornings.
4.7
Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent location, ambiance, friendly staff.
We were disappointed in the restaurant. Service was slow, stingy with the alcohol in the drinks and our food arrived cold. We were also amused by the bathrobes provided. My wife took a shower and put one on and nearly died laughing. The were so small that they would barely have fit an adolescent, much less a full-sized adult. Hotel really needs to provide some larger bathrobes. Also, the shower head in our room really needed maintenance and we wondered whether other rooms were the same. The shower head was so plugged that little water came out where needed. Instead, it sprayed all over in ever direction except where you wanted it.

Great hotel!
Took a while to figure out AC

A well repurposed property. Nice large room.
Noisy in the morning. All the hard surfaces amplify noises. Don’t plan to sleep in. Signs request quiet but that wasn’t my experience.

Shower had previous guests hair on the walls.

large comfortable room, luxurious bathroom, beautiful design and artwork, good restaurant
coffee maker in room charged per cup after first 2 cups - this is very cheap. either don’t supply a coffee maker or don’t charge
hot tub water is cold

Beautiful place, tasteful art, amazing roof top jogging track and view. They gave us an upgrade to a massive suite!
Have to cross high speed street every time to get to downtown, difficult to cross and dangerous we ended up taking Uber everytime just to avoid it! Staff English was very limited beyond the basics. I could not make them understand I want two pots of hot water.
4.7
Everything. Gorgeous design in fully restored historic building. Every amenity you could ask for including a great restaurant and beautiful ceramic shop.
could use a few comfortable couches to sit on in the common area on first floor.

Overall a nice place. Very close to the city centre. Huge rooms
Very pretentious hotel and staff. Rooms are not well soundproofed and you could hear noisy guests all night. They charge for the parking!

The entire hotel was very enjoyable, from the art work around the hotel, cleanliness and quality of the guest room as well as the excellent food and service at the restaurant. We will be back.
Nothing to point out.

great quality, gorgeous looking boutique hotel in central Puebla. really good restaurant (very popular locally with Poblabos), and a surprisingly good rooftop pool area with a hot tub also. great to cool down in after a hot day! rooms were also very nice and spacious.
didn’t like that they charged for extra Nespresso capsules once you’d used up your initial supply - they should at least be restocked daily at no cost!
4.7
Excellent mole, the best I have tasted in Puebla
Restaurant is very loud because of poor acoustic and you can hear it from your room until closing hours.
4.7
Big clean rooms and nice facilities
4.7
Spacious, super clean room. A comfortable firm mattress and nice pillows which is important to me because most hotels have basic pillows you get a headache from in the morning. Meat (beef) at the restaurant was tender and ideally cooked. Highly recommend! It was also nice to swim in a pool after a long day.
Noise from a vacuum cleaner in the next-door room at 7 am. Cocktails at the restaurant are served with minimum alcohol.
