Everything was as advertised and then some. Perfect size for my wife and me and very well appointed and equipped. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, very nice, well equipped kitchen - entire condo very clean and well appointed. Walking distance to downtown and nice shops/restaurants. My only complaint is the noise. It's close to the highway and train tracks, so if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Probably not as noisy in the winter when the windows can be closed.

Unbelievable location, everything was in good working order. Floors are thin though, could hear neighbors above (seemingly doing parkour at times), but weren't home much during the day so not too bothered.

We have stayed at this property a few tines already and will definitely rent again. It's close to town and the lake, and is convenient enough for a ski weekend. It's cozy, but not cramped, and has everything we need for time away from home.

We had a lovely Labor Day stay at this unit. It has great access to both the water and downtown Sandpoint. The unit was clean and organized. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay in Sandpoint! The condo was very nice and was just as advertised. The view by of the water was delightful.
However, I would strongly advise the owners to have the small bird perch (on a vent of some sort) directly above the steps into the condo hall blocked/wired over/etc.
The result of this perch results in bird poop being quite plentiful on the entry steps resulting in guests walking thru it to enter. Not only does this create the situation of tracking poop into the condo … it is very unpleasant.
I hope there is a rapid solution for future guests.

The property was cute and looked exactly like the pictures. It was also very clean and plenty of dishes, silverware, and nice pots and pans. The only negative was the nightly trains. With earplugs and a sound machine app we slept well though!

We were pleasantly surprised by this condo when we arrived. It is much bigger, modern, and cleaner than the pictures depict. Nice
utinsels, dishes and silverware. All very orderly and well care for.
The views from this condo are spectacular. Very nice grounds and pools.
Walking distance to downtown Sandpoint, although if you need to drive there are lots of parking spots downtown.
My husband and I were very comfortable in this condo and would liked to have stayed longer. We will certainly try to book this condo again the next time we come to Sandpoint.

Quality, well-appointed condo
Great location...on water, near-town...for either winter or summer activities.
Quality unit with all the amenities you expect, and more. Extra toiletries and a well-stocked kitchen with cooking basics, a keurig (and even the pods).
We will keep this place on our "return" list.

Very nice, cozy. But there were people in the unit upstairs and I could hear every footstep. And their dog’s claws on the floor. Otherwise a very comfortable home.

Cozy condo in a great location
A perfect spot for our ski trip to Schweitzer. The condo was very comfortable for the two of us and we enjoyed the DVD collection and being able to walk into downtown Sandpoint. There is definitely some noise from the neighboring units, but nothing that bothered us too late at night.

A wonderful place to stay in beautiful Sandpoint.
We had a wonderful vacation. We just love this condo especially for its location which is right on the waterfront of the lake. It is also within walking distance to town, restaurants and shops. The property is well kept, clean, and beautifully decorated. We would describe it as being our “home away from home.” Would definitely return.

Great condo in Sandpoint
We really enjoyed staying in this nicely decorated condo in Sandpoint. The location and layout was perfect. The kitchen had new high end appliances which made cooking and clean up a breeze. We were able to walk out the backdoor and quickly access the pool and river. We used our paddle boards in the river and rented a boat across the street at a marina. The river is a short distance into the lake by boat. We were able to walk to Starbucks and other restaurants in the downtown area. Overall great location. I would note that the trains, upstairs neighbors and street noise are a little loud and you may need earplugs for light sleepers. I would definitely stay again.

Great small condo
We have stayed at this property before and really enjoy it. It will always be our go to in Sandpoint. (Only thing is the property could really really use hot tubs next to the pools.) The condo we booked this time was cute and comfortable. The location was very near a pool and the lake so very convenient. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 since the description says it fits 3 adults. It does not. We assumed the couch folded out to a bed and it does not. They counted an air mattress as the third sleeping arrangement. It was barely comfortable for our 7 year old so I would not say this condo can fit three grown adults comfortably. Also the TV could use a Smart TV update so Netflix and/or HULU can be used since the local TV had nothing on. This condo is great for a couple getaway.

Very Nice Place
A great place to stay. This condo was very nicely appointed. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The appliances were all fairly new and worked great. There was plenty of supplies, TP, Soap, Paper towels, Left-over container, foil, plastic wrap and baggies. It was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, cook ware and utensils There was a variety of coffee pods to get your day started. . I would definitely rent this condo again.

A great condo for Two
A great place to stay.
We met up with our kids and grandkids for a week. They also rented condos in the same complex.
This condo was very nicely appointed. The furniture was comfy and clean. The appliances were all quite new and worked great. It even had a GAS stove! There were plenty of supplies, TP, soap, paper towels, left-over containers, foil, plastic wrap and baggies. There was a nice variety of coffee pods to get us started. There were spices and smaller amounts of flour, sugar, oils, etc so we didn’t need to buy those staples. Though the condo was only meant for 3 people there were sufficient dishes to host some guests. Washer and dryer with detergent were really useful. There were lots of books and some games, but we spent little time inside.
The location was great. We played and swam at City Beach, took a couple of lakefront walks, picked up food at local restaurants, and went souvenir shopping, all without getting in our car. We were also able walk to the boat rental in town and had a great time pulling kids on a tube all day.
We were there over the July 4th weekend and were able to throw out some beach towels on the grass right outside our door and watch multiple fireworks.
And the downside: The noise from the train was annoying for the first day or so till we got used to it. The morning traffic on the nearby highway was also bothersome especially when the trucks start their early morning runs. The bedroom windows face east which makes sunrise come early. Bring an eye mask if you are easily awakened by light.

Place was nice, but walls are thin and need new blinds that actually can keep out light.
Everything was great except the blinds in the bedroom allow all the sunlight to still come in. So unless you like to always wake up at the crack of dawn it's pretty rough. Also the people that came to stay in the upstairs condominium had two kids that were apparently practicing for a gymnastics competition. You could hear every step etc.! Between the marching band upstairs and the blinds that seem to amplify sunlight in the morning made for very little sleep.

The condo was spotless with new appliances. Well thought out kitchen and supplies including strategically placed night lights. The only drawback was from the rental upstairs which at times sounded like the kids were having a track meet. Overall however I would highly recommend it

Pleasant condo with a beautiful view
We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen seemed well stocked- we really didn’t use it much. The only trouble we had was the only air conditioning was in the bedroom and the living area got extremely hot and stuffy by the afternoon/ early evenings on the warmer days. The pool was right there so we could have easily cooled off in it. But overall a pleasant experience.

Wonderful condo, great views, very clean, and had all the extras!
We had a great stay at this condo. We were surprised by how clean and organized it was and that it had so many extras to make our stay even nicer. K-cups on hand, hand soaps by the sinks, paper towels, kleenex in every room, nice kitchen and bath towels, every kitchen utensil you could ask for, top of the line appliances, etc. We enjoyed the constant views of the lake and being able to walk and bike all over Sandpoint. There were swimming pools, tennis courts, and basketball as well. The owners communicated well and made sure everything was in order for our stay. We highly recommend staying here!
