We had wonderful walks around the bay in the morning and fun beach time steps away with the kids. We saw so many dolphins at the beach. The home is in a great location. We enjoyed our time. We had issues with AC but they refunded part of our stay. We also had an injury because the master bed was too high for my mom. They thankfully said they’d make sure the bed didn’t have the unneeded box spring since it was a platform bed. My mom wanted to make sure others didn’t hurt themselves.

Beautiful home in great location. We rented both units for our daughter’s college graduation weekend. Great big upstairs room very comfortable for 11 of us to eat meals & play card games.
Location was even better than we’d hoped for. Walk to soft Sandy beach, shops & restaurants. Would love to come back sometime!

This property was in the perfect location for our family get together. The beach and every possible amenity was just steps away.
We had a large group but never felt crowded. We loved having the separate downstairs unit for our grandparents to get away when they needed it.
The unit was cute, clean and comfortable, and had everything you need for great beach vacation. And thank goodness for the 5 parking spaces!

We enjoyed this vacation home that fit all 15 of us. We loved being right in the heart of Mission Beach, it was easy to walk to restaurants, the beach, and the bay. Both units were clean and well maintained, the rooftop was beautiful and there was plenty of parking. We would stay again :)

My large family was able to stay and enjoy our selves in this wonderful home. It was very accommodating to all ages- the pull out cots were very comfortable for the two 4yr olds and the upstairs single beds fit the older girls perfectly! All beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the beach gear was great! Parking was tight for having larger SUVs however they all fit in the designated spots. The house was ideally Located between both the bay and beach, a short 3 minute stroll in either direction was water! The grill worked great and the rest of the cooking appliances did too. The only need was the dishwasher needs to be replaced. The convenience of having a working washer and dryer was perfection. Overall, EXCELLENT stay and would definitely return!

Property has a great location --- half block from Mission Bay and half block from the Pacific. Plenty of good food and bar options within easy walking distance. Parking is available but a bit tight. Recycling as well as regular garbage containers. Property well taken care of. Nice touches, TVs in all bedrooms as well as living room.

Great House!
We had 3 families staying at this house and it was more than accommodating. The beds, kitchen and amenities were fantastic! It was only 3 min walk to the ocean each day with all the kids which made it very easy. I would recommended this place to anyone and plan on coming back as well.

Santa Clara Pl Beach House
This place was fantastic. The Surf Style team was on top of every detail to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. The location was very nice too with great access to our own plot at the beach or the bay, and the MB Sports Center easily walkable. Our kids found lots of places to explore and play, while, at the same time, the adults found their own place to read or do whatever. And then when we wanted, we all had a nice space to get together to dine, play games or just watch TV. Thanks for such a nice trip

Special thanks to Dana for answering all our questions, your staff provided such great service and the house was comfortable with everything we needed. The rooftop seemed to be the favorite amongst the kids, the beds comfortable, the smart TV's were nice and new, lots of beach boards and chairs, and there were a lot of different spaces so we didn't feel crammed in. Easy walk to everthing from this location and super duper easy parking, big pluses for us +++.

Large Space, Well Stocked, Will be Back!!!
The home was just as advertised with 2 separate units, large enough space for multiple families. Very well supplied home with lots of beach stuff, plenty of tv's, multiple outdoor spaces, kitchenware, & bbq's. The top unit had a very large roof patio that seated lots of people & street level patio was great for people watching. Everything was walking distance or you can rent electric scooters, bikes, surfboards, kayaks. Easy walk to Bay & Ocean. Host was quick to respond. Will definitely be back!

Great Home Central to everything!!
It was our first time in Mission Beach/San Diego and the Surf Style rental we stayed in also help to make the experience memorable. The home is very spacious and decorated nicely, was clean and also felt comforting and homey. The home has a rooftop balcony which is great to catch a view of the city and hang out. There's also an upstairs balcony that faces the street and a downstairs front yard patio both great for people watching. Surf style operations are very organized and they give you everything that you'll need to know regarding events, excursions, beach gear and local eats and hang outs. The home we stayed in was in a quieter part of town but stlll all within a 5 minute walk or less are many good restaurants to eat at such as Miss B's & The Mission Mission Beach and also a night few nighttime hang outs like Guava Bar & Single Fin. The famous boardwalk & busy area of Belmont park is a short cab or scooter drive away. Surf style has a strick no smoking or partying policy so if this is your intention this will not be the property for you but it can be found, there was a bachelor party happening across the street from us and they were playing beer pong yet it did not produce any noice as its still very quiet in the area after 9pm. We enjoyed our stay and cant wait to return!
