Die Lage der Unterkunft ist besten. Bis zur Staten Island Feŕry 5min.zu Fuss von wo man in 20 min. mit der kostenlosen Staten Island Ferry bequem Manhattan mit einem super Blick auf die Freiheitsstatue und Manhattan hat. Supermarkt ist direkt neben der Pension. Paul ist ein super netter Gastgeber. Vielen Vielen lieben Dank an Paul.

The owner Paul and the location which is a ten minute walk to the ferry. Great deli across the street!

The street noise was a bit much, a rather busy but small intersection of Fort place and Montgomery, could not sleep past seven am.

A beautiful room in a convenient place.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. City view and very close to the ferry, so easy to get to Manhattan. Room and common areas full of beautiful art by the owner. No breakfast, as was well stated before the stay. I'll definitely be trying to stay here again

Breakfast/coffee would have been a nice touch, but it's really not a big deal as there's a deli across the street. Third story walk up.

Beautiful house, we had a very big room and a really comfortable bathroom. As there were no more guests on our floor we had the entire floor for us.

Perfect place for people who are out in New York on daytime

It’s a nice house, 5 min. away from the ferry. There is a Deli, Restaurants and Bars right around the corner.

The house has 3 apartments. each on a own floor. I had the own under the roof. There was weak or no WiFi in my room.

Excellent value with easy access to Manhattan

This place is a great find! The king room I stayed in had a sitting area, fireplace, kitchen and bathroom (although in an unusual layout). It took me 10 minutes to walk to the staton island ferry each day to get into Manhattan. For the price, location, and size of the accommodation - its a fantastic deal!

The room I stayed in was quite close to the street so there was some street noise at night (nothing crazy). The apartment was clean but is a bit dated. The rugs and carpets were clean, but worn.

Suitable but we wouldn’t rush back.

Large beautiful old building, very spacious, easy for getting to Manhattan. Owner was nice enough

It was not clean. it wasn’t filthy but just didn’t feel clean. The price included breakfast but we weren’t given any. There was a kitchen (with one chair)we could use but no tea, coffee or milk.

Wonderfully clean and comfortable rooms. Great location near the Staten Island ferry. We didn't spend much time in the room but the time we did spend there was great.

The location was convenient to the Staten Island ferry & the Empire Outlets. The host, Paul, was very welcoming and gave a great tour! The room was very spacious & had everything you would need to make a meal. The bed was extremely comfortable!

They did not have breakfast, but did have a mini fridge, oven/stove, microwave, and cooking supplies. The room was a bit warm.

An older, but comfortable facility, very convenient to transportation options to the city.

Very close to the ferry and shopping. The B&B had free off-street parking. Very accommodating owners. Surprisingly quiet for its location.

I didn't see any smoke detectors. Tiny soaps in bathroom.

I felt safe staying here, the gentlemen who checked us in was great, I just didn’t sleep wel.

the location to the staten island ferry is the biggest selling point.

The beds are seem old, and noisy,and the walls felt paper thin. I had a hard time sleeping, as I heard everything outside. My daughter who slept in the other bedroom slept fine.

Paul was an amazing host and has a very lovely house that he is willing to share with others.

I love the remote location from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Also, the beds were super comfy.

when traveling to and from the property very late at night felt a little unsafe due to some of the area we had to go through.

Nice stay in a beautiful home

Paul is a great host, very friendly. The house is beautifully decorated, the bedroom and the bathroom are very spacious. I loved the old bathtub, faucets and shower. Wifi was good at all times. Very convenient location less than 10 min walk to the (free and fantastic) ferry to Manhattan. The ferry runs every half an hour, all day and all night. I took it after midnight, not a problem. There's an outlet mall next to the ferry terminal.

The only thing I disliked is that Booking advertises "Breakfast included" while it is not. I was aware of this through the comments, so it was not a disappointment, though.

For the price and comfort, I choose it over a hotel

Very nice host, clean rooms,cool view from 3rd floor, felt secure, convenient store across street, going back at Christmas, already booked!

Anything that could of been better was out of the control of the host(loud cars, music,etc) so I was overall pleased
