Probably much better choices for the money to stay at in Montreal. Property is not very accessible

spacious self-contained apartment.

No elevator and tough to carry bags up 3 floors, very loud music outside till early hours of the morning, area is seedy and no immediate parking, Loft in the unit is hard to access with very low headroom.

Very nice apartment close to city center.

The apartment is very spacious and quite new. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a multimedia tv. Location is great, is possible to reach the city center in few minutes

One of the two bedrooms is on a mezzanine floor which is not very convenient.

I don't recommend this location for a family but for young people.

The check in information was very clear. The studio is big enough for 4 people, clean and well-equipped. The mezzanine is Ok (not easy to get in), thanks to the AC it was not too hot. The grocery store downstairs is very helpful.

There is no lift so be ready to climb stairs, the sofa bed is very very hard. The studio is right in front of a discotheque so we couldn't sleep on Thursday and Friday nights. That was really a bad surprise for us. We tried to contact the management, sent messages but nobody contacted us back. We would have appreciated some assistance.

Très agréable

J'ai loué cet appartement et j'en suis très satisfaite. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, y compris un four, un four micro-ondes. De plus, les essentiels comme le sel, le poivre et l'huile étaient fournis. Pour la toilette, il y avait du savon, du shampoing, de l'après-shampoing... L'appartement est également propre et spacieux. Il est idéalement situé, à proximité des arrêts de bus et de métro. La rue est vivante avec des restaurants, des cafés et une supérette juste en face.

Le seul petit bémol est le bruit les soirs de week-end à cause du Café Campus. Malgré cela, je recommande fortement cet appartement pour son confort et son emplacement.

Terrific location. Very clean facility. Accessible by public transit.

Kind of nit picking but… If you are a family on long holiday weekend the neighborhood can be a bit noisy. TV doesn’t have any sports channels.

My family and I had a wonderful stay.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Walkable distance to restaurants, cafes, and parks. Would highly recommend and definitely stay at this apartment again.

a éviter absolument si vous voulez dormir

la chambre donne directement sur l'entrée d'une discothèque dans la rue pietonne et tous les soirs de 22H jusqu'a 3 ou 4 heures du matin impossible de dormir avec les jeunes qui crient dans la rue ; Malgré nos tentatives d'appels aucune réponse de l'établissement . c'est scandaleux pour le prix que nous avons payé

Great location! Apartment is nicely decorated and has everything you’ll need.

There aren’t any elevators so we had to lift the stroller up and down the stairs but I guess this is common in the downtown area for properties.

Convient location, clean property, but non-stop noise till 3 am was

Central/convenient to where we wanted to go.

We had no idea this property was directly across the street from an insanely loud student bar. Every night until 3 am there were approximately 50-100 people lined up outside, or drinking on benches outside the window. To get any sleep at all, we had to sleep with the windows closed, and AC on (we all dislike AC) to help drown out the noise. Also wasn't forewarned that the loft bed was in an area so small and ceiling so low that you have to crawl on your hands and knees to get to it. Space was smaller than expected, with no proper bed (one was a mattress on the floor of the loft, the other a pull out sofa).

Nice, cozy, modern. Kids loved having their own space above the hallway.

Quite noisy at night - need to use ear plugs and run white noise to cover the sounds of a music club crowd

Location can’t be beat, apartment is super well furnished , everything was super clean, complimentary wine bottle was much appreciated, laundry available on site , communication with Liv MTL was easy and smooth.

This is a comment for booking.com: the description of the apartment was not accurate , it didn’t mention that one of the bed was on a mezzanine accessible by a ladder. On other platforms where the apartment is offered , everything is very well explained.
