Construction Notice - The building to the north is undergoing repairs, project started Oct 2024. Construction hours are 7:30-5:30 Monday-Friday.
Surf Style 4 is our rare offering of 3 individual ocean front townhomes in one single building with an amazing 60' of Ocean Frontage over 2 full floors. The total offering consists of 5 Bedrooms + 8 Full Bathrooms that accommodates up to 17 guests (10 adults maximum)! Please note pricing includes all 3 homes, and each home has it's own individual entry (they are not connected inside).
BUILDING FEATURES
Modern 3-unit Ocean Front building, layout noted below. Units have their own individual entries off the ground floor & are not connected inside. Our guests have the option to rent one unit or all three units with an amazing 60' of Ocean Frontage!

LIVING AREAS
3 individual spacious townhomes, each with convenient entries off the ground floor. The first floor for each unit houses an open floorplan for the main living areas and kitchens. The kitchens are fully equipped with high end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Italian tile flooring, an ocean view bar area, & a dining table with seating for 4 per unit. The open living areas also has sofa seating & den equipped with an oversized sofa sleeper & flat screen TV. Rounding out the downstairs is a full bath with standing shower and beautiful floor to ceiling windows/doors that open to your private and exclusive front porch allowing for maximum ocean views and easy beach access.
Off the second floors are additional bedrooms & bathrooms, each with their own TV's & additional ocean view bar seating areas & beautiful ensuite bathrooms off each master bedroom.
Other features include stackable washer/dryer in each unit, and beach amenities including sand toys, chairs, and boogie boards.

HIT THE BEACH! We are conveniently located in the heart of Mission Beach!!! Beautiful white sandy, swim & surf friendly beach located just steps away. Take advantage of our complimentary boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys.
SHOPPING & DINING! Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.
WATER ACTIVITIES! If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.
ATTRACTIONS! Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home! Surf Style has discounts for all these major attractions.
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

Having the whole property was a real highlight
We really enjoyed our stay at Surf Style, having the whole ocean front property just for our group was a real highlight. The bedrooms, kitchen and inside met our expectations. My only disappointment was not having a bbq, although we knew that going in. Parking was easy as long as you don't have more than 3 cars. Overall we had a great time and would rent that place or another property you manage again. My wife and I travel to San Diego each year so we will probably rent a smaller place next time.

fit our needs perfect
Everything went very well during our stay and having the 3 townhomes together really met our family needs. Being on the beach was awesome. We did have problems with one of the music systems but was fixed the very next day. Fantastic overall experience, we will be returning next Spring.

Our group of ladies and children had a wonderful time in your 3 surf style units. I stayed in the corner 1br unit which was lovely and had an extra private patio upstairs (they had had patios downstairs). It had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable for our group to gather in the mornings and evenings. We felt lucky to have 3 parking that were all easy to pull into. I would definately stay here again!

We loved having the building to ourself!
Enjoyed being right on the beach and waking up to the waves crashing every morning! We rented all 3 units, which was the perfect space for the other families in our group. The units were very clean and updated and well stocked, parking was easy and fit our suv’s. The location was unbeatable, it was a short walk to fun places to eat and the boat/kayak rental place was also in walking distance. The host was very helpful. Overall an unbelievable experience!

EXCELLENT RATING
We stayed before & decided to rent all the units with our friends this summer. So glad we came back, we'd rate it 10 stars if we could!!! It was nice to see how well the units are cared for and a few nice upgrades since our last stay. Being right on the beach it was a good fit with our younger children (plus it didn't hurt to wake up to ocean views & go to sleep to waves crashing!). We already miss not being there and hope to be back soon, thanks so much for giving us such wonderful accommodations.
