Very comfortable, well located for the town and equipped with everything we needed.

it was warm, very comfortable and well equipped. Ideally located for us.

There was a lot of traffic on the roundabout outside but that could have been because it was the weekend of the Christmas markets in Bury St Edmunds.

Perfect for weekend trip to Bury St Edmunds

Great location for centre of town. Very clean and great WiFi.

There was nothing that I didn't like. It is a great little cottage in a great location.

A nice place with a homey feeling.

Situated on walking distance from the centre in a residential area. A nice and room with a small yet functional kitchen. Comfortable beds.

The essential parts were clean but for a better experience as a whole I'd recommend the owner to pay a little more attention to the less obvious but still visible parts to be handled with a damp cloth every once in a while.

Convenient, well laid out and a friendly owner too

It is a short walk from the town centre, so has access to everything. The parking was great and communication with the owner was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed for our two night stay. The TV has Netflix and Prime, which was a nice bonus.

It’s on a busy main road, so there is a constant traffic noise. The living room is at ground level, so if you have the blinds up, passers by can see right into the room. It would be good to have some voiles to help this.

Easy walking distance to main town, nicely decorated. Comfy sofa and beds. Had all the basics we needed. Own parking space. Small but adequate for our needs.

Beside a busy road, so noisy. Also beside footpath so lots of people looking in window but luckily had blinds to prevent too much intrusion. No information/guest book for advice etc.

Disappointing

Breakfast not included. Location......see later. The actual property was very nice. The bathroom was excellent. Easy walking distance to town centre. Good parking space.

,The location of the property. The front wall/ windows of the house was on a public pavement so people were constantly walking past which meant we had to have the blinds closed making the room dark. It was also on a major busy road so very noisy especially if We opened a window to get some air in, which then meant that anyone walking past could get in if they wanted so had to make sure they were closed if we left the room. .this noisy location wasn't made clear and the name...Little Bury Barn gave the impression that it would at least have had an outside space for sitting. Single bedroom had no storage space for clothes, the bed wasn't comfortable and a rug on the floor would have been welcomed. Tea and coffee were provided but no milk so couldn't have a cup of tea on arrival. This could be a nice little town accommodation with just a little more thought and should be made clear that it was really not suitable if you wanted to relax and sit in a garden at any time.

Bathroom needed good clean. Skirting boards very dusty and paintwork tired Very noisy with public constantly passing by needs double glazing Kitchen equipment very basic not all of it in good condition.
