Wonderful place and great location! Within easy walking distance to all things in Dingle. We aren’t “dog people “ so we were concerned it might smell like dogs since it’s a pet friendly place, but that wasn’t the case. Smelled clean and fresh. Would stay here again.

Super cozy place, right in the vibrant downtown. Our family had the best time and will be back. We couldn’t think of a better place to stay in Dingle!

This is a very special, super cozy, lovely little house on a great little street around the corner from the best pubs we’ve ever been in, and short walk to one of the most stunning costal walks we’ve ever done, spectacular landscape!! Doolin town is pure magic and this place was wonderful for our fam of three!!
My only note: I’m 6ft 2 and the bed in the main BR made me feel like I was a giant, bit too small there, but comfy nonetheless.
Kitchen perfect, location fantastic.

I rebooked this holiday cottage for my yearly visit because it’s so perfect lovely accommodation with bright kitchen, cosy sitting room and lovely bath and bedrooms. So close to everything. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. It’s the only place I’ll stay now.

This property is perfect. Tucked into a quiet residential street that is also in the heart of Dingle. Peaceful when you'd like to relax, with all of the energy and entertainment options of Dingle just a block or two away.

6 Grey's Lane is an awesome place to call home while visiting Dingle. We had some challenges with our itinerary, but our hosts accommodated us at every turn. Dingle is a magical place to explore. We didn't have any rain, so we toured lots of beaches (Inch Beach was our favorite), and hiked a lot. Several pubs every night topped off our days. The kitchen is roomy with everything you need.

This place felt like a home away from home. The design was colorful and the beds were comfortable. The shower was a dream and it was close to everything. We hope to return soon.

I’ve been to Dingle many times and this was my favorite spot to stay. It was a two minute walk to the market and all the shops on Green Street. Parking was easy and the cottage itself was lovely and well appointed. Home away from home indeed!

We had so much fun exploring Dingle from this cute and comfortable unit. We didn't have to move the car once we parked you could walk to everything! Great hikes, great food, shopping and comfortable place to come back to.

The Grey Snug was perfect and exactly what we were looking for! It has all the charm you could want for a home in Ireland. Location is perfect to walk to everything in town. The home was cozy and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. A+, we look forward to a future visit to Ireland, Dingle and staying at the Grey Snug!

An adorable house in the heart of Dingle
I've been to Dingle on multiple trips to Ireland but this was the best place I've ever stayed. The house is so well furnished and decorated that you feel like you've stepped into a magazine cover. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, there are plenty of movies and board games to keep everyone occupied and there's a working fireplace. The beds are extremely comfortable and although there's only one bathroom, it is quite large. The only negative I can think of is that the water pressure in the shower isn't very strong. Overall, this place was wonderful and I would love to come back and rent it again!

Family stay in perfect location
This rental was in the best location possible for walking,. It is half way between Main Street and the Dingle strip along the Bay. Both are super close and there is a grocery store 2 blocks away. The only tricky thing was the scalding hot water that couldn’t mix with the cold for a shower, so we had to take baths.

Perfect location November 2018
Charming house supplied with everything you need. Close to everything in Dingle. Can walk to everything. Great cheese shop just doors away. Fireplace warms the house nicely. Electric is coin fed, meter in in the inside hall. Plenty of coins supplied. More than enough. Didn’t come come to running out. Not an issue. All plugs are on switches. Easy to adjust to. It’s just how things are in Ireland. Only has one bathroom, but if you communicate w anyone whose staying w you, it’s not an issue. Hot water is extra hot. Do you to bring glass bottles to recycling center across from grocery store. Not a big deal. Place is bright and cheery. Lots of great local influences in the place. Stairs are narrow and steep. You get used to it 3 rd bedroom is only a twin bed. 5he other 2 sleeps 2. One has a crib in it. The master is separated from the other 2 bedrooms. Has a switch to turn on hot water for shower. Never ran out of hot water. Could use a new shower head. Plenty of seating in living room. Very cozy. To close the door and to lock it. Lift the handle to up position. Many places in Ireland the handles are like that. It took us a minute to figure how to lock the door. Entry has hooks to hang you coat andto leave your shoes. Big wardrobes in all the bedrooms. Cannot beat the location. Parking was not a problem. On street parking. We were able to park in front. Must visit Dick Mack’s pub and Dingle distillery. Many other great pubs. All in walking distance. Courthouse pub has live music every night. Don’t forget to tip the musicians. All the music is wonderful. Weeknights are quieter. Things get more lively on Friday and Saturday nights. Dingle is wonderful. We look forward to returning again next year. This charming snug is a perfect place to stay. We will stay there again.

