About this house rental

This house has a great location, its 5 mins walk from Erie Rec Center (Pay per use) that offers all kinds of sporting facilities, including indoor pool, Hot tub, Rock climbing, Gym, the Anythink Library. It's also close to Erie Midtown where there are many community activities such as farmer's markets, fireworks etc. Everything one can think of is within 5 minutes. In terms of accessibility its about 35 mins drive from the Denver International Airport, 40 mins away from Downtown Denver, 20 mins or approx 10 miles away from Boulder and Longmont, about an hour away from Estes Park/Rockymountain National Park. About 30-40 mins from Loveland Ski areas where you can go snowboarding or snow tubing. What you get: 1st Floor : Has a bedroom and a full bathroom, formal dining room, Open concept Living room with High Vaulted ceilings and Kitchen. There is huge island with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances such as fridge, dishwasher and Gas stove. There is also an over sized 2 car garage, with epoxy coated floors. The house has a huge Patio and deck with some patio furniture. 2nd floor: Has a huge Masterbedroom with 5 piece bath, a loft area for kids to play and two additional bedrooms. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also upstairs. Please note, the owners prefer no pets, however if someone absolutely needs to bring their pet, there will be a pet fees. Pet owners must pick up pet droppings from the yard Basement is not accessible to the guest, but don't worry the whole house is yours, we just don't want any one other than our staff. Thermostats ranges are locked at minimum of 72 during summer and maximum of 71F during winters to protect catastrophic damage to the HVAC system. If you want thermostat unlocked there will be additional utility charge fee. We hope this is clearly understood. We provide unique key code few days before arrival. If you are visiting Denver area from out of town, this house can be a your own comfortable base for all kinds of activities or get-togethers with family and friends.

This property is a fantastic place to stay for a larger group. The property is well cared for. It is roomy and the introverted members will love the ability to have alone time. The east facing patio is a plus to sit and relax and have your morning coffee or tea. A great coffee house is just across the street. We found the access to charging stations that were close a plus and the local park and community center is also a plus.

Nice, quiet neighborhood, rabbits and prairie dogs always there to greet you ! Loved them! Friendly neighbors, house spacious and clean. Walking trails and park close by house and very nice!

Had family arrive from Texas and Utah for first gathering in our new State (Colorado). Our family enjoyed our stay as the house was clean, comfortable and large enough for our group. A park and restaurants are within walking distance and we played games both inside and outdoors during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Stayed at this house with my mom/brother, grandma/grandpa and my boyfriend. Lovely space between Longmont and Denver area. Easy to get in/out of. Host is very attentive with concerns. Great place to stay and definitely recommend!

House was everything advertised ... spacious and well appointed. We loved the coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the mountains, in addition to the prairie dogs antics in the empty lot behind the house!!! The house has two perfect game/puzzle tables ... but no games! So our request for future visits would be a that games, puzzles, and playing cards/poker chips be available.

This Vrbo is in a great location both relative to Denver and the Rocky Mountain National Park. We found the home to be very clean and well-appointed. There were paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, even soap and shampoo in the showers. The kitchen utensils and pots were of good quality. The host obviously cares about his guest’s comfort. We were very comfortable in this home.

We picked Erie for its location as we were visiting with family. The house is super spacious- the pictures somehow don’t do the room sizes justice. It’s well stocked. We also appreciated the coffee shop, restaurants and trails within walking distance.

House is nicely decorated in an open floor plan. Cafe across the street serves good coffee drinks and pastries. Several other stores and services are within a mile. We enjoyed being able to park in the garage.

We stayed at this Erie house in December over Christmas. It's located very close to our daughter and her family. Very convenient! The house is comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything one could want except a can opener (or I didn't see it). There was a Christmas tree in the garage which we used. Thank you! There were two snowstorms and a bitter cold spell for a few days which made the house a bit chilly downstairs, but not too bad. The gas fireplace helped. The HOA shoveled and plowed the driveway and sidewalk which was helpful! Our only suggestion would be to have some new towels and repair/replace the light switches on two bedroom lamps that weren't working properly. Otherwise, this is a great house. We'd recommend it for a family stay (up to 10 people). Erie is a cute town with some good restaurants. Thanks for providing a wonderful vacation home.

We loved the house. Layout and memories were accurate and easy to communicate with the manager. Thank you. A tiny suggestion would be to ah e some extra blankets that can be put on when a sheet is not enough but a comforter is too much. But really that is a nice to have.

The house is located in a convenient location to the north of Denver, Colorado. It is also within walking distance to the town of Erie, CO. The home is large and provided enough room for my family. There was enough towels and kitchen tools, although there was not enough toilet tissue to last the week for a large group. Also had to purchase laundry detergent, which is not uncommon. We did have 11 light bulbs not working and the electrical panel was exposed, which was reported early during our stay but not fixed while we were staying in the home. Overall, a great home for a large number of people.

This fit our need to be close to relatives. It was clean and beds comfortable. The dining and kitchen areas were nice. Appreciated being able to park in the garage. Towels were limited ( 5 people for 4 days and we could only find 8 towels and only one dish towel in the kitchen) but there was a washer/dryer available with laundry soap provided. On Saturday night for some unknown reason the master bedroom had no electricity- when we emailed our contact they answered quickly but we were told they didn’t have anyone on call for the weekend and they told us where the breaker box was located- grateful that was an issue we could take care of ourselves. We also may have not set it correctly but when we would adjust the thermostat to 72 in the evenings we would have to check it in the middle of the night because it had reverted back to 78.

We had a great time staying here. It was a good location for doing day trips out of to attractions around Boulder. On days that we just wanted to hang out in Eerie, the Eerie Community Center, 5 mins from the house, was great for the kids because they have a great pool and racquetball courts (we were able to get day passes for the days that we went there). The location is quiet and there are shops close by.

We went to Colorado to see Rocky Mountain National Park. Our family of eight rented this house. We had so much room! It was super clean and had the perfect amount of bedrooms and space. The only thing we regret is not spending more time there. The town of Erie seems to be growing up all around here. Would definitely stay again.
