One of the best spots to get those views of the Rocky Mountains while being close to everything you want to do. 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars, 4 minutes to 18 holes of disc golf, 5 minute bike ride to miles of single track and downhill.

All of this located in a quiet, freshly built walkout basement apartment with private deck to see some of the best sunsets in Colorado above Longs Peak.

Like staying in a boutique hotel, but with all the extra amenities including full kitchen (with all the cooking utensils you need), full laundry, independent AC and heat, unlimited hot water and space for 4 people. This apartment has wonderful natural light at almost every time of day, but the bedroom has been outfitted with blackout shades for those who love some real darkness for sleep.

This property is one of the best we have stayed at. The owners have decorated this cute little hideaway in the most soothing style and have spared nothing in providing for a comfortable stay. Coffee, snacks, a stunning view and amazingly clean top to bottom. A great location to explore Colorado from Denver, to Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park to Brekenridge. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This place was wonderful, very clean everything you need in the kitchen was there. The view incredible. My kids loved the place too, they did not want to leave. Our family will be back again when we visit Colorado. We will visit based on this place availability because we don't want to choose another place. We have spoken to our friends and family and they will definitely also be booking this place when they visit Colorado. Kids were excited after a long travel to get free snacks, we even had free coffee and tea. I will recommend this place to everyone. Book it, don't wait. 10 stars for sure.

Amazing, relaxing stay! Place was immaculately clean, stocked with anything you may need, so comfy with lovely mountain view. Great location for a weekend of traversing between Boulder and Denver. Would gladly stay again!

Our recent stay at Dan's place was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The house was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The living room was cozy, perfect for evenings spent playing games and watching movies. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, which made our stay both convenient and enjoyable. The bedroom provided a good night's sleep, quiet and comfortable with nice bedding. We appreciated the little comforts that made each room feel like a private retreat. Outside, the patio was a lovely spot for morning coffee and evening chats. The location of the house was great too – it was peaceful yet close enough to local attractions when we wanted to go exploring. Dan was kind and helpful, making sure we had all the information we needed for our stay without being intrusive. We really enjoyed our time at this delightful property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fuss-free and comfortable vacation spot.

Highly recommend this to anyone staying in the Boulder area. This property is very well kept, very modern, hosts are right there but respect your privacy. Lots of nice restaurants and shops close by but still a quiet place to stay.

Dan’s place was the perfect spot for my sister and I to visit friends who’ve recently moved to Colorado. The space is the perfectly setup, styled, and so comfortable! The views of the Rocky Mountain range are absolutely amazing and a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise and hit the mountains!

Perfect place for us to stay while in Erie. Great view of the mountains from the deck. Very quiet and relaxing. It has everything you need and then some. Full kitchen, a wide selection of coffee and tea and snacks, washer and dryer….. if you forgot something, it’s most likely here already. There was so much thought out into this space, and it shows. We would definitely stay here again.

If you want a clean, comfortable, and stylish place to stay in Colorado, I highly recommend staying at this property! Everything looked brand new and was spotless. My husband and I loved the design touches throughout the house! The host had every possible amenity we could need, and then some! We enjoyed coffee every morning with a view of the mountains! You really can’t beat it. We did not want to leave!

Grandview hideaway meet all our needs and then some. Clean & quiet with a walking path right outside the door. Dan had several choices of coffee & tea available & some snacks. We definitely would stay again when visiting family & friends!

This basement apartment was immaculate. All the furniture and furnishings were so clean that we felt like we were the first people to stay there. The decor choices were so contemporary, we made mental notes of design choices in case we ever need to renovate. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking/baking. Bed and couch were super comfy. Plenty of street parking. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this rental! Would definitely stay again and suggest it as an alternative to a hotel for family visiting.

Many times an advertised product will look wonderful on social media and in reality be less than perfect. This is NOT the case with Grandview Hideaway, an exquisite rental apartment discreetly tucked away in Erie, CO. From the initial booking through arrival and stay, everything about this property was top notch. The property is impeccably maintained and very thoughtfully decorated. And you won’t break the bank staying here! The property is located on the lower level of a private home just outside downtown Erie. The first thing you notice when you arrive is the stunning view of the Rockies from the porch (a view that is also available from the living room and bedroom windows). Entering the unit you are greeted with a comfortable, friendly living room (with sleeper sofa) on your right and straight ahead, a full kitchen that has everything you need from silverware to pots and pans and of course appliances (full sized). A basket of snacks is thoughtfully provided by the hosts. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Off the living room is the bathroom, which is beautifully designed with sink, toilet, and walk-in shower with glass enclosure. Also off the living room is the bedroom with queen bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and sitting area. All towels and linens are provided. Needing a place to stay while visiting our son, who actually lives in the same neighborhood, Grandview Hideaway offered all we needed and more! We will most definitely be back soon! A big thank you to our hosts for making our visit an enjoyable one.

My wife and I stayed in the Grandview Hideaway for a week & a half and it was the perfect choice! The apartment was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. The view from the deck is amazing and there is a great walking trail steps away from the apartment entrance. Easy access to Denver, Boulder and downtown Erie (our favorite). Dan (the owner) is very responsive and helpful… which we greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a great spot to stay in the area!

This apartment has everything you need when you are away from home. It is clean , organized and beautifuly decorated. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with breathtaking views from the outside porch. Close to Estes Park, Boulder and Denver. The communication with the owners was easy and he was very helpful and responsive. 5 star rental all around!
