Nestled in the dunes at beautiful Belongil Beach - an ideal beachside escape.
Located down a private road with undercover parking for two cars, the house is designed with open plan living and master suite on the first floor and two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor.
From the entrance, the glass lined hallway filled with beautiful tropical planting, brings the outdoors inside. The hallway leads to the two lower bedrooms, one with king bed and ensuite. The other has two king singles which can be made up as a king bed, on advance request, and ensuite and a separate laundry.
Up the light filled timber stair case, to the left is the master suite with king bed, ensuite and private balcony overlooking the garden and Belongil Creek. To the right, the glass lined first floor welcomes you into the seamless, open plan kitchen, dining and living area with guest powder room. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up something delicious for dining indoors or out. There is plenty of room to relax on the sumptuous lounge with a good book or catch up on the latest episode of your current series. With aircon throughout and wifi your comfort and communication is covered.
The house benefits from being tucked into the dunes so you feel totally cosy on the timber deck that surrounds the living area with barbeque and outdoor dining.
From the deck, a few steps entice you up to the top of the dune and your own beachfront cabana. A perfect spot to watch dolphins and whales frolic in the bay and so very handy for your morning swim.
With the stunning beachside location, modern conveniences and thoughtful styling throughout, every effort has been made to ensure you feel right at home.
This property does not accept schoolies bookings. All guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Needs Improving
A nice house with a good location but still some distance up a hill and down some steep steps to the beach.
The kitchen utensils were pretty poor; no real usable tongs, no m'wave proof containers, no water jug.
These are all little things that start to quickly annoy when you're paying good money.
The ceiling fans don't work, there are only fly screens on some doors ???
the aiircon in master B'room didn't work and wasn't fixed whilst we were there..
It was a slow trip into town each day due to road works and it meant picking up the key and dropping off was a pain. ? try Key safe at the house.
Someone( the real estate and owners) needs to go through and do a better inventory of what's needed.

the house is great albeit dark downstairs but suffers from poor maintenance and an agent slow to respond and not working weekends

Our very own beach!
Myself and two friends ventured up to Byron for Splendour in the Grass as we have done our time camping at festivals. What a beautiful place to wake up and get home too. Loved the stay. Who needs the internet when the beach is at your feet, and you are a nice stroll from town.
Great sized rooms, each with their own ensuite. Lovely area and very peaceful. There were also buses at the end of the street to get to and dropped off from the festival.
Recommend eating at St Elmo in Byron. Breakfast at Treehouse is pretty average so walk into town if you opt to treat yourselves.

good but not great
Upside; The lease property was tidy and well maintained. There was sufficient linen, the beds and sofas comfortable.
Downside: costly and somewhat gloomy due to surrounding foliage. No sense of proximity to or view of the beach. Remarkably inadequate internet access which made even the most simple searches for addresses, restaurant guides etc painfully slow. It was constantly noisy in mornings from building site adjacent, and the morning use of leaf blowers was problematic.
Overall: if you've nowhere else to stay on Belongil this is not actually bad, but you can do so much better for the same amount of money

Great location
Brilliant direct beach access from property and seating overlooking the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Quiet undisturbed spot at end of a private road. Clean house. Very enjoyable stay thank you.

Beautiful house and location
Wonderful returning to this stunning house and magical Belongil Beach. Felt so happy spending time there, the house has great energy and lightness about it. Very special.

Great property location and kitchen fully equipped, was wonderful. Love the living area and outdoor space to eat meals surrounded by beautiful gardens and the ocean at my feet!
