I had problems to access my email at my office. I mailed to ask to send to another email that I can access. But no response.I call them several times, and no response at all!
So we give up,and stayed in another hotel.
It is so bad that I will not book b&b type
Hostels again.

The bed was comfortable and having a little kitchen and laundry was nice.the location to main street was great.
We didn't like the steep stairs or the spiders that were every where and the pull out sofa was horrible!the wood gate gave my daughter a splinter ( needs to be sanded and sealed) but I think the worst part was being woken up every morning at 8am by the construction and the drilling across the court yard!

I like how the place feels and all the appliances seemed to work! I really like how there was a TV in the place. The bed was nice and the shower worked better than expected!! When I texted the owner they got back to me quickly too!
The body wash was low but there was enough!

Very cozy, close to downtown Cedar City & the Shakespeare Festival. Appreciated how clean and quiet this apartment is.

It was in a good location, cute and clean. Don't let the outside ruin it for you. It is walking distance to restaurants. It is also easy to get back on the Interstate from it's location and just a block away from the road to go to Bryce Canyon. Quite neighborhood. Didn't see many residents in the neighborhood.
The entrance to the apartment is less to be desired. It looks like you're trespassing into a sketchy backyard. The cement steps down to it are in bad shape. They are steep and crumbling. There are no yard lights for at night and those steps are dangerous. There are no hooks or towels racks in the bathroom. Hooks by the front door would be nice since there is no storage space.

Hard to understand the map to get there, awful entryway, only window on door had broken blinds, uncomfortable at night.

Convenient location. Good climate control. Bed okay. Futon not comfortable at all. Microwave and fridge good. Shower nice. Also nice there was a hairdryer available.
Only one dingy washcloth available. Plenty of towels, though. Cook top would not boil water. No comfortable place to sit to watch TV. Couch/futon nor bed in direct view of the TV. No real place to sit to eat. Rickety desk very small and wobbly stools, not good for dining.

The thing that was hard for us as seniors was getting the luggage & bags downstairs to the basement. A lil unbalanced in the backyard from the asphalt not smooth or level. Needed more pillows/nicer towels but really loved the location to Cedar Breaks Nat’l Monument 😃. The kitchenette was handy to keep our water cold. Nice 🚿 shower too.

Ad didn't tell me it was a basement. That was surprising but it was very nice inside.

The kitchen was good.
The mattress on bed and futon were not comfortable. They need to be replaced.

It was a cute studio
Need to fix the stairs

Newly renovated and very well-kept space. It was a pleasant basement studio apartment with a basic kitchen and separate bathroom. Excellent location for exploring the nearby national parks and natural wonders of southern Utah.
The kitchen hotplates were very weak and it took a very long time to bring anything to a simmer. There were no extraction fans in the kitchen or the bathroom, which meant we had to prop open the door to the basement to let steam out.
