Really, we were just there for an overnight stay and can't complain about anything. Clean, well-kept, and comfortable.

čtěte pozorně!!! Bydlela jsem tady skoro 3 týdny!

Lidé si stěžují na lokalitu, kde je hotel umístěn. Mě to přišlo fajn, je tam ticho a klid, žádná projíždějící auta, nikdo nebezpečný kolem. Řidiči jsou velmi spolehliví a jezdí na čas pokud jim to dopravní situace dovolí. Rychlá wifi. Snídaně, ale jen pokud jste tady krátce - je to pořád stejné. Vybavené fitness, kde jste většinou sami. Na recepci je mikrovlnka (zdarma) a můžete si tam zakoupit poměrně levně nějaké základní věci - chipsy, tyčinky atd.

Personál, kromě řidičů a obsluhy u snídaně. Personál na recepci si neplní své povinnosti dobře. Zapomenou si napsat čas odjezdu shuttlu, nebo si vymýšlejí proč shuttle není k dispozici. Uklízečka nám za 18 dní pobytu ani jednou nevysála špinavý koberec (vysavač má u sebe!), každý den nám dávala 3 ručníky místo 4 a ani za 18 dní nepochopila, že tam bydlíme 4 osoby. Uklízečka také nedoplňovala toaletní papír, chodili jsme si pro něj na recepci sami. Klimatizace na pokoji silně zapáchá a nebyla velice dlouho čištěna, je v ní obrovské množství prachu, nedá se používat a nemůžete ani větrat okny, neboť se dají otevřít asi na 10 cm šířky. Toaleta se nám ucpala po asi dvou dnech neboť ve vyšších patrech není silný proud. Shuttle je k dispozici ALE jen pokud ho nechce ke svému užitku majitel hotelu, který se to ani nenamáhá ohlásit řidičům. Vy pak stojíte před hotelem, čekáte odvoz a ono nic. Shuttle jezdí jen do 8:30 pm, což může někomu vadit, počítejte s tím, že shuttle není k dispozici každý den! Řidiči občas potřebují den volna atd., takže budete muset jet UBERem, taxikem nebo busem (62 a 92). Tři dny byla nefunkční wifi skrze poruchu v hotelu. Nebyli schopni to opravit. Pokud pracujete online, tak si raději pořiďte pro jistotu mobilní data. Snídaně je jednotvárná, každý den pořád dokola vejce, slanina, waffle, granola.. Když nějaká surovina dojde, málokdy je doplněna. Nám došlo burákové máslo a pak 4 dny žádné nebylo. Není tam žádná zelenina (ani rajče!), salámy ani sýry. Z ovoce každý den banány a jablka. Za týden se vám to opravdu znechutí. Stěny do chodby jsou velmi tenké a slyšíte všechny lidi co projdou chodbou kolem (do vedlejších pokojů slyšet nejde). Na recepci nám řekli, že je snídaně do 9:30, ale jídlo sklízeli už v 9:00.

Not a bad option but can be better

- Clean room and facility - they provide breakfast - free parking - staff is responsive to requests - they provided a crib for our baby even though Booking says it is not available and the staff helped me set it up.

- Location, neighborhood wasn't good. Some random people parking next to my room window and playing pretty loud music and smoking. - The room is pretty small in area. - altough it is free parking but if you come back late, you will have to park on the street, and didn't see much of a security to keep sketchy people away - Staff can be more friendly and smiley while interacting with guests - Breakfast can be better, I skipped it for few days because it doesn't have many options - The hotel is not providing water to the guests which was a little surpise to me and they only provide some fountain water, I had to but some bottled water on the first day for $4/ bottle!

Great location for work and restful stay.

The breakfast is always good and serves varying Gluten Free options: frittatas. eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, yogurt, juices, fruit, coffee. My room is always comfortable and clean, with no hassle to schedule housekeeping (delay or trash or spill needs). The front desk has Gluten Free options, too. Christine is especially welcoming. The location is perfect for easy access to Brooklyn, the Rockaways, and Perth Amboy.

This hotel was worth the money, just get a softer mattress.

I liked the hotel on a whole. It was clean and they offer continental breakfast which was good overall. Also the staff is friendly.

I did not like how hard the bed was! Our bed was not comfortable at all! We woke up with aches after sleeping all night. Also those waffles have chunks of sugar. NASTY!!! Regular waffles will do.

If is not necessity to be in this area times to times …

About neighborhood : terrible . Right in front of old waste site , and 2 door to door hotels right on same site converted to illegal immigrant shelters, so you twice think before leave the car parked there. And hotel oversmoked from bottom to the roof . In every single corner. Stuff trying to spray something to kill the odor but it’s make even worse: twice stink - spray and the cigarets

It would have been a perfect stay if not for the smell

The hotel staff were extremely pleasant.

The room had an unpleasant smell. At first we thought from cigarette. You could smell it each time you entered the room. The odor lingered. Please note-We made the staff aware. They even offered to change our room.

This stay was an amazing pleasantry.

The breakfast was very good except for the waffles. They had sugar clusters on it. Way too sweet after you added the syrup. Other than that my family and I had a very wonderful stay. It was quiet, and clean. And the front desk attendants had impeccable customer service.

Useful if you need stay over night

Location is right beside old city waste preservation site. And next door hotel full of illegal emigrants . Rest of according 2.5-3* hotel status .

Great home away from home

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, including towards our service dog. And when I locked myself out of my room, they were prompt to help.

The breakfast choices for my vegan daughters were limited.