The space was clean and conveniently located to stores, pubs and restaurants.
We stayed for ten days at this home. It was comfortable and cleverly decorated. Due to the unseasonably warm weather we were able to eat our breakfasts at the garden table instead of the table in the kitchen. The sunlit kitchen was very well appointed for cooking with good sets of plates and glassware for dining in—though several good restaurants nearby. The lounge space was darker and the coolest part of the house during the heatwave. The single bathroom was large and bright; the bedrooms had plenty of storage. Shelly handled special requests —crib for baby—to accommodate our travelers. Surprisingly quiet considering its centralized location. Would rent it again if our travels bring us back to Dingle!

What a find!
Well, I guess one man's ceiling is another man's floor. I could not disagree more with the writer of the prior review. My Sister and I had been to Mayo for a 90th Birthday party and wanted to visit Dingle. I had been once before and stayed in another HomeAway rental a bit outside of town and wanted to be in town this time. The location is absolutely fantastic! You can walk pretty much anywhere you want. Wonderful pubs and The Little Cheese Shop (delicious) a few doors up. Home is compact with plenty of seating by the open hearth, a wonderful feature that allowed us to burn Mayo turf-no smoke in the home, a nice size kitchen with all you need to prepare meals with a table for 4 in the kitchen and bigger dining table in the main room, a simple, small back yard area to catch a few of the sun's rays (we had great weather), three bedrooms upstairs, and, as noted in the description of the home, one bathroom. If you are not family or close friends, and staying with 5 people you might want another property. It worked for us. Shelley, the manager, greeted us in a timely fashion and explained how things work. Gave us plenty of coins for the electric box and we never ran out of electricity. TV always worked. Plenty of towels and a bathtub/shower arrangement if you want a proper bath. Look, sometimes the wifi in Ireland goes out. No biggie. Toilet did take a long time to refill with water (a simple fix for the owner) but again, it always worked for us. I was a little confused about the heating control (heat works really well) so I just turned it off when I didn't need it. We heard no grinding noise. It is a very quiet street in a vibrant tourist town. Try Global Village, Doyle's and Out of the Blue for great seafood. Take the drive on Slea Head road. Gorgeous! I highly recommend this property and will be back again. As will my Sister with her family.

No Signal on TV" verabschiedete. Ein zusätzliches Bad/WC währe hier wünschenswert. Das alles wurde auch nicht mit einer Rückzahlung viel besser, bei einem regulären Hauspreis für die Woche nach Ostern.

The best thing is the location right in the middle of Dingle. Interior and layout OK. Electricity had to be payed via meter and coins, so that it happened that the heating went out at night. The landlady apparently took over the house only a few days ago. But this cannot be used as an excuse not to take a look at the house before our arrival. We had to order kitchen towels and a bath tube mat. Except one mattress, the other two were a disgrace. The toilet flushing did not always do its job as it’s supposed to do. Close to the house, there is a workshop which you could hear all day long while grinding bits and pieces. The house is designed for 5 person, but has not enough crockery for it. The coffee maker was full of already molded coffee powder and could not be used. The WLAN quality was terrible same as the TV set, which showed sometimes the note “No signal on TV”. An additional toilet/bath would have been nice. A promised refund did not do the job at all.
