Gorgeous rooms and interior. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great! Really enjoyed the breakfast as well talking with other guests.
Nothing! It was fantastic.

This one of the most beautiful inn we've stayed in. It's like staying at your rich grandma's mansion, and everyone in the family wanted to stay more. The decor is obviously the main attraction in this house, with lots of trinkets everywhere and that calm, homey, last-century vibe. The breakfast is delicious too, we took it on the front porch in comfy armchairs. The garden is beautiful, there's a piano and a big library, as well as a common kitchen area with a big fridge. The owners are charming and passionate about their inn.
We were in the Chinese-themed suite, which was absolutely huge, with a jacuzzi, a bathroom, and 3 distinct spaces that made it really convenient for a family.
Honestly, nothing.

Very beautiful rooms. Location was dplendid for going to the Shakespeare Festival.
Nice in all respects. It was unusually not during our stay, and the air conditioning seemed to just barely keep up, especially at night.

I liked every bit of our stay. The couple who own the home where so kind. Loved the room, bed ,breakfast, all the rooms to lounge around in and relax. I couldn't take in all the decorations. Just beautiful. We're defiantly coming back.

The sheets on the bed smelled a little musty.

Was just ok. All sweet. Fruit NOT ripe.
Room was hot and stuffy. But idly bathroom was freezing. Good thing it wasn’t winter. Very small.

Beautiful building designed to be a bed and breakfast. Nice personal space as well as common areas.
Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the breakfast which started at 8:30. This was a stop along a cross country trip and we were getting a much earlier start. A hotel may have been a better choice in our situation.

Breakfast was very good. Would have been nice to have some yogurt selections too.
Location was perfect. Easy to access from I-15, and easy to get onto highway 14 to Bryce Canyon
Nothing, really. Our hosts were very helpful and thoughtful. Our bed was so comfortable, we didn't want to get up!

this quirky inn is a great location for us for a last stop as we return home to Southern California from touring in AZ, UT areas. it is comfortable and well appointed. the breakfast provided by the friendly hosts is exceptional. the rooms are very quiet. the hosts provide helpful info for local restaurants and sightseeing.

Great location. Comfortable and charming facility. Very good breakfast even though this was Breakfast Buffet day. Exceptionally friendly staff/owners. Secure location.
Daily price was a little high and there does not seem to be a price break for a weekly stay.

Good breakfast, quiet room, comfortable bed. We would stay again.

It was a beautiful and elegant facility and the hosts couldn't have been nicer.
I loved everything.

Very cute and cozy!
the room for sleeping was very warm and the heat wasn’t even turned on! Wish we would have opened the window to try and cool it off some. Room was extremely stuffy; a ceiling fan would of probably helped a lot. The mattress was ok but not exceptional. The host was extremely nice and friendly and the breakfast was great! Would probably stay again but not in the same room.

Room and B&b was lovely
Maybe abit more variety at breakfast?
