Short and not so sweet

Location close to a major mall

Overpriced and they ended up charging me 3 times over on my credit card and a one night stay ended up deducting $900 from my card and it has still not been refunded even after calling management and advising them of the issue They are treating this issue at the slowest of paces

Close to shopping, had a restaurant on site at a pool in the gym what’s convenient.

Woken up several times at night by noise reported to the front desk had the Buffay three times to the three times. All of the hard drives were cold reported to the manager third time the hard drives or cook or warm. The bathroom was not clean when we arrive, discuss the whole situation with the front desk, we’re told because we booked it on Booking.com. They can’t do anything for us typically, in other hotels I would take a night off not in this case very disappointing!.

The cleanliness of the spa and pool in the basement. The main lobby was nice and fully renovated.

The size of the room wasn't as expected, and I don't think the AC was working efficiently. The room was too humid. I wish the room was as new as the lobby...

Will bring my friends to enjoy your hotel and have fun.

My daughter and grand-daughter and I had a wonderful time; We shopped; we were spoiled at Amerispa. Sheraton gave us coupons for 25.00$ each for Amerispa!!! The pool and hot tub absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. I will be back soon. The staff who spoiled me throughout my visit will always be remembered. Thank you for making my visit special.

only it’s proximity to carrefour Laval

-the reception lady told me i did not pay for my stay although I fully paid online through booking.com -the office chair in the room not comfortable at all and had a back pain because of it -cannot open the window to breeze fresh air in the room!! when asking the reception the lady said you cannot open the window for security reasons!!!

Amazing service! Will definitely be going again!

Great service! Even from before we arrived they answered any questions we had. Quick check in and check out. Clean and nice room. We loved that they had the 24h bistro in the lobby! Parking was a breeze as there were two parkings on either side of the building.

Bistro is a little pricey, but the fact that it conveniently is opened 24h and you don’t have to leave the property when you want a snack at 3 am makes up for it!

noisy (highway nearby and badly soundproofed), old (blinds were stuck), smelly (cigarette smell in the non smoking room), pool is not made for swimming, but is indoor in the basement. location is just awful : middle of a parking lot, next to the highway and a mall, stairs feel like you’re gonna get mugged. Congress center is equally noisy (you can hear the music from the lobby), there are no bathroom in the congress center, they are in the lobby: forget a quick bathroom break during a presentation. so overpriced for what it is, it’s obscene.

music too loud in bar. it’s a bar, not a dance club. couldn’t hear ourselves talking! Raffi, the server in the bar was great!
